Kako smo i ranije izvještavali, jedna od točaka dnevnog reda sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća bit će otkup zemljišta od tvrtke “Ora-mont” kako bi se nastavilo s izgradnjom Šoltanske ulice, smještene južno od Poljičke ceste između dviju bolnica. Grad bi tako za 169 četvornih metara trebao izdvojiti nešto više od 1,2 milijuna kuna.
Predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić i član Kerumovog HSS-a kazao nam je kako navedeni prijedlog neće podržati.

- Mijenjali smo trasu ceste zbog Ore, a sada nam nameće cijenu kao da ćemo mi tu nešto graditi - kaže Stanišić i dodaje kako je područje do donošenja GUP-a 2005. godine bilo unutar javne i društvene namjene da bi se kasnije preimenovalo u zonu mješovite namjene. Tada je BRP (bruto razvijena površina) iznosila 32000 metara kvadratnih, 40 posto za stanovanje, a 60 posto za nestambenu namjenu da bi se izmjenama GUP-a iz 2008. godine BRP povećala gotovo dvostruko.
Stanišić navodi kako su poduzetniku Ivi Ori u susret izlazili u više navrata.
- Godine 2009. temeljem provedeno natječaja donesen je Detaljan plan uređenja koji je do danas mijenjan četiri puta. Izmjenama je napravljena preraspodjela poslovne i stambene namjene po građevnim česticama, zatim podjela građevne čestice prometnice (Šoltanske) kao i povećanja udjela stambene namjene na 70 posto - obrazložio nam je svoju odluku predsjednik Gradskog vijeća i dodaje kako od tri čestice zemlje koje zajedno iznose 169 kvadrata, jedna ima jedanaest, a druga dva metra četvorna.

Podsjetimo, na tom dijelu Šoltanske detaljnim planom predviđen je i pristup zajedničkoj podzemnoj garaži za novu stambenu zgradu od osam katova s ukupno 50 stanova i poslovnu dvokatnicu koja bi bila bliže Poljičkoj cesti. Prema podacima s internetske stranice Ministarstva graditeljstva, građevinska dozvola za oba objekta je u obradi kod gradskih službi.
U javnosti je vjerojatno pomalo i zaboravljeno da je Šoltanska trebala biti ulica koja će povezivati dvije bolnice, što je uključivalo i podvožnjak ispod Bušićeve.
No, u prometnoj analizi koju je 2014. izradio Fakultet građevinarstva, arhitekture i geodezije zaključeno je kako bi “tunel” na tom mjestu bio preskup i da nema potrebe za njim, a gradski oci na čelu s poteštatom Baldasarom su to prihvatili.

Kako smo i ranije izvještavali, jedna od točaka dnevnog reda sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća bit će otkup zemljišta od tvrtke “Ora-mont” kako bi se nastavilo s izgradnjom Šoltanske ulice, smještene južno od Poljičke ceste između dviju bolnica. Grad bi tako za 169 četvornih metara trebao izdvojiti nešto više od 1,2 milijuna kuna.
Predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić i član Kerumovog HSS-a kazao nam je kako navedeni prijedlog neće podržati.

- Mijenjali smo trasu ceste zbog Ore, a sada nam nameće cijenu kao da ćemo mi tu nešto graditi - kaže Stanišić i dodaje kako je područje do donošenja GUP-a 2005. godine bilo unutar javne i društvene namjene da bi se kasnije preimenovalo u zonu mješovite namjene. Tada je BRP (bruto razvijena površina) iznosila 32000 metara kvadratnih, 40 posto za stanovanje, a 60 posto za nestambenu namjenu da bi se izmjenama GUP-a iz 2008. godine BRP povećala gotovo dvostruko.
Stanišić navodi kako su poduzetniku Ivi Ori u susret izlazili u više navrata.
- Godine 2009. temeljem provedeno natječaja donesen je Detaljan plan uređenja koji je do danas mijenjan četiri puta. Izmjenama je napravljena preraspodjela poslovne i stambene namjene po građevnim česticama, zatim podjela građevne čestice prometnice (Šoltanske) kao i povećanja udjela stambene namjene na 70 posto - obrazložio nam je svoju odluku predsjednik Gradskog vijeća i dodaje kako od tri čestice zemlje koje zajedno iznose 169 kvadrata, jedna ima jedanaest, a druga dva metra četvorna.

Podsjetimo, na tom dijelu Šoltanske detaljnim planom predviđen je i pristup zajedničkoj podzemnoj garaži za novu stambenu zgradu od osam katova s ukupno 50 stanova i poslovnu dvokatnicu koja bi bila bliže Poljičkoj cesti. Prema podacima s internetske stranice Ministarstva graditeljstva, građevinska dozvola za oba objekta je u obradi kod gradskih službi.
U javnosti je vjerojatno pomalo i zaboravljeno da je Šoltanska trebala biti ulica koja će povezivati dvije bolnice, što je uključivalo i podvožnjak ispod Bušićeve.
No, u prometnoj analizi koju je 2014. izradio Fakultet građevinarstva, arhitekture i geodezije zaključeno je kako bi “tunel” na tom mjestu bio preskup i da nema potrebe za njim, a gradski oci na čelu s poteštatom Baldasarom su to prihvatili.

Kako smo i ranije izvještavali, jedna od točaka dnevnog reda sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća bit će otkup zemljišta od tvrtke “Ora-mont” kako bi se nastavilo s izgradnjom Šoltanske ulice, smještene južno od Poljičke ceste između dviju bolnica. Grad bi tako za 169 četvornih metara trebao izdvojiti nešto više od 1,2 milijuna kuna.
Predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić i član Kerumovog HSS-a kazao nam je kako navedeni prijedlog neće podržati.
