Austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz nazvao je greškom odluku Angele Merkel da prije pet godina otvori granice za izbjeglice u intervjuu za Njemačku novinsku agenciju (dpa) objavljenom u srijedu.

„Ja sam od samog početka bio protiv politike otvorenih granica... Politika otvorenih granica nije samo pridonijela tome da se velik broj ljudi uputio u smjeru Europe nego je dovela i do ogromnog preopterećenja u mnogim dijelovima srednje Europe“, rekao je austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz koji je u vrijeme izbjegličke krize obnašao funkciju ministra za integracije Austrije.

On je kazao kako su zbog politike otvorenih granica krijumčari ljudima „zaradili ogromne svote“ te da su istodobno „bezbrojni“ izgubili život prilikom pokušaja prijelaza Sredozemlja.

Austrijski kancelar je podsjetio kako su ga zbog njegovog tadašnjeg stava napadali i gurali u „ekstremno desni ugao“ ali da je on, kao tadašnji ministar za integraciju, bio svjestan da integracija ovisi o broju novopridošlih.

„Sretan sam da pet godina nakon izbjegličke krize u Europi vlada jedna potpuno drugačija politika“, rekao je Kurz za dpa. 
On odbija njemački prijedlog o reformi sustava za azil unutar EU-a koji predviđa prihvatne centre na vanjskim granicama Europske unije odakle bi se izbjeglice razmještalo po zemljama članicama.

„Mislim da raspodjela po Europi neće funkcionirati jer većina članica na to gleda sa skepsom“, rekao je Kurz.

Dodao je kako treba uzeti u obzir da preko središnje sredozemne rute sve više osoba dolazi zbog ekonomskih razloga, prije svega iz Tunisa.

„To nisu stvarne izbjeglice nego migranti iz ekonomskih razloga“, zaključio je Kurz te dodao kako se ne smije dopustiti da turski predsjednik Tayyip Redcep Erdogan izbjeglice koristi kao bi ucjenjivao Europu.

Austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz nazvao je greškom odluku Angele Merkel da prije pet godina otvori granice za izbjeglice u intervjuu za Njemačku novinsku agenciju (dpa) objavljenom u srijedu.

„Ja sam od samog početka bio protiv politike otvorenih granica... Politika otvorenih granica nije samo pridonijela tome da se velik broj ljudi uputio u smjeru Europe nego je dovela i do ogromnog preopterećenja u mnogim dijelovima srednje Europe“, rekao je austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz koji je u vrijeme izbjegličke krize obnašao funkciju ministra za integracije Austrije.

On je kazao kako su zbog politike otvorenih granica krijumčari ljudima „zaradili ogromne svote“ te da su istodobno „bezbrojni“ izgubili život prilikom pokušaja prijelaza Sredozemlja.

Austrijski kancelar je podsjetio kako su ga zbog njegovog tadašnjeg stava napadali i gurali u „ekstremno desni ugao“ ali da je on, kao tadašnji ministar za integraciju, bio svjestan da integracija ovisi o broju novopridošlih.

„Sretan sam da pet godina nakon izbjegličke krize u Europi vlada jedna potpuno drugačija politika“, rekao je Kurz za dpa. 
On odbija njemački prijedlog o reformi sustava za azil unutar EU-a koji predviđa prihvatne centre na vanjskim granicama Europske unije odakle bi se izbjeglice razmještalo po zemljama članicama.

„Mislim da raspodjela po Europi neće funkcionirati jer većina članica na to gleda sa skepsom“, rekao je Kurz.

Dodao je kako treba uzeti u obzir da preko središnje sredozemne rute sve više osoba dolazi zbog ekonomskih razloga, prije svega iz Tunisa.

„To nisu stvarne izbjeglice nego migranti iz ekonomskih razloga“, zaključio je Kurz te dodao kako se ne smije dopustiti da turski predsjednik Tayyip Redcep Erdogan izbjeglice koristi kao bi ucjenjivao Europu.

Austrijski kancelar: Otvaranje granica za izbjeglice bilo je greška. Krijumčari ljudima zaradili su ogromne svote, a bezbrojni su izgubili živote

Austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz nazvao je greškom odluku Angele Merkel da prije pet godina otvori granice za izbjeglice u intervjuu za Njemačku novinsku agenciju (dpa) objavljenom u srijedu.

„Ja sam od samog početka bio protiv politike otvorenih granica... Politika otvorenih granica nije samo pridonijela tome da se velik broj ljudi uputio u smjeru Europe nego je dovela i do ogromnog preopterećenja u mnogim dijelovima srednje Europe“, rekao je austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz koji je u vrijeme izbjegličke krize obnašao funkciju ministra za integracije Austrije.

On je kazao kako su zbog politike otvorenih granica krijumčari ljudima „zaradili ogromne svote“ te da su istodobno „bezbrojni“ izgubili život prilikom pokušaja prijelaza Sredozemlja.
