– Više od 8 tisuća djece ubijeno je i ozlijeđeno prošle godine u sukobima diljem svijeta, stoji u izvješću Ujedinjenih naroda objavljenom u četvrtak koji je na crnu listu počinitelja takvih zločina vratio Saudijsku Arabiju. 

U Afganistanu je ubijeno ili ozlijeđeno 3512 djece, što je rast za gotovo četvrtinu u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. U Jemenu ih je stradalo 1340, a u Siriji 1299. Stotine djece je regrutirano i u vojne snage, žrtve su seksualnog naselja ili su mete napada na škole, otkriva izvještaj. 

Odgovornima za to UN smatra organizacije u Afganistanu, Srednjoafričkoj Republici, Demokratskoj Republici Kongo, Iraku, Maliju, Mjanmaru, Somaliji, Sudanu, Južnom Sudanu, Siriji i Jemenu. 
Po prvi put se na listi našla i vojna koalicija predvođena Saudijskom Arabijom koja daje podršku jemenskoj vladi u borbi protiv pobunjenih Hutija. 

Bivši glavni tajnik UN-a Ban Ki-moon prošle je godine uklonio Saudijsku Arabiju s liste nakon pritiska vlade iz Rijada koja je po pisanju Reutersa zaprijetila rezanjem financiranja te organizacije. 

Guterres je "učinio dobru stvar" vrativši je na ovogodišnju listu, naglašava organizacija Human Rights Watch. 
Saudijsku Arabiju se optužuje za ubojstvo i ozlijeđivanje 683 djece u Jemenu i napade na više desetaka škola i bolnica u 2016., prenosi Reuters. 

Godišnji izvještaj o djeci u oružanim sukobima izrađuje se na zahtjev Vijeća sigurnosti.

– Više od 8 tisuća djece ubijeno je i ozlijeđeno prošle godine u sukobima diljem svijeta, stoji u izvješću Ujedinjenih naroda objavljenom u četvrtak koji je na crnu listu počinitelja takvih zločina vratio Saudijsku Arabiju. 

U Afganistanu je ubijeno ili ozlijeđeno 3512 djece, što je rast za gotovo četvrtinu u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. U Jemenu ih je stradalo 1340, a u Siriji 1299. Stotine djece je regrutirano i u vojne snage, žrtve su seksualnog naselja ili su mete napada na škole, otkriva izvještaj. 

Odgovornima za to UN smatra organizacije u Afganistanu, Srednjoafričkoj Republici, Demokratskoj Republici Kongo, Iraku, Maliju, Mjanmaru, Somaliji, Sudanu, Južnom Sudanu, Siriji i Jemenu. 
Po prvi put se na listi našla i vojna koalicija predvođena Saudijskom Arabijom koja daje podršku jemenskoj vladi u borbi protiv pobunjenih Hutija. 

Bivši glavni tajnik UN-a Ban Ki-moon prošle je godine uklonio Saudijsku Arabiju s liste nakon pritiska vlade iz Rijada koja je po pisanju Reutersa zaprijetila rezanjem financiranja te organizacije. 

Guterres je "učinio dobru stvar" vrativši je na ovogodišnju listu, naglašava organizacija Human Rights Watch. 
Saudijsku Arabiju se optužuje za ubojstvo i ozlijeđivanje 683 djece u Jemenu i napade na više desetaka škola i bolnica u 2016., prenosi Reuters. 

Godišnji izvještaj o djeci u oružanim sukobima izrađuje se na zahtjev Vijeća sigurnosti.
