Bijela kuća potvrdila je da američki predsjednik Joe Biden želi podići porez na dohodak od kapitala za 0,3 posto najbogatijih Amerikanaca, što se odnosi na oko 500 tisuća kućanstava u SAD-u, a najavljena će reforma, očekuje se, izazvati burne reakcije i žestoku borbu u Kongresu.

Glavni ekonomski savjetnik predsjednika Bidena Brian Deese objašnjava kako je ovo povećanje poreza dio fiskalne reforme kojoj je cilj "nagraditi rad, a ne samo bogatstvo", a "od 1000 kućanstava, na njih 997 ne bi imala utjecaj", prenosi CNBC. Neki američki mediji pišu i kako bi se porezna stopa za bogate, koji zarađuju više od milijun dolara godišnje, mogla gotovo udvostručiti, s 20 na 39,6 posto.

Biden će u srijedu u Kongresu izvijestiti kako ovom fiskalnom reformom želi financirati američki plan za obitelj, a mnoge pak ovaj udar na džepove najbogatijih podsjeća na socijalizam.

Prema procjeni prof. dr. Luke Brkića s Fakulteta političkih znanosti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, ova najava iz SAD-a "nije nikakav socijalizam i nije ni mogao biti tijekom više od 200 godina njihova postojanja, te neće biti ni danas, odnosno sutra".

– Ni Biden nije socijalist, premda u okviru Demokratske stranke ima lijevo orijentiranih političara poput, primjerice, Sandersa. Iako politika i mjere koje najavljuje predsjednik SAD-a možda za neke imaju naznake koje podsjećaju na socijalizam, to nema nikakve osnove. Socijalizam je "umro" i u zemljama koje su ga pokušale barem deklarativno slijediti. Ovdje je, naime, riječ o progresivnom oporezivanju. Ide se na najbogatije, a to je oko 0,3 posto poreznih obveznika i prag je zarada od milijun dolara godišnje. Prema objavljenim podacima, to se odnosi na oko 500 tisuća kućanstava u SAD-u. Ako se uvođenje najavljenog poreza zaista i dogodi, to će biti drastičan skok. Inače, kod progresivnog oporezivanja, poput nasljeđa i drugih oblika, uz punjenje proračuna, cilj je smanjivanje socijalnih razlika između bogatih i siromašnih te uvođenje višeg stupnja porezne pravednosti – istaknuo je profesor međunarodne političke ekonomije.

Uništenje duha Amerike

– S obzirom na to da demokrati kontroliraju oba doma Kongresa, očekuje se da bi to lakše moglo proći, pogotovo u ovim iznosima. No, u politici svugdje najjače lobiraju skupine među najbogatijima, koji imaju i najveći utjecaj na dijelove stanovništva bez obzira na branšu. A tu nema ni stroge stranačke discipline koja bi osigurala bezrezervnu podršku. Bit će tu, vjerojatno, plašenja u stilu uvođenja socijalizma i uništenja duha Amerike, pa je, dakle, neizvjesno hoće li to proći. Vjerojatno se može očekivati da će doći do nekih kompromisa vezanih uz visinu stopa pa da se to malo razvodni i kao takvo prođe – procijenio je profesor Brkić.

Ekonomski stručnjak prof. dr. Branimir Lokin kaže kako najava uvođenja poreza za najbogatije u SAD-u za neke pojedince nije nimalo bezazlena.

– Ovaj potez, naravno, nema veze sa socijalizmom. Najava američkog predsjednika Bidena rezultat je krize, a ne socijalne ili ekonomske politike – naglasio je dr. Lokin, koji dodaje kako se može očekivati još takvih odluka.

Bijela kuća potvrdila je da američki predsjednik Joe Biden želi podići porez na dohodak od kapitala za 0,3 posto najbogatijih Amerikanaca, što se odnosi na oko 500 tisuća kućanstava u SAD-u, a najavljena će reforma, očekuje se, izazvati burne reakcije i žestoku borbu u Kongresu.

Glavni ekonomski savjetnik predsjednika Bidena Brian Deese objašnjava kako je ovo povećanje poreza dio fiskalne reforme kojoj je cilj "nagraditi rad, a ne samo bogatstvo", a "od 1000 kućanstava, na njih 997 ne bi imala utjecaj", prenosi CNBC. Neki američki mediji pišu i kako bi se porezna stopa za bogate, koji zarađuju više od milijun dolara godišnje, mogla gotovo udvostručiti, s 20 na 39,6 posto.

Biden će u srijedu u Kongresu izvijestiti kako ovom fiskalnom reformom želi financirati američki plan za obitelj, a mnoge pak ovaj udar na džepove najbogatijih podsjeća na socijalizam.

Prema procjeni prof. dr. Luke Brkića s Fakulteta političkih znanosti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, ova najava iz SAD-a "nije nikakav socijalizam i nije ni mogao biti tijekom više od 200 godina njihova postojanja, te neće biti ni danas, odnosno sutra".

– Ni Biden nije socijalist, premda u okviru Demokratske stranke ima lijevo orijentiranih političara poput, primjerice, Sandersa. Iako politika i mjere koje najavljuje predsjednik SAD-a možda za neke imaju naznake koje podsjećaju na socijalizam, to nema nikakve osnove. Socijalizam je "umro" i u zemljama koje su ga pokušale barem deklarativno slijediti. Ovdje je, naime, riječ o progresivnom oporezivanju. Ide se na najbogatije, a to je oko 0,3 posto poreznih obveznika i prag je zarada od milijun dolara godišnje. Prema objavljenim podacima, to se odnosi na oko 500 tisuća kućanstava u SAD-u. Ako se uvođenje najavljenog poreza zaista i dogodi, to će biti drastičan skok. Inače, kod progresivnog oporezivanja, poput nasljeđa i drugih oblika, uz punjenje proračuna, cilj je smanjivanje socijalnih razlika između bogatih i siromašnih te uvođenje višeg stupnja porezne pravednosti – istaknuo je profesor međunarodne političke ekonomije.

Uništenje duha Amerike

– S obzirom na to da demokrati kontroliraju oba doma Kongresa, očekuje se da bi to lakše moglo proći, pogotovo u ovim iznosima. No, u politici svugdje najjače lobiraju skupine među najbogatijima, koji imaju i najveći utjecaj na dijelove stanovništva bez obzira na branšu. A tu nema ni stroge stranačke discipline koja bi osigurala bezrezervnu podršku. Bit će tu, vjerojatno, plašenja u stilu uvođenja socijalizma i uništenja duha Amerike, pa je, dakle, neizvjesno hoće li to proći. Vjerojatno se može očekivati da će doći do nekih kompromisa vezanih uz visinu stopa pa da se to malo razvodni i kao takvo prođe – procijenio je profesor Brkić.

Ekonomski stručnjak prof. dr. Branimir Lokin kaže kako najava uvođenja poreza za najbogatije u SAD-u za neke pojedince nije nimalo bezazlena.

– Ovaj potez, naravno, nema veze sa socijalizmom. Najava američkog predsjednika Bidena rezultat je krize, a ne socijalne ili ekonomske politike – naglasio je dr. Lokin, koji dodaje kako se može očekivati još takvih odluka.

Bijela kuća potvrdila je da američki predsjednik Joe Biden želi podići porez na dohodak od kapitala za 0,3 posto najbogatijih Amerikanaca, što se odnosi na oko 500 tisuća kućanstava u SAD-u, a najavljena će reforma, očekuje se, izazvati burne reakcije i žestoku borbu u Kongresu.

Glavni ekonomski savjetnik predsjednika Bidena Brian Deese objašnjava kako je ovo povećanje poreza dio fiskalne reforme kojoj je cilj "nagraditi rad, a ne samo bogatstvo", a "od 1000 kućanstava, na njih 997 ne bi imala utjecaj", prenosi CNBC. Neki američki mediji pišu i kako bi se porezna stopa za bogate, koji zarađuju više od milijun dolara godišnje, mogla gotovo udvostručiti, s 20 na 39,6 posto.
