[fulltext] => Oz Clarke, najpriznatiji vinski kritičar u Velikoj Britaniji i jedan od najutjecajnijih vinskih stručnjaka u svijetu, ovih je dana boravio u Hrvatskoj, gdje je bio gost “Vina Belje”. Kao vrstan poznavatelj svjetske vinske scene, Oz Clarke je o potencijalima Hrvatske kao vinske zemlje kazao: „Vina Hrvatske uzbudljivi su mozaik vina koji svijet polako otkriva.
Sve vinske regije Hrvatske su mi izuzetno interesantne, od Dalmacije do Podunavlja, svaka regija ima svoju posebnost i karakteristična vina koja predstavljaju ‘taste of place’, a kod bijelih vina to su definitivno malvazija i graševina.”
Oz Clarke autor je brojnih knjiga, ali i prve „vinske televizije“ u Engleskoj. Kao vinski kritičar Hrvatsku je prvi put posjetio 2009. godine.
Zahtjevna godina
Ovog puta je u Baranji u “Vinima Belje” sudjelovao na posebnim degustacijama graševine berbe 2012. Prema njegovim riječima, graševina “Belje” posebno se ističe svojom kvalitetom u zadnje dvije godine, što je rezultat kontinuiranih ulaganja u “Vina Belje”.
Berba 2011. prva je berba proizvedena u novoj vinariji u koju je uloženo 150 milijuna kuna i koja je smještena usred 600 hektara vinograda na najboljim položajima južnih padina Banova brda, samo nekoliko kilometara udaljenih od Dunava. Ručna berba svih 600 hektara čuva najbolje u grožđu, a smještaj vinarije u vinogradima presudan je za brzu preradu uz pomoć najmodernije tehnologije, čime enolozi stvaraju prepoznatljivu graševinu.
Kako je Clarke istaknuo tijekom kušanja berbe 2012. koja će se naći na tržištu krajem svibnja, graševina “Vina Belje” je svježe vino, ali i dalje izuzetno bogato, a berba 2012., iako je bila izuzetno zahtjevna vinogradarska godina, stvorila je još inspirativniju, posebniju i uzbudljiviju graševinu od one godinu dana ranije.

Četiri vina za četiri jela
U restoranu prekrasnog splitskog hotela ‘Vestibul’ predstavljena je Vinarija Galić iz Kutjeva s njihova četiri vina sljubljena s četiri moderno prezentirana jela, a predstavio ih je enolog Vinarije Galić, Slaven Jeličić, rođeni Splićanin. Domaćin večeri bio je Nenad Nizić, vlasnik hotela.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Oz Clarke, najpriznatiji vinski kritičar u Velikoj Britaniji i jedan od najutjecajnijih vinskih stručnjaka u svijetu, ovih je dana boravio u Hrvatskoj, gdje je bio gost “Vina Belje”. Kao vrstan poznavatelj svjetske vinske scene, Oz Clarke je o potencijalima Hrvatske kao vinske zemlje kazao: „Vina Hrvatske uzbudljivi su mozaik vina koji svijet polako otkriva.
Sve vinske regije Hrvatske su mi izuzetno interesantne, od Dalmacije do Podunavlja, svaka regija ima svoju posebnost i karakteristična vina koja predstavljaju ‘taste of place’, a kod bijelih vina to su definitivno malvazija i graševina.”
Oz Clarke autor je brojnih knjiga, ali i prve „vinske televizije“ u Engleskoj. Kao vinski kritičar Hrvatsku je prvi put posjetio 2009. godine.
Zahtjevna godina
Ovog puta je u Baranji u “Vinima Belje” sudjelovao na posebnim degustacijama graševine berbe 2012. Prema njegovim riječima, graševina “Belje” posebno se ističe svojom kvalitetom u zadnje dvije godine, što je rezultat kontinuiranih ulaganja u “Vina Belje”.
Berba 2011. prva je berba proizvedena u novoj vinariji u koju je uloženo 150 milijuna kuna i koja je smještena usred 600 hektara vinograda na najboljim položajima južnih padina Banova brda, samo nekoliko kilometara udaljenih od Dunava. Ručna berba svih 600 hektara čuva najbolje u grožđu, a smještaj vinarije u vinogradima presudan je za brzu preradu uz pomoć najmodernije tehnologije, čime enolozi stvaraju prepoznatljivu graševinu.
Kako je Clarke istaknuo tijekom kušanja berbe 2012. koja će se naći na tržištu krajem svibnja, graševina “Vina Belje” je svježe vino, ali i dalje izuzetno bogato, a berba 2012., iako je bila izuzetno zahtjevna vinogradarska godina, stvorila je još inspirativniju, posebniju i uzbudljiviju graševinu od one godinu dana ranije.

Četiri vina za četiri jela
U restoranu prekrasnog splitskog hotela ‘Vestibul’ predstavljena je Vinarija Galić iz Kutjeva s njihova četiri vina sljubljena s četiri moderno prezentirana jela, a predstavio ih je enolog Vinarije Galić, Slaven Jeličić, rođeni Splićanin. Domaćin večeri bio je Nenad Nizić, vlasnik hotela.
