Želite li osobito ukusan pire od krumpira, iskušajte recept koji vam donosimo u nastavku. Njegova je posebnost u tome što se krumpir kombinira s još jednim vrlo zgodnim povrćem za koje mnogi nikad nisu čuli pa ne znaju što propuštaju. Iskusnijim kuharima dobro je poznato kao sastojak za dobre domaće juhe, a neki ga najviše vole ispeći u škrovadi, samog ili s drugim povrćem i mesom.

Pire od krumpira i pastrnjaka

Sastojci:

500 g krumpira
500 g pastrnjaka
4 žlice vrhnja
kockica maslaca
sol, bijeli papar

Priprema:

Krumpir i pastrnjak skuhajte u komadu u puno dobro posoljene vode pa ih ocijedite, ogulite i narežite na veće komade te ih usitnite gnječilicom za krumpire.

Po želji ih možete skuhati odvojeno, kako biste bili sigurni da će biti podjednako mekani, a isto ih tako možete oguliti i narezati prije kuhanja, kako biste bili brže gotovi, no imajte na umu da ćete na taj način izgubiti dio okusa.

Nakon što ste povrće zgnječili, dodajte im vrhnje (možete koristiti slatko ili kiselo, prema svom ukusu) i maslac, po mogućnosti prethodno zagrijane, te sve dobro promiješajte i začinite solju i bijelim paprom.

Pire od krumpira i pastrnjaka

Sastojci:

500 g krumpira
500 g pastrnjaka
4 žlice vrhnja
kockica maslaca
sol, bijeli papar

Priprema:

Krumpir i pastrnjak skuhajte u komadu u puno dobro posoljene vode pa ih ocijedite, ogulite i narežite na veće komade te ih usitnite gnječilicom za krumpire.

Po želji ih možete skuhati odvojeno, kako biste bili sigurni da će biti podjednako mekani, a isto ih tako možete oguliti i narezati prije kuhanja, kako biste bili brže gotovi, no imajte na umu da ćete na taj način izgubiti dio okusa.

Želite li osobito ukusan pire od krumpira, iskušajte recept koji vam donosimo u nastavku. Njegova je posebnost u tome što se krumpir kombinira s još jednim vrlo zgodnim povrćem za koje mnogi nikad nisu čuli pa ne znaju što propuštaju. Iskusnijim kuharima dobro je poznato kao sastojak za dobre domaće juhe, a neki ga najviše vole ispeći u škrovadi, samog ili s drugim povrćem i mesom.

Pire od krumpira i pastrnjaka

Sastojci:

500 g krumpira
500 g pastrnjaka
4 žlice vrhnja
kockica maslaca
sol, bijeli papar

Priprema:

Krumpir i pastrnjak skuhajte u komadu u puno dobro posoljene vode pa ih ocijedite, ogulite i narežite na veće komade te ih usitnite gnječilicom za krumpire.

Po želji ih možete skuhati odvojeno, kako biste bili sigurni da će biti podjednako mekani, a isto ih tako možete oguliti i narezati prije kuhanja, kako biste bili brže gotovi, no imajte na umu da ćete na taj način izgubiti dio okusa.

Nakon što ste povrće zgnječili, dodajte im vrhnje (možete koristiti slatko ili kiselo, prema svom ukusu) i maslac, po mogućnosti prethodno zagrijane, te sve dobro promiješajte i začinite solju i bijelim paprom.
