Francuski parlament od ponedjeljka raspravlja o novom zakonu o suzbijanju radikalnog islama u zemlji, koji je izazvao brojne kontroverze u Francuskoj i izvan nje. Očekuje se dvotjedna rasprava o nacrtu zakona koji se odnosi na sve vjerske zajednice, ali mu je cilj sprečavanje širenja radikalnog islama u škole, javne službe i na internetu, piše Jutarnji.

Zakonom država želi uspostaviti nadzor nad funkcioniranjem i islamskih udruženja i džamija, posebno nad njihovim inozemnim financiranjem. Francuska neće zabraniti inozemno financiranje džamija, no svaka donacija veća od 10.000 eura mora biti prijavljena. Na vladin prijedlog zakona već je predloženo 1700 amandmana, prenosi AFP.

Otvarajući raspravu, ministar unutarnjih poslova Gérald Darmanin istaknuo je da im nije cilj borba protiv islama kao vjere, nego protiv islamizma, koji agresivno želi preuzeti utjecaj nad muslimanima.

Odredbe zakona odnose se na sve religije, ali cilj je suzbijanje islamskog ekstremizma. Neki muslimani u Francuskoj izrazili su zabrinutost da će ih se time dodatno stigmatizirati, javlja francuska agencija, a i predstavnici drugih vjerskih zajednica, od budista do katolika, žalili su se da bi također mogli trpjeti posljedice donošenja takvog zakona.

No, predsjednik Emmanuel Macron ne odustaje od borbe protiv onoga što je u listopadu nazvao islamskim separatizmom, perverznom verzijom islama koja se tiho probija i stvara paralelno društvo.

Ministar Darmanin ponovio je Macronove riječi, ističući da Francuska "pati od bolesti separatizma, prije svega islamističkog separatizma koji je poput gangrene koja poput zaraze ugrožava naše nacionalno jedinstvo". Ministar Darmanin u obranu kontroverznog zakona napisao je knjigu koja će biti objavljena u sljedećih nekoliko dana, "Manifest za sekularizam". Sekularizam je temeljna vrijednost Francuske Republike: kako su se obranili od nekadašnje svevlasti Katoličke crkve, tako sad Macronovi istomišljenici misle Francusku obraniti od infiltracije radikalnog islama.

Predloženi zakon jedan je aspekt politike francuskog predsjednika koji želi učiniti ono što su njegovi prethodnici pokušali, a nisu uspjeli: stvoriti "islam po mjeri Francuske", piše francuska agencija. Paralelno su muslimanske udruge prošli mjesec, nakon brojnih međusobnih prepirki, dovršile "povelju o načelima za francuski islam".

Mohammed Moussaoui, čelnik Francuskog vijeća muslimanskih vjernika (CFCM), rekao je u siječnju pred parlamentarnim odborom da je nadzor nad udrugama koji se predviđa zakonom koristan i nužan za borbu protiv onih koji žele instrumentalizirati te udruge u borbi protiv francuskih vrijednosti. No, izrazio je zabrinutost da bi vlasti taj zakon mogle koristiti i protiv drugih udruga koje nisu neprijateljski nastrojene. Udruženja koja primaju novac od države morat će potpisati ugovor o sekularizmu, odnosno o poštivanju vrijednosti Francuske Republike. Ako se utvrdi da ugovor nije poštivan, novac će morati biti vraćen.

Macron zakonom želi osigurati da zaposlenici u javnim službama poštuju neutralnost i sekularizam, a da pritom budu zaštićeni od prijetnji i nasilja. Zakonski će sva djeca od 3. godine morati pohađati državnu školu, kako bi se djecu zaštitilo od indoktrinacije u neformalnim islamskim školama i vrtićima. Prema francuskim medijima, lani je oko 50.000 djece u Francuskoj školovano kod kuće.

Francuski parlament od ponedjeljka raspravlja o novom zakonu o suzbijanju radikalnog islama u zemlji, koji je izazvao brojne kontroverze u Francuskoj i izvan nje. Očekuje se dvotjedna rasprava o nacrtu zakona koji se odnosi na sve vjerske zajednice, ali mu je cilj sprečavanje širenja radikalnog islama u škole, javne službe i na internetu, piše Jutarnji.

Zakonom država želi uspostaviti nadzor nad funkcioniranjem i islamskih udruženja i džamija, posebno nad njihovim inozemnim financiranjem. Francuska neće zabraniti inozemno financiranje džamija, no svaka donacija veća od 10.000 eura mora biti prijavljena. Na vladin prijedlog zakona već je predloženo 1700 amandmana, prenosi AFP.

Otvarajući raspravu, ministar unutarnjih poslova Gérald Darmanin istaknuo je da im nije cilj borba protiv islama kao vjere, nego protiv islamizma, koji agresivno želi preuzeti utjecaj nad muslimanima.

Odredbe zakona odnose se na sve religije, ali cilj je suzbijanje islamskog ekstremizma. Neki muslimani u Francuskoj izrazili su zabrinutost da će ih se time dodatno stigmatizirati, javlja francuska agencija, a i predstavnici drugih vjerskih zajednica, od budista do katolika, žalili su se da bi također mogli trpjeti posljedice donošenja takvog zakona.

No, predsjednik Emmanuel Macron ne odustaje od borbe protiv onoga što je u listopadu nazvao islamskim separatizmom, perverznom verzijom islama koja se tiho probija i stvara paralelno društvo.

Ministar Darmanin ponovio je Macronove riječi, ističući da Francuska "pati od bolesti separatizma, prije svega islamističkog separatizma koji je poput gangrene koja poput zaraze ugrožava naše nacionalno jedinstvo". Ministar Darmanin u obranu kontroverznog zakona napisao je knjigu koja će biti objavljena u sljedećih nekoliko dana, "Manifest za sekularizam". Sekularizam je temeljna vrijednost Francuske Republike: kako su se obranili od nekadašnje svevlasti Katoličke crkve, tako sad Macronovi istomišljenici misle Francusku obraniti od infiltracije radikalnog islama.

Predloženi zakon jedan je aspekt politike francuskog predsjednika koji želi učiniti ono što su njegovi prethodnici pokušali, a nisu uspjeli: stvoriti "islam po mjeri Francuske", piše francuska agencija. Paralelno su muslimanske udruge prošli mjesec, nakon brojnih međusobnih prepirki, dovršile "povelju o načelima za francuski islam".

Mohammed Moussaoui, čelnik Francuskog vijeća muslimanskih vjernika (CFCM), rekao je u siječnju pred parlamentarnim odborom da je nadzor nad udrugama koji se predviđa zakonom koristan i nužan za borbu protiv onih koji žele instrumentalizirati te udruge u borbi protiv francuskih vrijednosti. No, izrazio je zabrinutost da bi vlasti taj zakon mogle koristiti i protiv drugih udruga koje nisu neprijateljski nastrojene. Udruženja koja primaju novac od države morat će potpisati ugovor o sekularizmu, odnosno o poštivanju vrijednosti Francuske Republike. Ako se utvrdi da ugovor nije poštivan, novac će morati biti vraćen.

Macron zakonom želi osigurati da zaposlenici u javnim službama poštuju neutralnost i sekularizam, a da pritom budu zaštićeni od prijetnji i nasilja. Zakonski će sva djeca od 3. godine morati pohađati državnu školu, kako bi se djecu zaštitilo od indoktrinacije u neformalnim islamskim školama i vrtićima. Prema francuskim medijima, lani je oko 50.000 djece u Francuskoj školovano kod kuće.

Francuski parlament od ponedjeljka raspravlja o novom zakonu o suzbijanju radikalnog islama u zemlji, koji je izazvao brojne kontroverze u Francuskoj i izvan nje. Očekuje se dvotjedna rasprava o nacrtu zakona koji se odnosi na sve vjerske zajednice, ali mu je cilj sprečavanje širenja radikalnog islama u škole, javne službe i na internetu, piše Jutarnji.

Zakonom država želi uspostaviti nadzor nad funkcioniranjem i islamskih udruženja i džamija, posebno nad njihovim inozemnim financiranjem. Francuska neće zabraniti inozemno financiranje džamija, no svaka donacija veća od 10.000 eura mora biti prijavljena. Na vladin prijedlog zakona već je predloženo 1700 amandmana, prenosi AFP.

Otvarajući raspravu, ministar unutarnjih poslova Gérald Darmanin istaknuo je da im nije cilj...
