Švicarska savezna carinska uprava izvijestila je da je tajanstveno zlato, za koje je utvrđeno da potječe iz Rusije, u Švicarsku stiglo iz Velike Britanije.
Zlato je stiglo iz Velike Britanije, ali ima rusku tzv. oznaku porijekla, navela je carina u priopćenju u petak, prenosi Bloomberg. To znači da je zlato posljednji puta obrađeno u Rusiji, rekao je glasnogovornik. Carina iz pravnih razloga nije dala nikakve podatke o uvozniku zlata.
Industrijsko udruženje švicarskih rafinerija zlata priopćilo je ranije da njegovi članovi prošlog mjeseca nisu uvozili zlato iz Rusije, zbog čega se postavilo pitanje tko je kupac ovog plemenitog ruskog metala u toj zemlji, piše Jutarnji.
Više od tri tone zlata
Više od 3 tone zlata, vrijednog oko 200 milijuna dolara, isporučeno je iz Rusije u Švicarsku u svibnju, od čega je gotovo cijela pošiljka označena za rafiniranje, prema podacima Švicarske savezne carinske uprave. Bila je to prva zabilježena pošiljka zlata između dviju zemalja od veljače, kada je Kremlj započeo invaziju na Ukrajinu.
Unatoč tome što Europa nije uvela pod sankcije izvoz ruskog zlata, potez rafinerijske industrije da se distancira od spornih isporuka, ukazuje na nevoljkost izlaganju reputacije riziku od optužbi za neizravno financiranje rata Moskve protiv Kijeva pri trgovanju nacionalnom robom.
"Nakon što je kontaktirao svoje članove, ASFCMP potvrđuje da nitko od njegovih članova nije odgovoran za ovaj uvoz", navodi se u priopćenju Švicarske udruge proizvođača i trgovaca plemenitim metalima (ASFCMP) u četvrtak. "Iako švicarski zakoni i sankcije ne zabranjuju uvoz ruskog zlata u Švicarsku, ASFCMP želi ponoviti da sumnjivom zlatu nije mjesto u Švicarskoj", dodaje se.
Ova izjava postavlja pitanja o identitetu krajnjih kupaca, budući da ASFCMP-ovih 14 članova uključuje sve velike rafinerije u Švicarskoj, koje dominiraju preradom plemenitih metala na globalnoj razini.
U Švicarskoj četiri velike rafinerije zlata zajedno prerađuju dvije trećine svjetskog zlata.
Tabu tema
Kupovina plemenitih metala iz Rusije postala je tabu unutar industrije nakon invazije Rusije na Ukrajinu, a prva - sada demantirana - informacija prema kojoj je Švicarska kupila spomenute tri tone zlata, nagnala je neke na nagađanja da bi to možda mogao biti znak promjene u percepciji ruskih poluga i odnosu industrije prema plemenitim metalima iz Rusije, odnosno da bi moglo doći do popuštanja.
U ožujku je Londonska udruga tržišta poluga (LBMA) brzo uklonila vlastite rafinerije u zemlji sa svog popisa akreditiranih, što se smatralo 'de facto' zabranom kupovine zlatnih poluga od jednog od tri najveća svjetska proizvođača zlata.
Ipak, pravila ne zabranjuju drugim rafinerijama koje je odobrio LBMA da kupuju metal podrijetlom iz ruskih rudnika.
Inače, polugama proizvedenim u ruskim rafinerijama nakon 7. ožujka 2022. u Švicarskoj nije dozvoljeno trgovati, dok je trgovanje polugama proizvedenim u Rusiji prije 7. ožujka 2022. i dalje dozvoljeno.
Stoga švicarske rafinerije još uvijek mogu legalno uvoziti zlato iz Rusije, navodi carinska uprava, iako se većina izjasnila da neće.
Mnogi zapadni kupci i dalje su oprezni s ruskim plemenitim metalima, uključujući poluge iskovane prije rata u Ukrajini, kojima se još uvijek trguje na zapadnim tržištima.
Za paladij je to uzrokovalo stalne promjene između cijena u Londonu i New Yorku, budući da tržište u New Yorku predstavlja veći rizik primanja poluga iz Rusije.
Švicarska od travnja uvozi male količine paladija iz Rusije, koja je najveći svjetski proizvođač tog metala, iz čijih se rudnika ruda iskopava.

Švicarska savezna carinska uprava izvijestila je da je tajanstveno zlato, za koje je utvrđeno da potječe iz Rusije, u Švicarsku stiglo iz Velike Britanije.
Zlato je stiglo iz Velike Britanije, ali ima rusku tzv. oznaku porijekla, navela je carina u priopćenju u petak, prenosi Bloomberg. To znači da je zlato posljednji puta obrađeno u Rusiji, rekao je glasnogovornik. Carina iz pravnih razloga nije dala nikakve podatke o uvozniku zlata.
Industrijsko udruženje švicarskih rafinerija zlata priopćilo je ranije da njegovi članovi prošlog mjeseca nisu uvozili zlato iz Rusije, zbog čega se postavilo pitanje tko je kupac ovog plemenitog ruskog metala u toj zemlji, piše Jutarnji.
Više od tri tone zlata
Više od 3 tone zlata, vrijednog oko 200 milijuna dolara, isporučeno je iz Rusije u Švicarsku u svibnju, od čega je gotovo cijela pošiljka označena za rafiniranje, prema podacima Švicarske savezne carinske uprave. Bila je to prva zabilježena pošiljka zlata između dviju zemalja od veljače, kada je Kremlj započeo invaziju na Ukrajinu.
Unatoč tome što Europa nije uvela pod sankcije izvoz ruskog zlata, potez rafinerijske industrije da se distancira od spornih isporuka, ukazuje na nevoljkost izlaganju reputacije riziku od optužbi za neizravno financiranje rata Moskve protiv Kijeva pri trgovanju nacionalnom robom.
"Nakon što je kontaktirao svoje članove, ASFCMP potvrđuje da nitko od njegovih članova nije odgovoran za ovaj uvoz", navodi se u priopćenju Švicarske udruge proizvođača i trgovaca plemenitim metalima (ASFCMP) u četvrtak. "Iako švicarski zakoni i sankcije ne zabranjuju uvoz ruskog zlata u Švicarsku, ASFCMP želi ponoviti da sumnjivom zlatu nije mjesto u Švicarskoj", dodaje se.
Ova izjava postavlja pitanja o identitetu krajnjih kupaca, budući da ASFCMP-ovih 14 članova uključuje sve velike rafinerije u Švicarskoj, koje dominiraju preradom plemenitih metala na globalnoj razini.
U Švicarskoj četiri velike rafinerije zlata zajedno prerađuju dvije trećine svjetskog zlata.
Tabu tema
Kupovina plemenitih metala iz Rusije postala je tabu unutar industrije nakon invazije Rusije na Ukrajinu, a prva - sada demantirana - informacija prema kojoj je Švicarska kupila spomenute tri tone zlata, nagnala je neke na nagađanja da bi to možda mogao biti znak promjene u percepciji ruskih poluga i odnosu industrije prema plemenitim metalima iz Rusije, odnosno da bi moglo doći do popuštanja.
U ožujku je Londonska udruga tržišta poluga (LBMA) brzo uklonila vlastite rafinerije u zemlji sa svog popisa akreditiranih, što se smatralo 'de facto' zabranom kupovine zlatnih poluga od jednog od tri najveća svjetska proizvođača zlata.
Ipak, pravila ne zabranjuju drugim rafinerijama koje je odobrio LBMA da kupuju metal podrijetlom iz ruskih rudnika.
Inače, polugama proizvedenim u ruskim rafinerijama nakon 7. ožujka 2022. u Švicarskoj nije dozvoljeno trgovati, dok je trgovanje polugama proizvedenim u Rusiji prije 7. ožujka 2022. i dalje dozvoljeno.
Stoga švicarske rafinerije još uvijek mogu legalno uvoziti zlato iz Rusije, navodi carinska uprava, iako se većina izjasnila da neće.
Mnogi zapadni kupci i dalje su oprezni s ruskim plemenitim metalima, uključujući poluge iskovane prije rata u Ukrajini, kojima se još uvijek trguje na zapadnim tržištima.
Za paladij je to uzrokovalo stalne promjene između cijena u Londonu i New Yorku, budući da tržište u New Yorku predstavlja veći rizik primanja poluga iz Rusije.
Švicarska od travnja uvozi male količine paladija iz Rusije, koja je najveći svjetski proizvođač tog metala, iz čijih se rudnika ruda iskopava.
