Umirovljenik iz Bad Oeynhausena na sjeveroistoku Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije se u vrijeme ručka želio opskrbiti najvažnijim namirnicama za vikend. Najprije je otišao u Penny trgovinu, a potom u poznati Aldi. Stavio je dvije boce vina i sir u svoju torbu i zaboravio ih platiti.

Tako je rekao pred Zemaljskim sudom u Bad Oeynhausenu, piše “Neue Westfälische”, a prenosi Fenix magazin.

Zaposlenici su pronašli vino sir i pozvali policiju.

Umirovljeniku u korist nije išla niti činjenica da je već ranije uhvaćen u krađi. Godine 2022. Zemaljski sud u Bad Oeynhausenu (NRW) osudio ga je na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od 14 mjeseci.

Okrivljenik isprva nije htio priznati zločin, nakon čega je državni odvjetnik zaprijetio zatvorskom kaznom. S obzirom na ukradenu robu vrijednu 11,97 eura, ovakva zatvorska kazna bila bi prilično teška.

I tako je 67-godišnjak konačno priznao. Sudac ga je osudio na 80 dnevnica od 20 eura, prenosi “Neue Westfälische”. Budući da je umirovljenik prihvatio presudu, ona je pravomoćna.

Umirovljenik iz Bad Oeynhausena na sjeveroistoku Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije se u vrijeme ručka želio opskrbiti najvažnijim namirnicama za vikend. Najprije je otišao u Penny trgovinu, a potom u poznati Aldi. Stavio je dvije boce vina i sir u svoju torbu i zaboravio ih platiti.

Tako je rekao pred Zemaljskim sudom u Bad Oeynhausenu, piše “Neue Westfälische”, a prenosi Fenix magazin.

Zaposlenici su pronašli vino sir i pozvali policiju.

Umirovljeniku u korist nije išla niti činjenica da je već ranije uhvaćen u krađi. Godine 2022. Zemaljski sud u Bad Oeynhausenu (NRW) osudio ga je na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od 14 mjeseci.

Okrivljenik isprva nije htio priznati zločin, nakon čega je državni odvjetnik zaprijetio zatvorskom kaznom. S obzirom na ukradenu robu vrijednu 11,97 eura, ovakva zatvorska kazna bila bi prilično teška.

I tako je 67-godišnjak konačno priznao. Sudac ga je osudio na 80 dnevnica od 20 eura, prenosi “Neue Westfälische”. Budući da je umirovljenik prihvatio presudu, ona je pravomoćna.

Umirovljenik iz Bad Oeynhausena na sjeveroistoku Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije se u vrijeme ručka želio opskrbiti najvažnijim namirnicama za vikend. Najprije je otišao u Penny trgovinu, a potom u poznati Aldi. Stavio je dvije boce vina i sir u svoju torbu i zaboravio ih platiti.

Tako je rekao pred Zemaljskim sudom u Bad Oeynhausenu, piše “Neue Westfälische”, a prenosi Fenix magazin.

Zaposlenici su pronašli vino sir i pozvali policiju.

Umirovljeniku u korist nije išla niti činjenica da je već ranije uhvaćen u krađi. Godine 2022. Zemaljski sud u Bad Oeynhausenu (NRW) osudio ga je na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od 14 mjeseci.

Okrivljenik isprva nije htio priznati zločin, nakon čega je državni odvjetnik zaprijetio zatvorskom kaznom. S obzirom na ukradenu robu vrijednu 11,97 eura, ovakva zatvorska kazna bila bi prilično teška.

I tako je 67-godišnjak konačno priznao. Sudac ga je osudio na 80 dnevnica od 20 eura, prenosi “Neue Westfälische”. Budući da je umirovljenik prihvatio presudu, ona je pravomoćna.
