"Budući da smo poštivali sve trgovinske i pravne dogovore, jasno je da se sada plin koristi kao političko oružje", rekao je bugarski ministar energetike Aleksandar Nikolov novinarima u srijedu u Sofiji. Nikolov je dodao da je opskrba plinom "osigurana najmanje za mjesec dana", nakon što je Rusija uvela embargo na isporuke Bugarskoj i Poljskoj.

Ruski koncern Gazprom svoju odluku opravdava odbijanjem ovih dviju zemalja da plin plaćaju u rubljama. One se pak pozivaju na važeće ugovore prema kojima se plaćanje vrši u dolarima i eurima.

Tako se Bugarska našla u problemima, budući da oko tri četvrtine plina stiže iz Rusije.

U zemlji se već godinama raspravlja o potrebi diversifikacije dobavljača i izvora. Tako su 2019. potpisani ugovori između Grčke i Bugarske o gradnji plinovoda između dviju zemlje, preko kojeg bi Bugarska dobijala plin iz Azerbejdžana. Bugarski premijer Kiril Petkov kaže da će radovi biti okončani u lipnju, a da će taj plin poteći nekoliko mjeseci kasnije, pišu Aleksander Detev i Mina Kirkova za Deutsche Welle.

Prema računici stručnjaka, ukapljeni plin koji će stizati preko Grčke koštat će najmanje dvadeset posto više od klasičnog zemnog plina iz Rusije.

Petkov optužuje svog prethodnika Bojka Borisova da ništa nije učinio za smanjenje ovisnosti zemlje o ruskome plinu.

Bugarska je uložila oko 1,5 milijardi eura u krak Turskog toka koji ide preko Balkana. Tim krakom Bugarska i zarađuje kao tranzitna zemlja, jer preko nje plin ide u Srbiju, Mađarsku i BiH.

Bugarska neće prekidati tranzit prema Srbiji

"Sagradili su Turski tok za godinu dana, a dvanaest godina nisu mogli završiti plinski konektor s Grčkom. Bugarska je dakle godinama svjesno dovođena u ovisnost o ruskome plinu i sada vidimo koliki je to problem", kaže za DW zastupnik u bugarskom parlamentu i stručnjak za energetiku Martin Dimitrov.

Odluka Gazproma da uvede embargo donosi neizvjesnost i za Srbiju i Mađarsku. No, ministar energetike Nikolov je odmah rekao da Bugarska neće prekidati tranzit. "Bugarska nije Rusija", rekao je, "nećemo stvarati umjetne probleme našim susjedima."

Martin Dimitrov smatra i da Bugarska treba ostati pouzdana tranzitna zemlja. "Bugarska se mora ponašati kao dobar susjed i partner. Iako je Moskva jednostrano odlučila da se ne drži ugovora, mi se moramo pridržavati svih međunarodnih sporazuma", rekao je on. "To znači da Bugarska neće prekidati tranzit ka Srbiji i Mađarskoj."

Petkov je rekao da Bugarska trenutno razmatra sve svoje ugovore sa Gazpromom, uključujući i tranzit ruskog plina za Srbiju i Madđarsku, jer "jednostrana ucjena nije prihvatljiva".

Dimitrov kaže da će Sofija tražiti odštetu od Gazproma: "Bugarska do kraja godine ima ugovor o isporukama ruskog zemnog plina, koji je sklopljen u skladu sa svim normama međunarodnog prava. Moskva to sada jednostrano krši", kaže on.

Bugarska puna prorusa

Bugarske vlasti su već poručile da podržavaju ideju da Europska komisija od sada pregovara o ugovorima za nabavu plina u ime svih članica. "Osim toga, Bugarska mora hitno pronaći alternativna rješenja i početi kupovati azerbejdžanski i ukapljeni plin. Mora se nadoknaditi ono što dugo nije činjeno", dodaje Dimitrov.

Nove bugarske vlasti jasno su se priključile sankcijama protiv Rusije. U srijedu je premijer Petkov otputovao u posjet Kijevu. Bugarska se našla na listi "neprijateljskih zemalja" Moskve.

"Zaustavljanje dostave plina se može tumačiti kao pokušaj Rusije da izazove unutarnju krizu u najslabijim od tih zemalja, kao što je Bugarska", kaže Martin Vladimirov iz Centra za istraživanje demokracije. "Ideja je da se tako naruši jedinstvena pozicija Europe o Ukrajini."

Bugarska, gdje je dobar dio stanovnika proruski orijentiran, do sada službeno nije isporučivala oružje Ukrajini. O toj temi se žestoko raspravlja, a uskoro bi se o tome moglo glasati i u parlamentu. Ako ne teče plin iz Rusije ka Bugarskoj, možda će uskoro poteći oružje iz Bugarske ka Ukrajini, piše Deutsche Welle.

"Budući da smo poštivali sve trgovinske i pravne dogovore, jasno je da se sada plin koristi kao političko oružje", rekao je bugarski ministar energetike Aleksandar Nikolov novinarima u srijedu u Sofiji. Nikolov je dodao da je opskrba plinom "osigurana najmanje za mjesec dana", nakon što je Rusija uvela embargo na isporuke Bugarskoj i Poljskoj.

Ruski koncern Gazprom svoju odluku opravdava odbijanjem ovih dviju zemalja da plin plaćaju u rubljama. One se pak pozivaju na važeće ugovore prema kojima se plaćanje vrši u dolarima i eurima.

Tako se Bugarska našla u problemima, budući da oko tri četvrtine plina stiže iz Rusije.

U zemlji se već godinama raspravlja o potrebi diversifikacije dobavljača i izvora. Tako su 2019. potpisani ugovori između Grčke i Bugarske o gradnji plinovoda između dviju zemlje, preko kojeg bi Bugarska dobijala plin iz Azerbejdžana. Bugarski premijer Kiril Petkov kaže da će radovi biti okončani u lipnju, a da će taj plin poteći nekoliko mjeseci kasnije, pišu Aleksander Detev i Mina Kirkova za Deutsche Welle.

Prema računici stručnjaka, ukapljeni plin koji će stizati preko Grčke koštat će najmanje dvadeset posto više od klasičnog zemnog plina iz Rusije.

Petkov optužuje svog prethodnika Bojka Borisova da ništa nije učinio za smanjenje ovisnosti zemlje o ruskome plinu.

Bugarska je uložila oko 1,5 milijardi eura u krak Turskog toka koji ide preko Balkana. Tim krakom Bugarska i zarađuje kao tranzitna zemlja, jer preko nje plin ide u Srbiju, Mađarsku i BiH.

Bugarska neće prekidati tranzit prema Srbiji

"Sagradili su Turski tok za godinu dana, a dvanaest godina nisu mogli završiti plinski konektor s Grčkom. Bugarska je dakle godinama svjesno dovođena u ovisnost o ruskome plinu i sada vidimo koliki je to problem", kaže za DW zastupnik u bugarskom parlamentu i stručnjak za energetiku Martin Dimitrov.

Odluka Gazproma da uvede embargo donosi neizvjesnost i za Srbiju i Mađarsku. No, ministar energetike Nikolov je odmah rekao da Bugarska neće prekidati tranzit. "Bugarska nije Rusija", rekao je, "nećemo stvarati umjetne probleme našim susjedima."

Martin Dimitrov smatra i da Bugarska treba ostati pouzdana tranzitna zemlja. "Bugarska se mora ponašati kao dobar susjed i partner. Iako je Moskva jednostrano odlučila da se ne drži ugovora, mi se moramo pridržavati svih međunarodnih sporazuma", rekao je on. "To znači da Bugarska neće prekidati tranzit ka Srbiji i Mađarskoj."

Petkov je rekao da Bugarska trenutno razmatra sve svoje ugovore sa Gazpromom, uključujući i tranzit ruskog plina za Srbiju i Madđarsku, jer "jednostrana ucjena nije prihvatljiva".

Dimitrov kaže da će Sofija tražiti odštetu od Gazproma: "Bugarska do kraja godine ima ugovor o isporukama ruskog zemnog plina, koji je sklopljen u skladu sa svim normama međunarodnog prava. Moskva to sada jednostrano krši", kaže on.

Bugarska puna prorusa

Bugarske vlasti su već poručile da podržavaju ideju da Europska komisija od sada pregovara o ugovorima za nabavu plina u ime svih članica. "Osim toga, Bugarska mora hitno pronaći alternativna rješenja i početi kupovati azerbejdžanski i ukapljeni plin. Mora se nadoknaditi ono što dugo nije činjeno", dodaje Dimitrov.

Nove bugarske vlasti jasno su se priključile sankcijama protiv Rusije. U srijedu je premijer Petkov otputovao u posjet Kijevu. Bugarska se našla na listi "neprijateljskih zemalja" Moskve.

"Zaustavljanje dostave plina se može tumačiti kao pokušaj Rusije da izazove unutarnju krizu u najslabijim od tih zemalja, kao što je Bugarska", kaže Martin Vladimirov iz Centra za istraživanje demokracije. "Ideja je da se tako naruši jedinstvena pozicija Europe o Ukrajini."

Bugarska, gdje je dobar dio stanovnika proruski orijentiran, do sada službeno nije isporučivala oružje Ukrajini. O toj temi se žestoko raspravlja, a uskoro bi se o tome moglo glasati i u parlamentu. Ako ne teče plin iz Rusije ka Bugarskoj, možda će uskoro poteći oružje iz Bugarske ka Ukrajini, piše Deutsche Welle.
