Čelnici zemalja članica ponovno su se okupili u subotu navečer u punom sastavu nakon što su cijelo popodne trajali razgovori u manjim skupinama o novom sedmogodišnjem proračunu i planu za oporavak.

Oni su u subotu nastavili samit koji je počeo u petak i na kojem se pokušavaju dogovoriti o paketu teškom više od 1800 milijardi, koji bi trebao pomoći brzom oporavku europskog gospodarstva od posljedica pandemije covida-19.

Ujutro su započeli plenarni sastanak oko 11 sati, koji je prekinut oko 13 i nakon toga uslijedio je niz sastanka predsjednika Europskog vijeća Charlesa Michela s čelnicima država članica, s nekima i po više puta.

Michel je u subotu predstavio čelnicima svoj novi prijedlog u kojem je  promijenio omjer bespovratnih srestava i zajmova. Umjesto 500 milijardi bespovratne pomoći predložio je 450 milijardi, a umjesto 250 milijardi zajmova predložio je 300 milijardi.

Michel tim prijedlogom pokušava odobrovoljiti skupnu "štedljivih" zemalja koje se najviše protive ideji da se najveći dio sredstava iz instrumenta EU sljedeće generacije dodjeljuje kao bespovratna pomoć, dok se one zauzimaju da to bude u obliku povoljnih zajmova.

No, Michel je istodobno povećao iznos za bespovratnu pomoć iz ključnog dijela instrumenta za oporavak s 310 na 325 milijardi eura.

Ključni element plana za oporavak "EU sljedeće generacije" (NGEU) prema je Fond za oporavak i otpornost (RFF), koji je prema prvotnom planu iznosio 560 milijardi. Od 560 milijardi iz RFF-a, 310 milijardi eura dodjeljivalo bi se kao bespovratna pomoć i 250 milijardi kao zajmovi.

Po novom prijedlogu udio bespovratnih sredstava povećao bi se za 15 milijardi. To povećenje bilo bi na štetu nekih drugih programa poput Obzor Europa namijenjenog za pomoć istraživanju i inovacijama.

Čelnici zemalja članica ponovno su se okupili u subotu navečer u punom sastavu nakon što su cijelo popodne trajali razgovori u manjim skupinama o novom sedmogodišnjem proračunu i planu za oporavak.

Oni su u subotu nastavili samit koji je počeo u petak i na kojem se pokušavaju dogovoriti o paketu teškom više od 1800 milijardi, koji bi trebao pomoći brzom oporavku europskog gospodarstva od posljedica pandemije covida-19.

Ujutro su započeli plenarni sastanak oko 11 sati, koji je prekinut oko 13 i nakon toga uslijedio je niz sastanka predsjednika Europskog vijeća Charlesa Michela s čelnicima država članica, s nekima i po više puta.

Michel je u subotu predstavio čelnicima svoj novi prijedlog u kojem je  promijenio omjer bespovratnih srestava i zajmova. Umjesto 500 milijardi bespovratne pomoći predložio je 450 milijardi, a umjesto 250 milijardi zajmova predložio je 300 milijardi.

Michel tim prijedlogom pokušava odobrovoljiti skupnu "štedljivih" zemalja koje se najviše protive ideji da se najveći dio sredstava iz instrumenta EU sljedeće generacije dodjeljuje kao bespovratna pomoć, dok se one zauzimaju da to bude u obliku povoljnih zajmova.

No, Michel je istodobno povećao iznos za bespovratnu pomoć iz ključnog dijela instrumenta za oporavak s 310 na 325 milijardi eura.

Ključni element plana za oporavak "EU sljedeće generacije" (NGEU) prema je Fond za oporavak i otpornost (RFF), koji je prema prvotnom planu iznosio 560 milijardi. Od 560 milijardi iz RFF-a, 310 milijardi eura dodjeljivalo bi se kao bespovratna pomoć i 250 milijardi kao zajmovi.

Po novom prijedlogu udio bespovratnih sredstava povećao bi se za 15 milijardi. To povećenje bilo bi na štetu nekih drugih programa poput Obzor Europa namijenjenog za pomoć istraživanju i inovacijama.

Europski čelnici nastavljaju pregovore o proračunu i fondu za oporavak, raspravljaju o novom prijedlogu Charlesa Michela

Čelnici zemalja članica ponovno su se okupili u subotu navečer u punom sastavu nakon što su cijelo popodne trajali razgovori u manjim skupinama o novom sedmogodišnjem proračunu i planu za oporavak.

Oni su u subotu nastavili samit koji je počeo u petak i na kojem se pokušavaju dogovoriti o paketu teškom više od 1800 milijardi, koji bi trebao pomoći brzom oporavku europskog gospodarstva od posljedica pandemije covida-19.

Ujutro su započeli plenarni sastanak oko 11 sati, koji je prekinut oko 13 i nakon toga uslijedio je niz sastanka predsjednika Europskog vijeća Charlesa Michela s čelnicima država članica, s nekima i po više puta.

Michel je u subotu predstavio čelnicima svoj novi prijedlog u kojem je  promijenio omjer bespovratnih srestava i zajmova. Umjesto 500...
