Kad u kući imate krumpira i luka, nema vam straha od gladi. S tim se dvojcem zaista može puno toga napraviti. Jedno od jela kao stvorenih za ovu kombinaciju je gratinirani krumpir, odnosno krumpir zapečen sa sirom, vrhnjem i ako niste na dijeti, pancetom.

Vjerujemo da ste već kušali slična jela, no recept koji vam predlažemo po jednoj je stvari poseban: uobičajenim sastojcima treba dodati još jedan, a to je karamelizirani luk.

Karamelizirani luk nije teško napraviti, samo treba imati malo strpljenja i vremena pa ako se ne ubrajate u osobe koje vjeruju u izreku "Strpljen, spašen", nabavite gotovi karamelizirani luk ili ovaj. 

Gurmanski pečeni krumpir

Sastojci:

300 ml slatkog vrhnja ili vrhnja za kuhanje
4 češnja češnjaka
3 zrna papra
3/4 žličice morske soli
1 žlica ulja
1 veliki žuti luk
3 velika krumpira
100 g slanine
150 g sira poput Goude ili Gruyerea
2 grančice svježeg timijana 
sol

Priprema:

Zagrijte ulje na srednje laganoj vatri i ubacite luk narezan na ploškice. Kuhajte često miješajući 45 minuta.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 150 stupnjeva Celzija.

Zakuhajte vrhnje, usitnjeni češnjak, papar u zrnu, timijan i sol pa smanjite vatru na lagano i kuhajte 15 minuta. 

Krumpir narežite što je tanje moguće. Poslažite 1/4 krumpira na dno posude za pečenje dimenzija otprilike 20x30 cm. Na njega poslažite 1/3 količine luka, 1/3 količine usitnjene slanine i 1/4 količine sira, nasjeckanog ili naribanog. Redajte dok ne potrošite sastojke. Krumpir treba biti na vrhu. Zalijte sve smjesom vrhnja i začina, protresite posudu da se vrhnje ravnomjerno rasporedi. Pecite 1 1/2 do 2 sata, s tim da 20-ak minuta prije kraja pečenja trebate dodati naribani sir.

Ovako pripremljen krumpir može poslužiti kao kompletan obrok, a želite li još "konkretniju" verziju, vrhnju dodajte i razmućena jaja.

Želite li, pak, nešto laganiju verziju ovog jela, prikladniju za posluživanje u ulozi priloga, nemojte koristiti slaninu, količinu sira smanjite, a umjesto vrhnjem krumpir zalijte bešamelom: otopite 2 žlice maslaca na srednje laganoj vatri, dodajte mu 2 žlice brašna pa kuhajte otprilike minuta te na kraju dodajte pola litre mlijeka i kuhajte pet minuta. Po želji u bešamel pri kraju kuhanja dodajte gore navedene začine.

Kad u kući imate krumpira i luka, nema vam straha od gladi. S tim se dvojcem zaista može puno toga napraviti. Jedno od jela kao stvorenih za ovu kombinaciju je gratinirani krumpir, odnosno krumpir zapečen sa sirom, vrhnjem i ako niste na dijeti, pancetom.

Vjerujemo da ste već kušali slična jela, no recept koji vam predlažemo po jednoj je stvari poseban: uobičajenim sastojcima treba dodati još jedan, a to je karamelizirani luk.

Karamelizirani luk nije teško napraviti, samo treba imati malo strpljenja i vremena pa ako se ne ubrajate u osobe koje vjeruju u izreku "Strpljen, spašen", nabavite gotovi karamelizirani luk ili ovaj. 

Gurmanski pečeni krumpir

Sastojci:

300 ml slatkog vrhnja ili vrhnja za kuhanje
4 češnja češnjaka
3 zrna papra
3/4 žličice morske soli
1 žlica ulja
1 veliki žuti luk
3 velika krumpira
100 g slanine
150 g sira poput Goude ili Gruyerea
2 grančice svježeg timijana 
sol

Priprema:

Zagrijte ulje na srednje laganoj vatri i ubacite luk narezan na ploškice. Kuhajte često miješajući 45 minuta.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 150 stupnjeva Celzija.

Zakuhajte vrhnje, usitnjeni češnjak, papar u zrnu, timijan i sol pa smanjite vatru na lagano i kuhajte 15 minuta. 

Krumpir narežite što je tanje moguće. Poslažite 1/4 krumpira na dno posude za pečenje dimenzija otprilike 20x30 cm. Na njega poslažite 1/3 količine luka, 1/3 količine usitnjene slanine i 1/4 količine sira, nasjeckanog ili naribanog. Redajte dok ne potrošite sastojke. Krumpir treba biti na vrhu. Zalijte sve smjesom vrhnja i začina, protresite posudu da se vrhnje ravnomjerno rasporedi. Pecite 1 1/2 do 2 sata, s tim da 20-ak minuta prije kraja pečenja trebate dodati naribani sir.

Želite li, pak, nešto laganiju verziju ovog jela, prikladniju za posluživanje u ulozi priloga, nemojte koristiti slaninu, količinu sira smanjite, a umjesto vrhnjem krumpir zalijte bešamelom: otopite 2 žlice maslaca na srednje laganoj vatri, dodajte mu 2 žlice brašna pa kuhajte otprilike minuta te na kraju dodajte pola litre mlijeka i kuhajte pet minuta. Po želji u bešamel pri kraju kuhanja dodajte gore navedene začine.

Gurmanski pečeni krumpir toliko je dobar da ćete ga poželjeti stalno jesti. Jedan jeftin sastojak podiže ga do delicije

Kad u kući imate krumpira i luka, nema vam straha od gladi. S tim se dvojcem zaista može puno toga napraviti. Jedno od jela kao stvorenih za ovu kombinaciju je gratinirani krumpir, odnosno krumpir zapečen sa sirom, vrhnjem i ako niste na dijeti, pancetom.

Vjerujemo da ste već kušali slična jela, no recept koji vam predlažemo po jednoj je stvari poseban: uobičajenim sastojcima treba dodati još jedan, a to je karamelizirani luk.

Karamelizirani luk nije teško napraviti, samo treba imati malo strpljenja i vremena pa ako se ne ubrajate u osobe koje vjeruju u izreku "Strpljen, spašen", nabavite gotovi karamelizirani luk ili ovaj. 

Gurmanski pečeni krumpir

Sastojci:

300 ml slatkog vrhnja ili vrhnja za kuhanje
4 češnja češnjaka
3 zrna papra
3/4 žličice morske soli
1 žlica ulja
1 veliki žuti luk
3 velika krumpira
100 g slanine
150 g sira poput Goude ili Gruyerea
2 grančice svježeg timijana 
sol

Priprema:

Zagrijte ulje na srednje laganoj vatri i ubacite luk narezan na ploškice. Kuhajte često miješajući 45 minuta.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 150 stupnjeva Celzija.

Zakuhajte vrhnje, usitnjeni češnjak, papar u zrnu, timijan i sol pa smanjite vatru na lagano i kuhajte 15 minuta. 

Krumpir narežite što je tanje moguće. Poslažite 1/4 krumpira na dno posude za pečenje dimenzija otprilike 20x30 cm. Na njega poslažite 1/3 količine luka, 1/3 količine usitnjene slanine i 1/4 količine sira, nasjeckanog ili naribanog. Redajte dok ne potrošite sastojke. Krumpir treba biti na vrhu. Zalijte sve smjesom vrhnja i začina, protresite posudu da se vrhnje ravnomjerno rasporedi. Pecite 1 1/2 do 2 sata, s tim da 20-ak minuta prije kraja pečenja trebate dodati naribani sir.
