Bio je ovo buran tjedan na bjelorusko-poljskoj granici: nekoliko tisuća migranata s Bliskog istoka, koji nastoje iz Bjelorusije prijeći u Poljsku i tako se dokopati EU-a – krajnji cilj im je Njemačka – uspjelo je uzburkati duhove na Starom kontinentu.

Pat-pozicija na granici Bjelorusije i Poljske traje već tjednima. Migranti – pretežno irački Kurdi - svakodnevno pokušavaju umaknuti poljskim graničarima i doći do Njemačke, a istovremeno imamo i verbalni rat između EU-a i bjeloruskog predsjednika Aleksandra Lukašenka.

EU optužuje Lukašenka da je namjerno izazvao migrantsku krizu, odnosno da je organizirao dolazak migranata na EU granice kako bi se osvetio Bruxellesu za sankcije koje mu je EU lani uvela zbog nasilnog gušenja postizbornih prosvjeda u Minsku. Predsjednik Bjelorusije, pak, odbacuje optužbe i tvrdi da upravo zbog tih sankcija Bjelorusija više nije u stanju zadržavati migrante.

Dodatni kolorit priči daje činjenica da EU ne priznaje Lukašenka za predsjednika Bjelorusije, smatrajući da je lažirao izbore od prošlog kolovoza, na kojima je – prema podacima Centralne izborne komisije - dobio 80 posto glasova. EU za predsjednicu Bjelorusije smatra prozapadnu oporbenu čelnicu Svetlanu Tihanovskaju, koja je dobila 10 posto glasova, a trenutno je u egzilu.

Neke ova situacija podsjeća na preklanjski gaf Europske unije u vezi Venezuele. I tada je tamošnji predsjednik Nicolas Maduro bio optužen za izbornu krađu, pa se u nekom parku u istočnom Caracasu minorni oporbeni političar Juan Guaido – podržan od SAD-a – samoproglasio za novog predsjednika Venezuele, a EU ga je brže-bolje stvarno i priznao. Danas, skoro tri godine kasnije, u predsjedničkoj palači u Caracasu i dalje stoluje Maduro, a Guaidoa više nitko ne pamti.

Kako bilo, upravo činjenica da EU ne priznaje Lukašenka razlog je krize na bjelorusko-poljskoj granici. Iako predsjednik Bjelorusije tvrdi da ne stoji iza masovnog dolaska migranata u Minsk i na granicu s Poljskom, mnoge indicije ukazuju na suprotno. A glavni cilj pritom mu je bio razbiti političku blokadu u kojoj se nalazi već godinu dana, odnosno natjerati EU političare da mu se direktno obrate i time de facto priznaju njegovu vlast.

I upravo to je i dobio. U ponedjeljak ga je nazvala Angela Merkel osobno – kasnije su razgovarali još jednom – koja je uz to šefu EU diplomacije Josepu Borrellu naložila da otpočne pregovore s bjeloruskim šefom diplomacije Vladimirom Makejem. Bio je to prvi direktni kontakt između Minska i Zapada još od prošlog kolovoza.

To je ono što je Lukašenko čekao: prvi ljudi Europe priznali su da je on stvarni vladar Bjelorusije, čime je ujedno degradiran status Svetlane Tihanovskaje. Stoga se može reći: kako god ta kriza završi, „posljednji europski diktator” – koji Bjelorusijom vlada od 1994., osvojivši šest uzastopnih izbora – ispao je psihološki pobjednik, dok se EU pokazao kao „tigar od papira”.

To potvrđuju i reakcije baltičkih zemalja, šokiranih odlukom njemačke kancelarke da razgovorom s Lukašenkom praktički potvrdi njegov legitimitet. Litvanski ministar vanjskih poslova Gabrielius Landsbergis osudio je taj Merkeličin potez:

„Lukašenko nas želi oslabiti, natjerati nas da sumnjamo jedni u druge”, zavapio je Landsbergis.

„Smatramo da je bitno da EU ostane ujedinjen i da izvrši svoj utjecaj nad Bjelorusijom kroz akciju”, poručila je i estonska ministrica vanjskih poslova Eva-Maria Liimets.

S druge strane, predsjednik Litve Gitanas Nausedas pozdravio je tu odluku Merkel, rekavši da EU treba pokrenuti dijalog s vlastima u Minsku.

„Mislim da postoje mogućnosti za rješavanje krize kontaktiranjem gospodina Aleksandra Lukašenka, kao što je Angela Merkel upravo učinila”, kazao je Nausedas za radio BBC.

Lukašenko je mogao čupkati brk od zadovoljstva: ne samo što je one koji su mu uveli sankcije uspio natjerati da mu se obrate, nego ih je i raskolio.

To nije jedini ovotjedni poraz Europske unije na svojoj poljskoj granici. Jer prizori koji su na graničnom prijelazu Kuznica viđeni u noći između utorka i srijede – kada su poljske snage sigurnosti, pri temperaturi oko nule, vodenim topovima napale već pothlađene migrante, među kojima je bio i djece i žena – apsolutno odudaraju od humanističke agende na kojoj je EU sazdan.

Bila je to drastična negacija EU vrijednosti, koju su osudile i poljske humanitarne udruge:

„Uporaba sile bila je posve neopravdana, jer od početka je trebalo pristupiti s pravnim procedurama. Potezi poljskih snaga ne samo da su ilegalni, već su i nehumani”, poručila je aktivistkinja Marta Zimanderska iz koalicije nevladinih humanitarnih udruga Grupa Granica.

A tisuće građana Poljske izišlo je na ulice Varšave i drugih gradova da protestira zbog takvog odnosa svoje vlade prema migrantima. U Varšavi su prosvjednici prošetali središtem grada, noseći transparente „Zaustavite mučenja na granici”, „Nitko nije ilegalan” i „Noćas će netko umrijeti od hladnoće na granici”.

I dok je na bjeloruskom sudu podnesena prijava protiv Poljske zbog zločina protiv čovječnosti, EU institucije su tu sramotu na poljskoj granici odšutjele, a njemački ministar unutarnjih poslova Horst Seehofer, koji se zatekao u posjetu Varšavi, čak je i pohvalio takvo postupanje poljskih vlasti:

„Njemačka je potpuno na strani Poljske. Varšava djeluje ispravno suočavajući se s ilegalnom migracijom koju je perfidno organizirala Bjelorusija. Poljska se ponaša na europski način, tako da Njemačka snažno podržava stav Varšave”, reče Seehofer.

Dakle, to je taj „europski način”: vodenim topovima po ljudima koji se ionako smrzavaju i umiru od hladnoće. Među kojima, podsjetimo, ima i djece. To je Europa budućnosti.

Bio je ovo buran tjedan na bjelorusko-poljskoj granici: nekoliko tisuća migranata s Bliskog istoka, koji nastoje iz Bjelorusije prijeći u Poljsku i tako se dokopati EU-a – krajnji cilj im je Njemačka – uspjelo je uzburkati duhove na Starom kontinentu.

Pat-pozicija na granici Bjelorusije i Poljske traje već tjednima. Migranti – pretežno irački Kurdi - svakodnevno pokušavaju umaknuti poljskim graničarima i doći do Njemačke, a istovremeno imamo i verbalni rat između EU-a i bjeloruskog predsjednika Aleksandra Lukašenka.

EU optužuje Lukašenka da je namjerno izazvao migrantsku krizu, odnosno da je organizirao dolazak migranata na EU granice kako bi se osvetio Bruxellesu za sankcije koje mu je EU lani uvela zbog nasilnog gušenja postizbornih prosvjeda u Minsku. Predsjednik Bjelorusije, pak, odbacuje optužbe i tvrdi da upravo zbog tih sankcija Bjelorusija više nije u stanju zadržavati migrante.

Dodatni kolorit priči daje činjenica da EU ne priznaje Lukašenka za predsjednika Bjelorusije, smatrajući da je lažirao izbore od prošlog kolovoza, na kojima je – prema podacima Centralne izborne komisije - dobio 80 posto glasova. EU za predsjednicu Bjelorusije smatra prozapadnu oporbenu čelnicu Svetlanu Tihanovskaju, koja je dobila 10 posto glasova, a trenutno je u egzilu.

Neke ova situacija podsjeća na preklanjski gaf Europske unije u vezi Venezuele. I tada je tamošnji predsjednik Nicolas Maduro bio optužen za izbornu krađu, pa se u nekom parku u istočnom Caracasu minorni oporbeni političar Juan Guaido – podržan od SAD-a – samoproglasio za novog predsjednika Venezuele, a EU ga je brže-bolje stvarno i priznao. Danas, skoro tri godine kasnije, u predsjedničkoj palači u Caracasu i dalje stoluje Maduro, a Guaidoa više nitko ne pamti.

Kako bilo, upravo činjenica da EU ne priznaje Lukašenka razlog je krize na bjelorusko-poljskoj granici. Iako predsjednik Bjelorusije tvrdi da ne stoji iza masovnog dolaska migranata u Minsk i na granicu s Poljskom, mnoge indicije ukazuju na suprotno. A glavni cilj pritom mu je bio razbiti političku blokadu u kojoj se nalazi već godinu dana, odnosno natjerati EU političare da mu se direktno obrate i time de facto priznaju njegovu vlast.

I upravo to je i dobio. U ponedjeljak ga je nazvala Angela Merkel osobno – kasnije su razgovarali još jednom – koja je uz to šefu EU diplomacije Josepu Borrellu naložila da otpočne pregovore s bjeloruskim šefom diplomacije Vladimirom Makejem. Bio je to prvi direktni kontakt između Minska i Zapada još od prošlog kolovoza.

To je ono što je Lukašenko čekao: prvi ljudi Europe priznali su da je on stvarni vladar Bjelorusije, čime je ujedno degradiran status Svetlane Tihanovskaje. Stoga se može reći: kako god ta kriza završi, „posljednji europski diktator” – koji Bjelorusijom vlada od 1994., osvojivši šest uzastopnih izbora – ispao je psihološki pobjednik, dok se EU pokazao kao „tigar od papira”.

To potvrđuju i reakcije baltičkih zemalja, šokiranih odlukom njemačke kancelarke da razgovorom s Lukašenkom praktički potvrdi njegov legitimitet. Litvanski ministar vanjskih poslova Gabrielius Landsbergis osudio je taj Merkeličin potez:

„Lukašenko nas želi oslabiti, natjerati nas da sumnjamo jedni u druge”, zavapio je Landsbergis.

„Smatramo da je bitno da EU ostane ujedinjen i da izvrši svoj utjecaj nad Bjelorusijom kroz akciju”, poručila je i estonska ministrica vanjskih poslova Eva-Maria Liimets.

S druge strane, predsjednik Litve Gitanas Nausedas pozdravio je tu odluku Merkel, rekavši da EU treba pokrenuti dijalog s vlastima u Minsku.

„Mislim da postoje mogućnosti za rješavanje krize kontaktiranjem gospodina Aleksandra Lukašenka, kao što je Angela Merkel upravo učinila”, kazao je Nausedas za radio BBC.

Lukašenko je mogao čupkati brk od zadovoljstva: ne samo što je one koji su mu uveli sankcije uspio natjerati da mu se obrate, nego ih je i raskolio.

To nije jedini ovotjedni poraz Europske unije na svojoj poljskoj granici. Jer prizori koji su na graničnom prijelazu Kuznica viđeni u noći između utorka i srijede – kada su poljske snage sigurnosti, pri temperaturi oko nule, vodenim topovima napale već pothlađene migrante, među kojima je bio i djece i žena – apsolutno odudaraju od humanističke agende na kojoj je EU sazdan.

Bila je to drastična negacija EU vrijednosti, koju su osudile i poljske humanitarne udruge:

„Uporaba sile bila je posve neopravdana, jer od početka je trebalo pristupiti s pravnim procedurama. Potezi poljskih snaga ne samo da su ilegalni, već su i nehumani”, poručila je aktivistkinja Marta Zimanderska iz koalicije nevladinih humanitarnih udruga Grupa Granica.

A tisuće građana Poljske izišlo je na ulice Varšave i drugih gradova da protestira zbog takvog odnosa svoje vlade prema migrantima. U Varšavi su prosvjednici prošetali središtem grada, noseći transparente „Zaustavite mučenja na granici”, „Nitko nije ilegalan” i „Noćas će netko umrijeti od hladnoće na granici”.

I dok je na bjeloruskom sudu podnesena prijava protiv Poljske zbog zločina protiv čovječnosti, EU institucije su tu sramotu na poljskoj granici odšutjele, a njemački ministar unutarnjih poslova Horst Seehofer, koji se zatekao u posjetu Varšavi, čak je i pohvalio takvo postupanje poljskih vlasti:

„Njemačka je potpuno na strani Poljske. Varšava djeluje ispravno suočavajući se s ilegalnom migracijom koju je perfidno organizirala Bjelorusija. Poljska se ponaša na europski način, tako da Njemačka snažno podržava stav Varšave”, reče Seehofer.

Dakle, to je taj „europski način”: vodenim topovima po ljudima koji se ionako smrzavaju i umiru od hladnoće. Među kojima, podsjetimo, ima i djece. To je Europa budućnosti.
