U Hrvatskoj je od početka nove godine oko 100.000 ljudi dobilo dijagnozu COVID-19. Gotovo kao cijela Rijeka! Među njima je velik broj cijepljenih i preboljelih. Zašto omikron izbjegava stečeni imunitet, pita se N1.

Drugi pozitivan COVID test zbog omikrona dobiva sve više građana.

Bernard Kaić iz HZJZ-a navodi kako je među ukupno oboljelima, postotak tih koji su ranije već bili bolesni bio niži, oko 1,1 i pol posto, ali zadnjih tjedna čini se da je dosegnuo 15 posto.

Omikron izbjegava prethodnu zarazu, ali i cijepljenje. Primjerice, među novozaraženima zabilježenima u nedjelju tridesetak posto je cijepljeno s dvije doze, pet posto s tri.

Cijepljeni najčešće imaju blaže simptome

Ipak, cijepljeni i preboljeli najčešće prođu s blažim simptomima.

Kaić naglašava kako izgleda da omikron izbjegava ranije stečeni imunitet, i to zato jer se omikron ponaša skoro kao novi virus.

Ističe i da su mu nedavno kolege s terena poslali primjer jednog mladića koji je mjesec dana nakon prve bolesti obolio.

“Promijenit ćemo vjerojatno preporuku da se nakon preboljenja počne ranije cijepiti, recimo tri mjeseca nakon preboljenja”, pojašnjava Kaić za Dnevnik.hr.

Uz omikron teško ostati nezaražen

“Oni koji su preboljeli se trebaju cijepiti nakon preboljenja, neovisno jesu li prije bili cijepljeni ili ne”, naglašava epidemiolog Kaić.

Jer uz omikron – teško je ostati nezaražen.

Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica Klinike za infektivne bolesti “Dr. Fran Mihaljević” pojašnjava da od zaraze postojeća cjepiva ne štite u visokom postotku, nego do 30 posto.

Ali u punom većem postotku i dalje štite od dolaska u bolnicu i smrti.

Zaštita nakon cjepiva

Alemka Markotić navodi kako dvije doze štite do 65 i više posto, a treća buster preko 80 do 90 posto – od težih oblika bolesti i smrti.

Upravo su necijepljeni rezervoar novih varijanti virusa, koji diktiraju razvoj epidemije, pojašnjava nam profesor Vlahoviček.

Kristian Vlahoviček s PMF-a kaže kako čovjek treba imati kristalnu kuglu da shvati i vidi što će se dogoditi te dodaje da mutacije mogu otići u svim mogućim smjerovima, napraviti još puno štete, i postati obična prehlada. Nada se da će jedan od tih povoljnij scenarija biti taj koji će se odvijati.

No u bliskoj budućnosti – Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija procijenila je da će u idućih nekoliko tjedana omikronom biti zaraženo pola Europe.

U Hrvatskoj je od početka nove godine oko 100.000 ljudi dobilo dijagnozu COVID-19. Gotovo kao cijela Rijeka! Među njima je velik broj cijepljenih i preboljelih. Zašto omikron izbjegava stečeni imunitet, pita se N1.

Drugi pozitivan COVID test zbog omikrona dobiva sve više građana.

Bernard Kaić iz HZJZ-a navodi kako je među ukupno oboljelima, postotak tih koji su ranije već bili bolesni bio niži, oko 1,1 i pol posto, ali zadnjih tjedna čini se da je dosegnuo 15 posto.

Omikron izbjegava prethodnu zarazu, ali i cijepljenje. Primjerice, među novozaraženima zabilježenima u nedjelju tridesetak posto je cijepljeno s dvije doze, pet posto s tri.

Cijepljeni najčešće imaju blaže simptome

Ipak, cijepljeni i preboljeli najčešće prođu s blažim simptomima.

Kaić naglašava kako izgleda da omikron izbjegava ranije stečeni imunitet, i to zato jer se omikron ponaša skoro kao novi virus.

Ističe i da su mu nedavno kolege s terena poslali primjer jednog mladića koji je mjesec dana nakon prve bolesti obolio.

“Promijenit ćemo vjerojatno preporuku da se nakon preboljenja počne ranije cijepiti, recimo tri mjeseca nakon preboljenja”, pojašnjava Kaić za Dnevnik.hr.

Uz omikron teško ostati nezaražen

“Oni koji su preboljeli se trebaju cijepiti nakon preboljenja, neovisno jesu li prije bili cijepljeni ili ne”, naglašava epidemiolog Kaić.

Jer uz omikron – teško je ostati nezaražen.

Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica Klinike za infektivne bolesti “Dr. Fran Mihaljević” pojašnjava da od zaraze postojeća cjepiva ne štite u visokom postotku, nego do 30 posto.

Ali u punom većem postotku i dalje štite od dolaska u bolnicu i smrti.

Zaštita nakon cjepiva

Alemka Markotić navodi kako dvije doze štite do 65 i više posto, a treća buster preko 80 do 90 posto – od težih oblika bolesti i smrti.

Upravo su necijepljeni rezervoar novih varijanti virusa, koji diktiraju razvoj epidemije, pojašnjava nam profesor Vlahoviček.

Kristian Vlahoviček s PMF-a kaže kako čovjek treba imati kristalnu kuglu da shvati i vidi što će se dogoditi te dodaje da mutacije mogu otići u svim mogućim smjerovima, napraviti još puno štete, i postati obična prehlada. Nada se da će jedan od tih povoljnij scenarija biti taj koji će se odvijati.

No u bliskoj budućnosti – Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija procijenila je da će u idućih nekoliko tjedana omikronom biti zaraženo pola Europe.

U Hrvatskoj je od početka nove godine oko 100.000 ljudi dobilo dijagnozu COVID-19. Gotovo kao cijela Rijeka! Među njima je velik broj cijepljenih i preboljelih. Zašto omikron izbjegava stečeni imunitet, pita se N1.

Drugi pozitivan COVID test zbog omikrona dobiva sve više građana.

Bernard Kaić iz HZJZ-a navodi kako je među ukupno oboljelima, postotak tih koji su ranije već bili bolesni bio niži, oko 1,1 i pol posto, ali zadnjih tjedna čini se da je dosegnuo 15 posto.

Omikron izbjegava prethodnu zarazu, ali i cijepljenje. Primjerice, među novozaraženima zabilježenima u nedjelju tridesetak posto je cijepljeno s dvije doze, pet posto s tri.

Cijepljeni najčešće imaju blaže simptome

Ipak, cijepljeni i preboljeli najčešće prođu s blažim simptomima.
