Prema još neslužbenim podacima, albanska vladajuća Socijalistička stranka u prednosti je s 46,27 posto osiguranih glasova na parlamentarnim izborima, što bi moglo osigurati treći mandat premijeru Ediju Rami.

Prema preliminarnim rezultatima albanske Centralne izborne komisije, opozicijska Demokratska stranka Lulzima Bashe dobila je 44,71 posto glasova, a Pokret socijalista za integraciju predsjednika Ilira Mete prikupio je 6,67 posto glasova.

Euronews Albanija navodi kako je tijesna utrka između socijalista i opozicije, a treba osigurati 71 od 140 mjesta u tamošnjem parlamentu. Šefovi vladajuće i opozicijske stranke uvjereni su da će formirati vlast. Radio Slobodna Europa prenosi kako su izborne vlasti najavile objavljivanje službenih rezultata parlamentarnih izbora za dva dana.

U zemlji s oko 2,8 milijuna stanovnika, pravo glasa ima njih 3,6 milijuna jer mogu glasati i Albanci koji žive u inozemstvu.

Al Jazeera navodi kako je na birališta izišlo 49 posto birača, što je više negoli 2017. godine.

Parlamentarni izbori u jednoj od najsiromašnijih europskih zemalja, koju su, podsjeća DW, nekada nazivali "Sjevernom Korejom Europe", smatraju se ključnim za ambiciju Albanije da bude članica EU-a. Sve stranke tvrde, naime, da su proeuropske. Rama je igrao na odrađenu masovnu kampanju cijepljenja i najavio završetak strukturnih projekata. Opozicija se založila za oživljavanje gospodarstva, te oslobađanje zemlje od korupcije i organiziranog kriminala. Kampanja nije bila usredotočena na kvalitetu programa nego na razna obećanja i diskvalificiranje političkih protivnika.

Politički analitičar Davor Gjenero ukazuje kako je Edi Rama odnio relativnu pobjedu na parlamentarnim izborima u Albaniji, ali još uvijek ne može biti siguran da će i u trećem uzastopnom mandatu ostati albanski premijer.

Promjena granica

– Iako se prije izbora govorilo o velikom nezadovoljstvu njegovom vladavinom, pa i o tome da je pod njegovom vlašću Albanija samo izgubila vrijeme, pokazalo se da je potpora Socijalističkoj partiji i premijeru Rami i dalje visoka. Obje su velike stranke, i Socijalistička i Demokratska stranka, proglasile pobjedu. Rami je možda do neke mjere koristila činjenica da je neposredno prije parlamentarnih izbora u Albaniji otvoreno pitanje promjene granica na Balkanu, pa i mogućnost integracije Albanije i Kosova. Nezapaženo nije prošla niti činjenica da je kosovski premijer Albin Kurti sudjelovao na albanskim parlamentarnim izborima, iako je paradoksalno da ključni čovjek izvršne vlasti u jednoj državi sudjeluje u izborima u drugoj. Taj koncept "Velike Albanije" kojim se poigravaju i Rama i Kurti zapravo je najveći rizik koji Albanija podgrijava na Balkanu, a prilično je izvjesno da se temeljne politike u Albaniji neće mijenjati bez obzira na to koja od strana u sukobu uspije sastaviti parlamentarnu većinu – kazao je analitičar Gjenero.

Naš sugovornik ukazuje kako albanska administracija nije uspostavila efikasan sustav sprječavanja korupcije i pranja novca, a Rami osobno predbacuje se netransparentnost poslova javno-privatnog partnerstva koji dominiraju u Albaniji.

– Pod Raminim vodstvom Albanija nije uspjela započeti pristupne pregovore s EU-om, ali je postala članicom NATO saveza. Za razliku od nekih drugih država u regiji, na primjer Crne Gore, to članstvo u NATO savezu vrlo je čvrsto i Albanci na njega gledaju kao na važan stup svoje stabilnosti. Albanija je najsnažnije atlantistički i proamerički orijentirana država, koja ima većinsko muslimansko stanovništvo.

U vjerski šarolikoj Albaniji, međutim, vjerske zajednice nemaju pretjeranog utjecaja na politički život, ali na političke podjele itekako utječe stara plemenska struktura društva. Stranački sustav u Albaniji prema van izgleda kao relativno snažan, ali stvarno je prilično slab i na neki način tek odraz plemenskih podjela u zemlji. Tko god sastavi vlast u Albaniji, vrlo će teško pokrenuti bilo što više od onoga što je Rama radio, od privida razvoja, a malo je vjerojatno i to da bi se Albanija mogla uspješno obračunati s pranjem novca i korupcijom, što je preduvjet za bilo kakvo ubrzano pristupanje Europskoj uniji – naglasio je Gjenero.

Prema još neslužbenim podacima, albanska vladajuća Socijalistička stranka u prednosti je s 46,27 posto osiguranih glasova na parlamentarnim izborima, što bi moglo osigurati treći mandat premijeru Ediju Rami.

Prema preliminarnim rezultatima albanske Centralne izborne komisije, opozicijska Demokratska stranka Lulzima Bashe dobila je 44,71 posto glasova, a Pokret socijalista za integraciju predsjednika Ilira Mete prikupio je 6,67 posto glasova.

Euronews Albanija navodi kako je tijesna utrka između socijalista i opozicije, a treba osigurati 71 od 140 mjesta u tamošnjem parlamentu. Šefovi vladajuće i opozicijske stranke uvjereni su da će formirati vlast. Radio Slobodna Europa prenosi kako su izborne vlasti najavile objavljivanje službenih rezultata parlamentarnih izbora za dva dana.

U zemlji s oko 2,8 milijuna stanovnika, pravo glasa ima njih 3,6 milijuna jer mogu glasati i Albanci koji žive u inozemstvu.

Al Jazeera navodi kako je na birališta izišlo 49 posto birača, što je više negoli 2017. godine.

Parlamentarni izbori u jednoj od najsiromašnijih europskih zemalja, koju su, podsjeća DW, nekada nazivali "Sjevernom Korejom Europe", smatraju se ključnim za ambiciju Albanije da bude članica EU-a. Sve stranke tvrde, naime, da su proeuropske. Rama je igrao na odrađenu masovnu kampanju cijepljenja i najavio završetak strukturnih projekata. Opozicija se založila za oživljavanje gospodarstva, te oslobađanje zemlje od korupcije i organiziranog kriminala. Kampanja nije bila usredotočena na kvalitetu programa nego na razna obećanja i diskvalificiranje političkih protivnika.

Politički analitičar Davor Gjenero ukazuje kako je Edi Rama odnio relativnu pobjedu na parlamentarnim izborima u Albaniji, ali još uvijek ne može biti siguran da će i u trećem uzastopnom mandatu ostati albanski premijer.

Promjena granica

– Iako se prije izbora govorilo o velikom nezadovoljstvu njegovom vladavinom, pa i o tome da je pod njegovom vlašću Albanija samo izgubila vrijeme, pokazalo se da je potpora Socijalističkoj partiji i premijeru Rami i dalje visoka. Obje su velike stranke, i Socijalistička i Demokratska stranka, proglasile pobjedu. Rami je možda do neke mjere koristila činjenica da je neposredno prije parlamentarnih izbora u Albaniji otvoreno pitanje promjene granica na Balkanu, pa i mogućnost integracije Albanije i Kosova. Nezapaženo nije prošla niti činjenica da je kosovski premijer Albin Kurti sudjelovao na albanskim parlamentarnim izborima, iako je paradoksalno da ključni čovjek izvršne vlasti u jednoj državi sudjeluje u izborima u drugoj. Taj koncept "Velike Albanije" kojim se poigravaju i Rama i Kurti zapravo je najveći rizik koji Albanija podgrijava na Balkanu, a prilično je izvjesno da se temeljne politike u Albaniji neće mijenjati bez obzira na to koja od strana u sukobu uspije sastaviti parlamentarnu većinu – kazao je analitičar Gjenero.

Naš sugovornik ukazuje kako albanska administracija nije uspostavila efikasan sustav sprječavanja korupcije i pranja novca, a Rami osobno predbacuje se netransparentnost poslova javno-privatnog partnerstva koji dominiraju u Albaniji.

– Pod Raminim vodstvom Albanija nije uspjela započeti pristupne pregovore s EU-om, ali je postala članicom NATO saveza. Za razliku od nekih drugih država u regiji, na primjer Crne Gore, to članstvo u NATO savezu vrlo je čvrsto i Albanci na njega gledaju kao na važan stup svoje stabilnosti. Albanija je najsnažnije atlantistički i proamerički orijentirana država, koja ima većinsko muslimansko stanovništvo.

U vjerski šarolikoj Albaniji, međutim, vjerske zajednice nemaju pretjeranog utjecaja na politički život, ali na političke podjele itekako utječe stara plemenska struktura društva. Stranački sustav u Albaniji prema van izgleda kao relativno snažan, ali stvarno je prilično slab i na neki način tek odraz plemenskih podjela u zemlji. Tko god sastavi vlast u Albaniji, vrlo će teško pokrenuti bilo što više od onoga što je Rama radio, od privida razvoja, a malo je vjerojatno i to da bi se Albanija mogla uspješno obračunati s pranjem novca i korupcijom, što je preduvjet za bilo kakvo ubrzano pristupanje Europskoj uniji – naglasio je Gjenero.

Prema još neslužbenim podacima, albanska vladajuća Socijalistička stranka u prednosti je s 46,27 posto osiguranih glasova na parlamentarnim izborima, što bi moglo osigurati treći mandat premijeru Ediju Rami.

Prema preliminarnim rezultatima albanske Centralne izborne komisije, opozicijska Demokratska stranka Lulzima Bashe dobila je 44,71 posto glasova, a Pokret socijalista za integraciju predsjednika Ilira Mete prikupio je 6,67 posto glasova.

Euronews Albanija navodi kako je tijesna utrka između socijalista i opozicije, a treba osigurati 71 od 140 mjesta u tamošnjem parlamentu. Šefovi vladajuće i opozicijske stranke uvjereni su da će formirati vlast.
