Očekuje se da će Europska komisija sljedeći tjedan zatražiti od zemalja EU da smanje grijanje i hlađenje javnih zgrada i ureda kako bi smanjili opću potražnju za plinom, navodi se u dokumentu koji je AFP imao na uvid.

Opskrba ruskim plinom mogla bi biti u potpunosti prekinuta i Bruxelles u svojim simulacijama računa na to da bi se ove zime Putin plinom mogao služiti kao ratnim oružjem. Očekuje se da će Komisija potaknuti vlade 27 zemalja da postave ograničenja na količinu plina koju koriste javne zgrade, uredi, različiti komercijalni objekti, uključujući i vanjske terase, piše Jutarnji list.

Za optimalno korištenje energenata preporučit će pravila koja zahtijevaju da se javne zgrade griju na najviše 19 stupnjeva Celzijevih ili hlade klimatizacijskim jedinicama postavljenim na temperaturu ne nižu od 25 stupnjeva.

U dokumentu Komisije, između ostalog, se navodi: "Ono što uštedimo ljeti možemo koristiti zimi".

Energetski stručnjaci kažu da bi smanjenje termostata za jedan stupanj moglo smanjiti račun za grijanje zgrade za oko 10 posto. Zaključuju i da klimatizacijski uređaji ionako ne uspijevaju ohladiti prostoriju ako nisu "nafrljeni" ispod 20 stupnjeva uspijevaju tek u tome da troše energiju pokušavajući.

Preporuka je dio niza mjera koje Bruxelles istražuje za smanjenje potrošnje plina u EU.

"Imamo prostora da smanjimo eventualni udar izazvan prekidom opskrbe za jednu trećinu", stoji u dokumentu koji bi trebao biti objavljen 20. srpnja i mogao bi se u međuvremenu mijenjati.

Računaju da bi se 11 milijardi kubičnih metara plina moglo izravno uštedjeti smanjenjem prekomjernog grijanja i hlađenja. Drugih 10-11 milijardi moglo bi se "spasiti" od smanjenja upotrebe u različitim industrijama, koje su ionako već usporile proizvodnju zbog skoka cijena.

Dokument nadalje poziva vlade EU da uvedu obvezujuća ograničenja grijanja i hlađenja tamo gdje je to "tehnički izvedivo i provedivo".

Komisija navodi i da se tijekom "plinske zime" - od listopada do ožujka - "mogu postići velike uštede uvođenjem alternativnih izvora topline", kao i kampanjama za uštedu energije koje bi pozivale građane da ove zime smanje grijanje do jedan stupanj Celzija.

Tzv. "zaštićeni" potrošači energije, a to znači kućanstva, predstavljaju samo 37 posto ukupne potrošnje plina u EU. Simulacije pokazuju da bi ovi potrošači bili posljednji koji bi bili ozbiljno pogođeni iznenadnim prekidima opskrbe plinom. Stoga se većinu napora usmjerava na elektrane i industriju koje koriste ogromne količine plina.

Kao ohrabrenje, Bruxelles poziva vlade EU da u svojim zemljama uspostave tzv. "dražbene sustave" kako bi nadoknadili štetu industrijskim potrošačima koji pristanu smanjiti potrošnju plina, piše Jutarnji list.

Ako slučajno dođe do potpunog prekida opskrbe ruskim plinom od srpnja nadalje države EU mogle bi obnoviti samo 65-71 posto svojih rezervi plina prije zime, navodi Komisija.

O ostalim prijedlozima Komisije za uštedu energije trebalo bi se raspravljati na sastanku u Bruxellesu, 26. srpnja, na kojem bi trebali sudjelovati svi ministri energetike zemalja Europske Unije.

Očekuje se da će Europska komisija sljedeći tjedan zatražiti od zemalja EU da smanje grijanje i hlađenje javnih zgrada i ureda kako bi smanjili opću potražnju za plinom, navodi se u dokumentu koji je AFP imao na uvid.

Opskrba ruskim plinom mogla bi biti u potpunosti prekinuta i Bruxelles u svojim simulacijama računa na to da bi se ove zime Putin plinom mogao služiti kao ratnim oružjem. Očekuje se da će Komisija potaknuti vlade 27 zemalja da postave ograničenja na količinu plina koju koriste javne zgrade, uredi, različiti komercijalni objekti, uključujući i vanjske terase, piše Jutarnji list.

Za optimalno korištenje energenata preporučit će pravila koja zahtijevaju da se javne zgrade griju na najviše 19 stupnjeva Celzijevih ili hlade klimatizacijskim jedinicama postavljenim na temperaturu ne nižu od 25 stupnjeva.

U dokumentu Komisije, između ostalog, se navodi: "Ono što uštedimo ljeti možemo koristiti zimi".

Energetski stručnjaci kažu da bi smanjenje termostata za jedan stupanj moglo smanjiti račun za grijanje zgrade za oko 10 posto. Zaključuju i da klimatizacijski uređaji ionako ne uspijevaju ohladiti prostoriju ako nisu "nafrljeni" ispod 20 stupnjeva uspijevaju tek u tome da troše energiju pokušavajući.

Preporuka je dio niza mjera koje Bruxelles istražuje za smanjenje potrošnje plina u EU.

"Imamo prostora da smanjimo eventualni udar izazvan prekidom opskrbe za jednu trećinu", stoji u dokumentu koji bi trebao biti objavljen 20. srpnja i mogao bi se u međuvremenu mijenjati.

Računaju da bi se 11 milijardi kubičnih metara plina moglo izravno uštedjeti smanjenjem prekomjernog grijanja i hlađenja. Drugih 10-11 milijardi moglo bi se "spasiti" od smanjenja upotrebe u različitim industrijama, koje su ionako već usporile proizvodnju zbog skoka cijena.

Dokument nadalje poziva vlade EU da uvedu obvezujuća ograničenja grijanja i hlađenja tamo gdje je to "tehnički izvedivo i provedivo".

Komisija navodi i da se tijekom "plinske zime" - od listopada do ožujka - "mogu postići velike uštede uvođenjem alternativnih izvora topline", kao i kampanjama za uštedu energije koje bi pozivale građane da ove zime smanje grijanje do jedan stupanj Celzija.

Tzv. "zaštićeni" potrošači energije, a to znači kućanstva, predstavljaju samo 37 posto ukupne potrošnje plina u EU. Simulacije pokazuju da bi ovi potrošači bili posljednji koji bi bili ozbiljno pogođeni iznenadnim prekidima opskrbe plinom. Stoga se većinu napora usmjerava na elektrane i industriju koje koriste ogromne količine plina.

Kao ohrabrenje, Bruxelles poziva vlade EU da u svojim zemljama uspostave tzv. "dražbene sustave" kako bi nadoknadili štetu industrijskim potrošačima koji pristanu smanjiti potrošnju plina, piše Jutarnji list.

Ako slučajno dođe do potpunog prekida opskrbe ruskim plinom od srpnja nadalje države EU mogle bi obnoviti samo 65-71 posto svojih rezervi plina prije zime, navodi Komisija.

O ostalim prijedlozima Komisije za uštedu energije trebalo bi se raspravljati na sastanku u Bruxellesu, 26. srpnja, na kojem bi trebali sudjelovati svi ministri energetike zemalja Europske Unije.

Očekuje se da će Europska komisija sljedeći tjedan zatražiti od zemalja EU da smanje grijanje i hlađenje javnih zgrada i ureda kako bi smanjili opću potražnju za plinom, navodi se u dokumentu koji je AFP imao na uvid.

Opskrba ruskim plinom mogla bi biti u potpunosti prekinuta i Bruxelles u svojim simulacijama računa na to da bi se ove zime Putin plinom mogao služiti kao ratnim oružjem. Očekuje se da će Komisija potaknuti vlade 27 zemalja da postave ograničenja na količinu plina koju koriste javne zgrade, uredi, različiti komercijalni objekti, uključujući i vanjske terase, piše Jutarnji list.

Za optimalno korištenje energenata preporučit će pravila koja zahtijevaju da se javne zgrade griju na najviše 19 stupnjeva Celzijevih ili hlade klimatizacijskim jedinicama...
