Stopa smrtnosti od koronavirusne bolesti među pacijentima u njemačkim sveučilišnim bolnicama značajno se smanjila tijekom 2020., pokazala je nova studija.
Znanstveni tim sa sveučilišta Erlangen utvrdio je da su poboljšane metode liječenja i nova znanja i iskustva koja su prikupili klinički timovi mogli pridonijeti tom trendu.
Analiza pokazuje silazni trend prosječne stope smrtnosti od 20,7 posto između siječnja i travnja prošle godine na 12,7 posto između svibnja i rujna prošle godine.
Istraživanje je obuhvatilo 1300 oboljelih od covida-19 u 14 njemačkih sveučilišnih bolnica.
Sveukupno gotovo petina hospitaliziranih pacijenata oboljelih od covida-19 (18,8 posto) umrla je u 14 klinika od siječnja do rujna.
Smrtnost za osobe na respiratorima u razdoblju od siječnja do travnja dosegnula je 39,8 posto a u kasnijem razdoblju od svibnja do rujna nešto se smanjila na oko trećinu (33,7 posto).
Njemačka je sada usred teškog trećeg vala epidemije potaknutog uglavnom širenjem zaraznijeg britanskog soja virusa i savezne vlasti i 16 pokrajina suočeni su s odlukama kako ga obuzdati.
Sedmodnevna stopa incidencije na 100.000 stanovnika, što je glavni pokazatelj širenja epidemije, porasla je na 129,7 što je značajno iznad praga od 100 koji predviđa uvođenje snažnijih restriktivnih mjera.
Institut Robert Koch (RKI) za kontrolu bolesti objavio je u nedjelju da je takva stopa zadnji put zabilježena 19. siječnja i da je novozaraženih u prethodna 24 sata bilo 17.176 osoba, a umrlih u istom razdoblju 90.
U ponedjeljak je objavio da je u prethodna 24 sata bilo 9872 novozaraženih, a 43 umrlih od koronavirusne bolesti.

Stopa smrtnosti od koronavirusne bolesti među pacijentima u njemačkim sveučilišnim bolnicama značajno se smanjila tijekom 2020., pokazala je nova studija.
Znanstveni tim sa sveučilišta Erlangen utvrdio je da su poboljšane metode liječenja i nova znanja i iskustva koja su prikupili klinički timovi mogli pridonijeti tom trendu.
Analiza pokazuje silazni trend prosječne stope smrtnosti od 20,7 posto između siječnja i travnja prošle godine na 12,7 posto između svibnja i rujna prošle godine.
Istraživanje je obuhvatilo 1300 oboljelih od covida-19 u 14 njemačkih sveučilišnih bolnica.
Sveukupno gotovo petina hospitaliziranih pacijenata oboljelih od covida-19 (18,8 posto) umrla je u 14 klinika od siječnja do rujna.
Smrtnost za osobe na respiratorima u razdoblju od siječnja do travnja dosegnula je 39,8 posto a u kasnijem razdoblju od svibnja do rujna nešto se smanjila na oko trećinu (33,7 posto).
Njemačka je sada usred teškog trećeg vala epidemije potaknutog uglavnom širenjem zaraznijeg britanskog soja virusa i savezne vlasti i 16 pokrajina suočeni su s odlukama kako ga obuzdati.
Sedmodnevna stopa incidencije na 100.000 stanovnika, što je glavni pokazatelj širenja epidemije, porasla je na 129,7 što je značajno iznad praga od 100 koji predviđa uvođenje snažnijih restriktivnih mjera.
Institut Robert Koch (RKI) za kontrolu bolesti objavio je u nedjelju da je takva stopa zadnji put zabilježena 19. siječnja i da je novozaraženih u prethodna 24 sata bilo 17.176 osoba, a umrlih u istom razdoblju 90.
U ponedjeljak je objavio da je u prethodna 24 sata bilo 9872 novozaraženih, a 43 umrlih od koronavirusne bolesti.
