Pripadnici prijelazne Bugarske vlade gotovo svakodnevno ističu optužbe povezane s događajima tijekom ljeta prošle godine, kada oko 30 pripadnika protestnog pokreta bilo prisluškivano, javlja DW.

Slične optužbe na račun bivih vlasti mjesecima izriče i bugarski ministar unutarnjih poslova Bojko Raškov.

Optužbama se, u razgovoru za DW, pridružio i ministar kulture Velislav Minekov. On tvrdi kako vlasti nisu prisluškivale samo njega nego i sve njegove sugovornike, među kojima je i nekoliko njemačkih novinara.

Na temelju Paragrafa 95 bugarskog kaznenog zakonika, koji definira kazneno djelo prevrata, nasilnog preuzimanja vlasti i oružanog ustanka, državno je odvjetništvo na ljeto 2020. isposlovalo dozvole za prisluškivanje sudionika prosvjeda, potvrdio je ministar Raškov.

U srpnju 2020. državni odvjetnik Gešev optužio je milijardera Vasilija Boškova, koji se obogatio igrama na sreću i zbog poreznog duga pobjegao u Dubai, da stoji iza prosvjeda koji su buknuli diljem zemlje. 

To je bilo opravdanje za prvu primjenu Paragrafa 95 u novijoj bugarskoj povijesti. Vlasti su tako osigurale da, pravno gledano, akcija prisluškivanja bude legalna. 

Ista je taktika primijenjena i u slučaju ministra kulture Minekova.

- Ja sam odvjetništvu službeno postavio upit o tome jesu li me prisluškivali. Na to su mi odgovorili kako me nisu ilegalno prisluškivali iz čega na kraju zaključujem da sam, kako smatra odvjetništvo, bio legalno prisluškivan i tijekom mojih razgovora s njemačkim novinarima i njemačkim veleposlanikom - kazao je Minekov za DW.

Pritom Minekov, koji je bio među organizatorima prosvjeda, tvrdi da se radilo o legalnim, nenasilnim prosvjedima pripadnika civilnog društva. Prevrat ili oružana pobuna, naglašava ministar, uopće nisu bili mogući. 

Rasvjetljavanje slučajeva prisluškivanja usporavaju političke borbe. 

Predsjednik parlamentarnog istražnog povjerenstva Nikolaj Hadžigenov smatra ovaj slučaj najvećom akcijom prisluškivanja u mlađoj bugarskoj povijesti. No do sada ovo povjerenstvo nije pronašlo načina kako prekinuti šutnju policije i državnog odvjetništva.

Razmjeri akcije prisluškivanja, imena pogođenih kao i sadržaji protokola prisluškivanja se i dalje drže podalje od očiju javnosti, ali 'iscurilo' je više dokumenata koji potvrđuju da je riječ o ciljanom političkom motivu.

Pripadnici prijelazne Bugarske vlade gotovo svakodnevno ističu optužbe povezane s događajima tijekom ljeta prošle godine, kada oko 30 pripadnika protestnog pokreta bilo prisluškivano, javlja DW.

Slične optužbe na račun bivih vlasti mjesecima izriče i bugarski ministar unutarnjih poslova Bojko Raškov.

Optužbama se, u razgovoru za DW, pridružio i ministar kulture Velislav Minekov. On tvrdi kako vlasti nisu prisluškivale samo njega nego i sve njegove sugovornike, među kojima je i nekoliko njemačkih novinara.

Na temelju Paragrafa 95 bugarskog kaznenog zakonika, koji definira kazneno djelo prevrata, nasilnog preuzimanja vlasti i oružanog ustanka, državno je odvjetništvo na ljeto 2020. isposlovalo dozvole za prisluškivanje sudionika prosvjeda, potvrdio je ministar Raškov.

U srpnju 2020. državni odvjetnik Gešev optužio je milijardera Vasilija Boškova, koji se obogatio igrama na sreću i zbog poreznog duga pobjegao u Dubai, da stoji iza prosvjeda koji su buknuli diljem zemlje. 

To je bilo opravdanje za prvu primjenu Paragrafa 95 u novijoj bugarskoj povijesti. Vlasti su tako osigurale da, pravno gledano, akcija prisluškivanja bude legalna. 

Ista je taktika primijenjena i u slučaju ministra kulture Minekova.

- Ja sam odvjetništvu službeno postavio upit o tome jesu li me prisluškivali. Na to su mi odgovorili kako me nisu ilegalno prisluškivali iz čega na kraju zaključujem da sam, kako smatra odvjetništvo, bio legalno prisluškivan i tijekom mojih razgovora s njemačkim novinarima i njemačkim veleposlanikom - kazao je Minekov za DW.

Pritom Minekov, koji je bio među organizatorima prosvjeda, tvrdi da se radilo o legalnim, nenasilnim prosvjedima pripadnika civilnog društva. Prevrat ili oružana pobuna, naglašava ministar, uopće nisu bili mogući. 

Rasvjetljavanje slučajeva prisluškivanja usporavaju političke borbe. 

Predsjednik parlamentarnog istražnog povjerenstva Nikolaj Hadžigenov smatra ovaj slučaj najvećom akcijom prisluškivanja u mlađoj bugarskoj povijesti. No do sada ovo povjerenstvo nije pronašlo načina kako prekinuti šutnju policije i državnog odvjetništva.

Razmjeri akcije prisluškivanja, imena pogođenih kao i sadržaji protokola prisluškivanja se i dalje drže podalje od očiju javnosti, ali 'iscurilo' je više dokumenata koji potvrđuju da je riječ o ciljanom političkom motivu.

Korupcija, policijska brutalnost i tajni podaci: vlast u Bugarskoj prošle godine prisluškivala prosvjednike i novinare

Pripadnici prijelazne Bugarske vlade gotovo svakodnevno ističu optužbe povezane s događajima tijekom ljeta prošle godine, kada oko 30 pripadnika protestnog pokreta bilo prisluškivano, javlja DW.

Slične optužbe na račun bivih vlasti mjesecima izriče i bugarski ministar unutarnjih poslova Bojko Raškov.

Optužbama se, u razgovoru za DW, pridružio i ministar kulture Velislav Minekov. On tvrdi kako vlasti nisu prisluškivale samo njega nego i sve njegove sugovornike, među kojima je i nekoliko njemačkih novinara.

Na temelju Paragrafa 95 bugarskog kaznenog zakonika, koji definira kazneno djelo prevrata, nasilnog preuzimanja vlasti i oružanog ustanka, državno je odvjetništvo na ljeto 2020. isposlovalo dozvole za prisluškivanje sudionika prosvjeda, potvrdio je ministar...
