Ako ste ljubitelj gljiva zasigurno ćete željeli isprobati i sljedeći recept: Palačinke s gljivama.

Ispecite palačinke na uobičajeni način. Za nadjev na ugrijanom ulju popržiti usitnjenu kapulu, dodati usitnjene gljive, dva režnja češnjaka i petrusimul, začiniti solju, paprom, Vegetom dok tekućina iz gljiva ne iscuri. Potom dodati parmezan ili malo lako topivog sira, jedno vrhnje za kuhanje, pa sve kratko zakuhati. Tim punjenjem potom puniti palačinke i stavljati ih u namašćeni pleh za pečenje. Za preljev iskoristiti gotovi bešamel umak ili ga napraviti od brašna preprženog na rastopljenom maslu, u kojem se uz miješanje dodaje mlijeko do gustog umaka. Peći maksimalno 15 do 20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva.

Ako ste ljubitelj gljiva zasigurno ćete željeli isprobati i sljedeći recept: Palačinke s gljivama.

Ispecite palačinke na uobičajeni način. Za nadjev na ugrijanom ulju popržiti usitnjenu kapulu, dodati usitnjene gljive, dva režnja češnjaka i petrusimul, začiniti solju, paprom, Vegetom dok tekućina iz gljiva ne iscuri. Potom dodati parmezan ili malo lako topivog sira, jedno vrhnje za kuhanje, pa sve kratko zakuhati. Tim punjenjem potom puniti palačinke i stavljati ih u namašćeni pleh za pečenje. Za preljev iskoristiti gotovi bešamel umak ili ga napraviti od brašna preprženog na rastopljenom maslu, u kojem se uz miješanje dodaje mlijeko do gustog umaka. Peći maksimalno 15 do 20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva.

Ako ste ljubitelj gljiva zasigurno ćete željeli isprobati i sljedeći recept: Palačinke s gljivama.

Ispecite palačinke na uobičajeni način. Za nadjev na ugrijanom ulju popržiti usitnjenu kapulu, dodati usitnjene gljive, dva režnja češnjaka i petrusimul, začiniti solju, paprom, Vegetom dok tekućina iz gljiva ne iscuri. Potom dodati parmezan ili malo lako topivog sira, jedno vrhnje za kuhanje, pa sve kratko zakuhati. Tim punjenjem potom puniti palačinke i stavljati ih u namašćeni pleh za pečenje. Za preljev iskoristiti gotovi bešamel umak ili ga napraviti od brašna preprženog na rastopljenom maslu, u kojem se uz miješanje dodaje mlijeko do gustog umaka. Peći maksimalno 15 do 20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva.
