Njemačka je odobrila upotrebu cjepiva tvrtke Johnson&Johnson bez obzira na listu prioriteta, objavio ministar zdravstva Jens Spahn u ponedjeljak.
"Svi koji to žele mogu se, nakon konzultacije s liječnikom, cijepiti cjepivom Johnson&Johnson“, rekao je ministar zdravstva Jens Spahn.
On je istodobno ukazao na to da Državno povjerenstvo za cjepiva (Stiko) preporučuje cjepivo Johnson&Johnson, slično kao i cjepivo Astra/Zeneca, samo starijima od 60 godina ali je cijepljenje moguće kod obiteljskog liječnika uz prethodnu konzultaciju za mlađe od 60.
Kod oba cjepiva su uočeni slučajevi ugrušaka u mozgu. "Ove tromboze u mozgu su rijetke, ali ozbiljne popratne pojave“, rekao je Spahn.
U SAD je trenutno obustavljeno cijepljenje ovim cjepivom. U Europskoj uniji je ono dopušteno, ali se gotovo ni ne primjenjuje.
U Njemačkoj je od 450.000 naručenih doza upotrebljen, kako je rekao Spahn, "vrlo mali broj doza”.
U drugom tromjesečju bi u Njemačku trebala stići „veća količina” cjepiva Johnson&Johnson, ukupno oko deset milijuna doza.
No s obzirom na to da će do tada biti cijepljeni svi stariji od 60 godina, dakle upravo ona skupina za koju Stiko preporučuje cijepljenje Johnson&Johnsonom, postavlja se pitanje upotrebe već naručenih doza.
"Zbog toga je ukidanje ograničenja, kad je u pitanju lista prioriteta, za cjepivo Johnson&Johnson pragmatična odluka”, rekao je Spahn.
Prednost ovog cjepiva je njegova mogućnost skladištenja pod normalnim temperaturama te činjenica da je kod ove vrste cjepiva potrebna samo jedna doza.
Do sada je u Njemačkoj prvu dozu cjepiva protiv koronavirusa primilo preko 30 posto građana, njih 27,32 milijuna, a u potpunosti je cijepljeno 7,8 milijuna ili 9,4 posto stanovnika.
Od nedjelje je na snazi odredba koja cijepljene oslobađa nekih mjera poput zabrane noćnog kretanja ili obavezne karantene nakon povratka iż inozemstva. Ova odredba vrijedi samo za one koji su u potpunosti cijepljeni, dakle one koji su primili obje doze.

Njemačka je odobrila upotrebu cjepiva tvrtke Johnson&Johnson bez obzira na listu prioriteta, objavio ministar zdravstva Jens Spahn u ponedjeljak.
"Svi koji to žele mogu se, nakon konzultacije s liječnikom, cijepiti cjepivom Johnson&Johnson“, rekao je ministar zdravstva Jens Spahn.
On je istodobno ukazao na to da Državno povjerenstvo za cjepiva (Stiko) preporučuje cjepivo Johnson&Johnson, slično kao i cjepivo Astra/Zeneca, samo starijima od 60 godina ali je cijepljenje moguće kod obiteljskog liječnika uz prethodnu konzultaciju za mlađe od 60.
Kod oba cjepiva su uočeni slučajevi ugrušaka u mozgu. "Ove tromboze u mozgu su rijetke, ali ozbiljne popratne pojave“, rekao je Spahn.
U SAD je trenutno obustavljeno cijepljenje ovim cjepivom. U Europskoj uniji je ono dopušteno, ali se gotovo ni ne primjenjuje.
U Njemačkoj je od 450.000 naručenih doza upotrebljen, kako je rekao Spahn, "vrlo mali broj doza”.
U drugom tromjesečju bi u Njemačku trebala stići „veća količina” cjepiva Johnson&Johnson, ukupno oko deset milijuna doza.
No s obzirom na to da će do tada biti cijepljeni svi stariji od 60 godina, dakle upravo ona skupina za koju Stiko preporučuje cijepljenje Johnson&Johnsonom, postavlja se pitanje upotrebe već naručenih doza.
"Zbog toga je ukidanje ograničenja, kad je u pitanju lista prioriteta, za cjepivo Johnson&Johnson pragmatična odluka”, rekao je Spahn.
Prednost ovog cjepiva je njegova mogućnost skladištenja pod normalnim temperaturama te činjenica da je kod ove vrste cjepiva potrebna samo jedna doza.
Do sada je u Njemačkoj prvu dozu cjepiva protiv koronavirusa primilo preko 30 posto građana, njih 27,32 milijuna, a u potpunosti je cijepljeno 7,8 milijuna ili 9,4 posto stanovnika.
Od nedjelje je na snazi odredba koja cijepljene oslobađa nekih mjera poput zabrane noćnog kretanja ili obavezne karantene nakon povratka iż inozemstva. Ova odredba vrijedi samo za one koji su u potpunosti cijepljeni, dakle one koji su primili obje doze.
