Tisuće Argentinaca diljem zemlje izašle su u nedjelju na ulice kako bi obilježili godišnjicu vojnog udara iz 1976. godine, a osmogodišnju vladavinu vojne hunte obilježile su represija, mučenja i nestanci više desetaka tisuća ljudi.
Nekoliko skupina aktivista za ljudska prava okupilo se u glavnom gradu Buenos Airesu, gdje su mahali transparentima, pjevali pjesme i nosili fotografije ubijenih i nestalih osoba tijekom diktatorske vladavine.
Prema procjenama organizacija za ljudska prava, oko 30 tisuća ljudi je oteto, mučeno i ubijeno tijekom vojne diktature od 1976. do 1983. Većinom je bila riječ o studentima, članovima sindikata i opozicijskih stranaka, no u nekim slučajevima čak ni dojenčad nije bila pošteđena otmica, ilegalnih posvajanja ili prodaja.
"Dan danas mnoge obitelji u Argentini traže svoju nestalu djecu. Svake se godine prisjećamo tog datuma, 24. ožujka, kako ne bi ponavljali pogreške iz prošlosti", rekao je Rolando Gutierrez, 45-godšnji učitelj koji je izašao na ulice glavnog grada.
Nedjeljni prosvjedi u povodu obljetnice bili su prvi u mandatu ultraliberalnog predsjednika Javiera Mileia, koji je stupio na dužnost 10.prosinca prošle godine i kojega kritičari prozivaju da relativizira zločine počinjene tijekom brutalne vojne diktature.
Potpredsjednica Argenitina Victoria Villarruel branila je vojne časnike osuđene za zločine protiv čovječnosti, dok je Vlada predsjednika Mileia objavila video u kojem su glavni protagonisti žrtve napada komunističkih grupacija iz razdoblja prije uvođenja vojne diktature.
"Ovo je za cjelovitu sliku, kako bi mogli imati istinu i pravdu", napisao je argentinski predsjednik na X-u gdje je podijelio spomenuti video. Uz to, brojku od 30 tisuća nestalih osoba od 1976. do 1983., Milei smatra upitnom.
S druge strane, Estela de Carlotto, predsjednica jedne od organizacija za ljudska prava posvećenih pronalasku ukradene i nelegalno posvojene djece tijekom vladavine vojne hunte, zalaže se za zakon kojim bi se kažnjavali svi koji negiraju zločine vojne diktature.

Tisuće Argentinaca diljem zemlje izašle su u nedjelju na ulice kako bi obilježili godišnjicu vojnog udara iz 1976. godine, a osmogodišnju vladavinu vojne hunte obilježile su represija, mučenja i nestanci više desetaka tisuća ljudi.
Nekoliko skupina aktivista za ljudska prava okupilo se u glavnom gradu Buenos Airesu, gdje su mahali transparentima, pjevali pjesme i nosili fotografije ubijenih i nestalih osoba tijekom diktatorske vladavine.
Prema procjenama organizacija za ljudska prava, oko 30 tisuća ljudi je oteto, mučeno i ubijeno tijekom vojne diktature od 1976. do 1983. Većinom je bila riječ o studentima, članovima sindikata i opozicijskih stranaka, no u nekim slučajevima čak ni dojenčad nije bila pošteđena otmica, ilegalnih posvajanja ili prodaja.
"Dan danas mnoge obitelji u Argentini traže svoju nestalu djecu. Svake se godine prisjećamo tog datuma, 24. ožujka, kako ne bi ponavljali pogreške iz prošlosti", rekao je Rolando Gutierrez, 45-godšnji učitelj koji je izašao na ulice glavnog grada.
Nedjeljni prosvjedi u povodu obljetnice bili su prvi u mandatu ultraliberalnog predsjednika Javiera Mileia, koji je stupio na dužnost 10.prosinca prošle godine i kojega kritičari prozivaju da relativizira zločine počinjene tijekom brutalne vojne diktature.
Potpredsjednica Argenitina Victoria Villarruel branila je vojne časnike osuđene za zločine protiv čovječnosti, dok je Vlada predsjednika Mileia objavila video u kojem su glavni protagonisti žrtve napada komunističkih grupacija iz razdoblja prije uvođenja vojne diktature.
"Ovo je za cjelovitu sliku, kako bi mogli imati istinu i pravdu", napisao je argentinski predsjednik na X-u gdje je podijelio spomenuti video. Uz to, brojku od 30 tisuća nestalih osoba od 1976. do 1983., Milei smatra upitnom.
S druge strane, Estela de Carlotto, predsjednica jedne od organizacija za ljudska prava posvećenih pronalasku ukradene i nelegalno posvojene djece tijekom vladavine vojne hunte, zalaže se za zakon kojim bi se kažnjavali svi koji negiraju zločine vojne diktature.
