Njemačko-turski pisac Akif Pirinçci osuđen je u ponedjeljak na okružnom sudu u Bonnu na devet mjeseci zatvora bez uvjetne kazne zbog poticanja na mržnju.

Taj 64-godišnjak kažnjen je zbog neprijateljskih primjedbi o imigrantima na svom blogu. Njegov odvjetnik Mustafa Kaplan rekao je za dpa da je već uložio žalbu na presudu, koja još nije pravomoćna.

Pirinçciju ovo nije prva presuda za poticanje mržnje. No, on tvrdi da su njegove izjave obuhvaćene pravom na slobodu izražavanja.

Pirinçci, rođen u Istanbulu 1959., preselio se u Njemačku s obitelji 1969. i odrastao u regiji Eifel, u blizini grada Bonna.

Od 1989. godine proslavio se serijalom kriminalističkih romana "Felidae" u kojima su mačke imale glavnu ulogu. Romani su prodani u milijunima primjeraka, prevedeni su na mnoge jezike i po njima su snimljeni filmovi.

Međutim, u posljednjih 10 godina Pirinçci je uglavnom privlačio pozornost svojim desničarskim populističkim i islamofobnim izjavama.

Godine 2014. objavio je svoju prvu publicističku knjigu “Poludjela Njemačka: Ludi kult žena, homoseksualaca i imigranata”.

Sljedeće je godine prosvjednicima protiv stranaca u Dresdenu rekao da "koncentracijski logori nažalost više ne rade".

Njemačko-turski pisac Akif Pirinçci osuđen je u ponedjeljak na okružnom sudu u Bonnu na devet mjeseci zatvora bez uvjetne kazne zbog poticanja na mržnju.

Taj 64-godišnjak kažnjen je zbog neprijateljskih primjedbi o imigrantima na svom blogu. Njegov odvjetnik Mustafa Kaplan rekao je za dpa da je već uložio žalbu na presudu, koja još nije pravomoćna.

Pirinçciju ovo nije prva presuda za poticanje mržnje. No, on tvrdi da su njegove izjave obuhvaćene pravom na slobodu izražavanja.

Pirinçci, rođen u Istanbulu 1959., preselio se u Njemačku s obitelji 1969. i odrastao u regiji Eifel, u blizini grada Bonna.

Od 1989. godine proslavio se serijalom kriminalističkih romana "Felidae" u kojima su mačke imale glavnu ulogu. Romani su prodani u milijunima primjeraka, prevedeni su na mnoge jezike i po njima su snimljeni filmovi.

Međutim, u posljednjih 10 godina Pirinçci je uglavnom privlačio pozornost svojim desničarskim populističkim i islamofobnim izjavama.

Godine 2014. objavio je svoju prvu publicističku knjigu “Poludjela Njemačka: Ludi kult žena, homoseksualaca i imigranata”.

Sljedeće je godine prosvjednicima protiv stranaca u Dresdenu rekao da "koncentracijski logori nažalost više ne rade".

Njemačko-turski pisac osuđen zbog poticanja na mržnju: Žalio za koncentracijskim logorima i huškao na imigrante

Njemačko-turski pisac Akif Pirinçci osuđen je u ponedjeljak na okružnom sudu u Bonnu na devet mjeseci zatvora bez uvjetne kazne zbog poticanja na mržnju.

Taj 64-godišnjak kažnjen je zbog neprijateljskih primjedbi o imigrantima na svom blogu. Njegov odvjetnik Mustafa Kaplan rekao je za dpa da je već uložio žalbu na presudu, koja još nije pravomoćna.

Pirinçciju ovo nije prva presuda za poticanje mržnje. No, on tvrdi da su njegove izjave obuhvaćene pravom na slobodu izražavanja.

Pirinçci, rođen u Istanbulu 1959., preselio se u Njemačku s obitelji 1969. i odrastao u regiji Eifel, u blizini grada Bonna.

Od 1989. godine proslavio se serijalom kriminalističkih romana "Felidae" u kojima su mačke imale glavnu ulogu. Romani su prodani u milijunima primjeraka, prevedeni su na mnoge jezike i po njima su snimljeni filmovi.

Međutim, u posljednjih 10 godina Pirinçci je uglavnom privlačio pozornost svojim desničarskim populističkim i islamofobnim izjavama.

Godine 2014. objavio je svoju prvu publicističku knjigu “Poludjela Njemačka: Ludi kult žena, homoseksualaca i imigranata”.

Sljedeće je godine prosvjednicima protiv stranaca u Dresdenu rekao da "koncentracijski logori nažalost više ne rade".
