Ekonomska kriza uslijed pandemije koronavirusa dovela je do paradoksalne situacije - mnogi građani Njemačke imaju na računu znatno više novca nego prije godinu dana, piše Deutsche Welle. I tome se ne nazire kraj, veća potrošnja, kako se čini, građanima nije na listi prioriteta.
- Prema podacima Bundesbanke, od siječnja 2020. do siječnja 2021. depoziti privatnih domaćinstava u bankama porasli su za 182 milijarde eura i sada iznose 1,73 bilijuna eura" pišnje novinska agencija dpa pozivajući se na statistiku u mjesečnom izveštaju za ožujak.
- U svojoj najnovijoj ekonomskoj prognozi ekonomski Institut Ifo sa sjedištem u Münchenu povećanje ušteđevine u 2020. procjenjuje na 100 milijardi eura - i pretpostavlja da će ta suma u prvom kvartalu nastaviti rasti, prenosi isti izvor.
- Mislim da ćemo do sredine godine imati sličnu situaciju kao i cijele prošle godine", kaže Jürgen Gros, predsjednik udruženja GVB, krovne organizacije Volks- i Raiffeisen banki u Bavarskoj, prenosi dpa.
Podiže se mnogo manje gotovine
Jedan od razloga što se novac gomila na računima građana Njemačke sigurno je činjenica da su tijekom pandemije ljudi znatno rjeđe podizali gotovinu na bankomatima.
- Kao rezultat korona-krize, potražnja za gotovinom na našim mašinama opala je za 75 posto", rekao je Kersten Trojanus, izvršni direktor operatera bankomata IC Cash za list Welt am Sonntag. Oko 1.000 od 5.000 bankomata ovog operatera u Njemačkoj već je isključeno iz uporabe, a 200 do 300 je potpuno demontirano.
Banke su takođe zabiljeležile značajan pad potražnje za gotovinom, piše ovaj list. U Commerzbank, primjerice, navode: „U proteklih dvanaest mjeseci zabilježili smo prosječan pad potražnje za gotovinom između deset i 15 posto".
Slično je i kada se radi o kreditima: količina potošačkih kredita je znatno smanjena, a smanjena je i razina ulaženja u minus građana na tekućim računima, prenosi Deutsche Welle.
Turizam će profitirati
Jürgen Gros je uvjeren da će se taj trend smanjenog trošenja novca nastaviti "jer su ljudi vrlo nesigurni". Djelomično se tu radi i o nedobrovoljnoj štednji, smatra Christian Nau, izvršni direktor online-portala Check24.
- Potrošači naprosto imaju manje mogućnosti za trošenje novca. Putovanja gotovo da nisu bila moguća, a i veće nabavke su bile znatno otežane. Uz to su i banke bile znatno suzdržanije u davanju kredita, kaže Nau. Neki ljudi nisu dobijali kredite koje bi prije krize s lakoćom dobili.
Stručnjaci su uvjereni da će prije ili kasnije ljudi ponovo početi trošiti, ali je još nejasno kada će to biti jer se ne zna koliko dugo će ova kriza trajati. Ali i kada do povećanja potrošnje dođe, "to neće biti neki veliki boom, jednako kao štp kriza neće ni nestati preko noći", smatra Nau.
Uz to se neki oblici potrošnje neće moći nadoknaditi: - Nitko neće ići dva puta tjedno frizeru samo zato jer prije toga pola godine uopće nije mogao ići, kaže Rolf Bürkl iz nirnberške banke GfK.
- No sigurno će biti nekih nadoknađivanja propuštenog kada je primjerice riječ o putovanjima. Moguće je da će sada, jer su financijska sredstva na raspolaganju, porasti i potražnja za luksuznijim i skupljim putovanjima, smatra Bürkl.
Predviđa, ipak, da će putovanja postati skuplja, budući da će turistička branša pokušati bar dio svojih velikih gubitaka nadoknaditi kada se koronska kriza ublaži.

Ekonomska kriza uslijed pandemije koronavirusa dovela je do paradoksalne situacije - mnogi građani Njemačke imaju na računu znatno više novca nego prije godinu dana, piše Deutsche Welle. I tome se ne nazire kraj, veća potrošnja, kako se čini, građanima nije na listi prioriteta.
- Prema podacima Bundesbanke, od siječnja 2020. do siječnja 2021. depoziti privatnih domaćinstava u bankama porasli su za 182 milijarde eura i sada iznose 1,73 bilijuna eura" pišnje novinska agencija dpa pozivajući se na statistiku u mjesečnom izveštaju za ožujak.
- U svojoj najnovijoj ekonomskoj prognozi ekonomski Institut Ifo sa sjedištem u Münchenu povećanje ušteđevine u 2020. procjenjuje na 100 milijardi eura - i pretpostavlja da će ta suma u prvom kvartalu nastaviti rasti, prenosi isti izvor.
- Mislim da ćemo do sredine godine imati sličnu situaciju kao i cijele prošle godine", kaže Jürgen Gros, predsjednik udruženja GVB, krovne organizacije Volks- i Raiffeisen banki u Bavarskoj, prenosi dpa.
Podiže se mnogo manje gotovine
Jedan od razloga što se novac gomila na računima građana Njemačke sigurno je činjenica da su tijekom pandemije ljudi znatno rjeđe podizali gotovinu na bankomatima.
- Kao rezultat korona-krize, potražnja za gotovinom na našim mašinama opala je za 75 posto", rekao je Kersten Trojanus, izvršni direktor operatera bankomata IC Cash za list Welt am Sonntag. Oko 1.000 od 5.000 bankomata ovog operatera u Njemačkoj već je isključeno iz uporabe, a 200 do 300 je potpuno demontirano.
Banke su takođe zabiljeležile značajan pad potražnje za gotovinom, piše ovaj list. U Commerzbank, primjerice, navode: „U proteklih dvanaest mjeseci zabilježili smo prosječan pad potražnje za gotovinom između deset i 15 posto".
Slično je i kada se radi o kreditima: količina potošačkih kredita je znatno smanjena, a smanjena je i razina ulaženja u minus građana na tekućim računima, prenosi Deutsche Welle.
Turizam će profitirati
Jürgen Gros je uvjeren da će se taj trend smanjenog trošenja novca nastaviti "jer su ljudi vrlo nesigurni". Djelomično se tu radi i o nedobrovoljnoj štednji, smatra Christian Nau, izvršni direktor online-portala Check24.
- Potrošači naprosto imaju manje mogućnosti za trošenje novca. Putovanja gotovo da nisu bila moguća, a i veće nabavke su bile znatno otežane. Uz to su i banke bile znatno suzdržanije u davanju kredita, kaže Nau. Neki ljudi nisu dobijali kredite koje bi prije krize s lakoćom dobili.
Stručnjaci su uvjereni da će prije ili kasnije ljudi ponovo početi trošiti, ali je još nejasno kada će to biti jer se ne zna koliko dugo će ova kriza trajati. Ali i kada do povećanja potrošnje dođe, "to neće biti neki veliki boom, jednako kao štp kriza neće ni nestati preko noći", smatra Nau.
Uz to se neki oblici potrošnje neće moći nadoknaditi: - Nitko neće ići dva puta tjedno frizeru samo zato jer prije toga pola godine uopće nije mogao ići, kaže Rolf Bürkl iz nirnberške banke GfK.
- No sigurno će biti nekih nadoknađivanja propuštenog kada je primjerice riječ o putovanjima. Moguće je da će sada, jer su financijska sredstva na raspolaganju, porasti i potražnja za luksuznijim i skupljim putovanjima, smatra Bürkl.
Predviđa, ipak, da će putovanja postati skuplja, budući da će turistička branša pokušati bar dio svojih velikih gubitaka nadoknaditi kada se koronska kriza ublaži.
