Damir Škugor, menadžer u INA-i i osumnjičenik u preprodaji plina, u jednom od razgovora koje su presrele snage sigurnosti kaže, “ima plina”. Tako je jedan od trgovaca naftom u Švicarskoj, za The Wall Street Journal rekao: “Ima ruske nafte”. Novinarima je ispričao kako mu stalno nude naftu robne marke koja nije ruska, ali kad se pregledaju karakteristike, primjerice sadržaj sumpora, nedvojbeno je riječ o ruskoj nafti, piše Jutarnji list.

WSJ je istražio modele koji se koriste u prodaji ruske nafte. Elina Ribakova iz Instituta međunarodnih financija, rekla je novinarima da “Rusija pliva u gotovom novcu”. U prvih sedam mjeseci ove godine zaradila je 97 milijardi dolara prodajom energenata, od čega 74 milijarde otpadaju na naftu. Koja je glavno sredstvo financiranja ruske agresije na Ukrajinu. Zato što se naftu može transportirati cjevovodom, ali i brodom, a cisternom cestom ili prugom. Plin, ako nije ukapljeni, ide samo cjevovodom.

Moskva je, osim toga, pristala na smanjenje cijene ispod tržišnih, što je privuklo velik broj kupaca. SAD i Ujedinjena Kraljevina prestale su kupovati rusku naftu, ali ne postoje sankcije drugim zemljama za kupnju jer Washington još traži rješenje za prijepor: smanjiti inflaciju koju potiče visoka cijena energenata povećanjem ponude nafte, istodobno održavajući ekonomski pritisak na ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina.

Trgovci imaju određenu rezervu prema ruskoj nafti da se ne nađu pod udarom nekih od postojećih sankcija, ali kad postoji potražnja uvijek se nađe rješenje. Glavni su kupci u Aziji, a WSJ ističe da je Indija trenutno najbolja mušterija Moskve.

“Tamošnje tvrtke su, prema vladinim naredbama, prešle s gotovo nultog uvoza ruske nafte na oko milijun barela dnevno u nekoliko tjedana nakon invazije na Ukrajinu”, piše američki konzervativni poslovni dnevnik. Za koji je Evgenij Gribov, bivši (podnio je ostavku u ožujku) izvršni direktor Lukoila, drugog najvećeg proizvođača nafte u Rusiji, izjavio: "Ruska će nafta pronaći put do Indije, Kine i drugih tržišta. Čak i ako se prodaje s popustom, više je nego dovoljno za nastavak financiranja rata.”

Dobar se posao radi na Srednjem istoku, kamo stižu pošiljke iz Rusije. Glavne su lokacije Saudijska Arabija i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, članice kartela OPEC+ u kojem djeluje i Moskva. Ključnu ulogu ima luka Fujairah u UAE gdje se miješaju ruska i iranska nafta (ova potonja je pod američkim sankcijama) kako bi joj se sakrilo podrijetlo. Saudijska Arabija koristi rusku naftu za vlastite potrebe da bi mogla što veće količine svoje nafte, po tržišnim cijenama, prodavati Aziji. Često jednostavno preprodaju rusku naftu ostvarujući tako čistu zaradu od oko 30 dolara po barelu. Carole Nakhle, izvršna direktorica konzultantske tvrtke Crystol Energy, za WSJ kaže da se tako “povećava opskrba globalnog tržišta naftom, čime se smanjuju cijene. Ovo je situacija u kojoj svi dobivaju, Rusi, kupci, ali i, rekla bih, Europljani i SAD budući da su, zbog dovoljne opskrbe, cijene crnog zlata sa 130 dolara po barelu u proljeće pale na oko 100 dolara".

Velike tvrtke su pažljive, ne žele se izlagati, pa su nastali prazan prostor u trgovini iskoristili mali igrači koji su detaširali zaposlenike u Dubai i Singapur, gdje olakšavaju promet ruskom naftom.

Moskva djelatno sudjeluje kako bi pomogla prikriti modele trgovanja naftom pa je ukinula mjesečno ažuriranje podataka o proizvodnji, što otežava procjenu aktivnosti. Primjerice, ruska lučka dokumentacija često ne navodi kamo ide nafta iz zemlje i tko ju isporučuje, navode trgovci.

WSJ navodi da neke od zemalja, koje kupuju jeftinu rusku naftu, zarađuju jer ju prerade i zatim prodaju derivate na globalnom tržištu.

Cijeli bi dobar posao s ruskom naftom mogao doživjeti jak udarac 5. prosinca kad bi na snagu trebala stupiti odluka kojom EU zabranjuje kupnju tog energenta. Dio trgovaca i dalje vjeruje da se mjera neće provesti.

SAD nastoji postići dogovor o definiranju gornje cijene ruske nafte koja bi donosila određeni profit pa tako Moskva ne bi imala razloga prekinuti proizvodnju. Takav bi potez bio riskantan za Moskvu zbog prijetnje infrastrukturi (što vrijedi i za plin), ali i za EU i SAD jer bi izazvao rast cijena na globalnom tržištu. Cijena koja bi donosila određeni profit osigurala bi dotok ruske nafte na tržište, ali bi onemogućila veliku zaradu i smanjila sredstva kojima Rusija financira rat u Ukrajini. Jedan dan rata, prema procjenama, stoji Kremlj oko milijardu dolara.

Dužnosnik američkog ministarstva financija je za WSJ rekao kako je cilj da “Baltikom prolazi jeftina nafta”.

Damir Škugor, menadžer u INA-i i osumnjičenik u preprodaji plina, u jednom od razgovora koje su presrele snage sigurnosti kaže, “ima plina”. Tako je jedan od trgovaca naftom u Švicarskoj, za The Wall Street Journal rekao: “Ima ruske nafte”. Novinarima je ispričao kako mu stalno nude naftu robne marke koja nije ruska, ali kad se pregledaju karakteristike, primjerice sadržaj sumpora, nedvojbeno je riječ o ruskoj nafti, piše Jutarnji list.

WSJ je istražio modele koji se koriste u prodaji ruske nafte. Elina Ribakova iz Instituta međunarodnih financija, rekla je novinarima da “Rusija pliva u gotovom novcu”. U prvih sedam mjeseci ove godine zaradila je 97 milijardi dolara prodajom energenata, od čega 74 milijarde otpadaju na naftu. Koja je glavno sredstvo financiranja ruske agresije na Ukrajinu. Zato što se naftu može transportirati cjevovodom, ali i brodom, a cisternom cestom ili prugom. Plin, ako nije ukapljeni, ide samo cjevovodom.

Moskva je, osim toga, pristala na smanjenje cijene ispod tržišnih, što je privuklo velik broj kupaca. SAD i Ujedinjena Kraljevina prestale su kupovati rusku naftu, ali ne postoje sankcije drugim zemljama za kupnju jer Washington još traži rješenje za prijepor: smanjiti inflaciju koju potiče visoka cijena energenata povećanjem ponude nafte, istodobno održavajući ekonomski pritisak na ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina.

Trgovci imaju određenu rezervu prema ruskoj nafti da se ne nađu pod udarom nekih od postojećih sankcija, ali kad postoji potražnja uvijek se nađe rješenje. Glavni su kupci u Aziji, a WSJ ističe da je Indija trenutno najbolja mušterija Moskve.

“Tamošnje tvrtke su, prema vladinim naredbama, prešle s gotovo nultog uvoza ruske nafte na oko milijun barela dnevno u nekoliko tjedana nakon invazije na Ukrajinu”, piše američki konzervativni poslovni dnevnik. Za koji je Evgenij Gribov, bivši (podnio je ostavku u ožujku) izvršni direktor Lukoila, drugog najvećeg proizvođača nafte u Rusiji, izjavio: "Ruska će nafta pronaći put do Indije, Kine i drugih tržišta. Čak i ako se prodaje s popustom, više je nego dovoljno za nastavak financiranja rata.”

Dobar se posao radi na Srednjem istoku, kamo stižu pošiljke iz Rusije. Glavne su lokacije Saudijska Arabija i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati, članice kartela OPEC+ u kojem djeluje i Moskva. Ključnu ulogu ima luka Fujairah u UAE gdje se miješaju ruska i iranska nafta (ova potonja je pod američkim sankcijama) kako bi joj se sakrilo podrijetlo. Saudijska Arabija koristi rusku naftu za vlastite potrebe da bi mogla što veće količine svoje nafte, po tržišnim cijenama, prodavati Aziji. Često jednostavno preprodaju rusku naftu ostvarujući tako čistu zaradu od oko 30 dolara po barelu. Carole Nakhle, izvršna direktorica konzultantske tvrtke Crystol Energy, za WSJ kaže da se tako “povećava opskrba globalnog tržišta naftom, čime se smanjuju cijene. Ovo je situacija u kojoj svi dobivaju, Rusi, kupci, ali i, rekla bih, Europljani i SAD budući da su, zbog dovoljne opskrbe, cijene crnog zlata sa 130 dolara po barelu u proljeće pale na oko 100 dolara".

Velike tvrtke su pažljive, ne žele se izlagati, pa su nastali prazan prostor u trgovini iskoristili mali igrači koji su detaširali zaposlenike u Dubai i Singapur, gdje olakšavaju promet ruskom naftom.

Moskva djelatno sudjeluje kako bi pomogla prikriti modele trgovanja naftom pa je ukinula mjesečno ažuriranje podataka o proizvodnji, što otežava procjenu aktivnosti. Primjerice, ruska lučka dokumentacija često ne navodi kamo ide nafta iz zemlje i tko ju isporučuje, navode trgovci.

WSJ navodi da neke od zemalja, koje kupuju jeftinu rusku naftu, zarađuju jer ju prerade i zatim prodaju derivate na globalnom tržištu.

Cijeli bi dobar posao s ruskom naftom mogao doživjeti jak udarac 5. prosinca kad bi na snagu trebala stupiti odluka kojom EU zabranjuje kupnju tog energenta. Dio trgovaca i dalje vjeruje da se mjera neće provesti.

SAD nastoji postići dogovor o definiranju gornje cijene ruske nafte koja bi donosila određeni profit pa tako Moskva ne bi imala razloga prekinuti proizvodnju. Takav bi potez bio riskantan za Moskvu zbog prijetnje infrastrukturi (što vrijedi i za plin), ali i za EU i SAD jer bi izazvao rast cijena na globalnom tržištu. Cijena koja bi donosila određeni profit osigurala bi dotok ruske nafte na tržište, ali bi onemogućila veliku zaradu i smanjila sredstva kojima Rusija financira rat u Ukrajini. Jedan dan rata, prema procjenama, stoji Kremlj oko milijardu dolara.

Dužnosnik američkog ministarstva financija je za WSJ rekao kako je cilj da “Baltikom prolazi jeftina nafta”.
