Crnogorska vojska u četvrtak je postavila šatore na nekoliko mjesta u Podgorici i Nikšiću kako bi upozoravala građane na poštivanje epidemioloških mjera, dok je situacija u Crnoj Gori izazvana covidom-19 zabrinjavajuća, a zdravstveni sustav preopterećen.
Crnogorski premijer Zdravko Krivokapić u obraćanju građanima povodom epidemiološke situacije izazvane koronavirusom, kazao je da je situacija zabrinjavajuća i da je zdravstveni sustav na granici izdržljivosti.
On je poručio da će vlada, u slučaju da u narednih deset dana ne dođe do opadanja broja oboljelih, donijeti odluku o potpunom zaključavanju Crne Gore.
„Trenutno stanje nije izazvano lošim epidemiološkim mjerama, već je problem nepoštivanje mjera. Zato smo odlučili krenuti u akciju time što ćemo svi zajedno doprinijeti da izađemo iz ovoga problema", kazao je Krivokapić.
On je rekao da se Crna Gora opredijelila za "put koji je drugačiji. Da ne zatvaramo sve u ovom trenutku, ali ako mjere ne budu dale rezultat u ovih 10 dana, nagovještava se najlošiji scenarij a to je potpuno zatvaranje Crne Gore".
Ta zemlja već je tjednima među vodećima u svijetu po broju novooboljelih, a nedavno je ušla i na crnu listu 10 vodećih zemalja po broju preminulih u odnosu na 100 tisuća stanovnika.
Ministrica zdravstva Jelena Borovinić Bojović priopćila je da su ona i epidemiolozi instituta za javno zdravlje preložili potpuno zaključavanje države, ali da je na vladinom tijelu za borbu protiv covid-19 epidemije odlučeno da se narednih deset dana naglasak stavi na kontrolu provođenja postojećih mjera.
„Formirana su tri tima - prvi sačinjavaju pripadnici policijske uprave koji će kontrolirati primjenu mjera na javnim površinama i na otvorenom, kao što su nošenje maske i održavanje distance. Drugi čine predstavnici Uprave za inspekcije poslove i policije, koji kontroliraju poštivanje mjera u zatvorenim prostorima, a treći je sačinjen od pripadnika vojske, koji će savjetovati građane u najugroženijim gradovima da poštuju epidemiološke mjere“, priopćeno je na konferenciji za novinare predstavnika crnogorske vlade.
Epidemiološkim mjerama koje je ranije uvela crnogorska vlada zabranjen je rad ugostiteljskim objektima u većini crnogorskih gradova, a policijski sat je na snazi od 21 do 05 ujutro.
Od početka ovog tjedna stanovnici Podgorice, u kojoj živi trećina ukupnog stanovništva, ne mogu napuštati tu općinu, niti je moguće doći u glavni grad Crne Gore bez adekvatne propusnice. Iste mjere uvedene su za Cetinje, Ulcinj, Nikšić, Herceg Novi i Plužine, a ranije i za Budvu i Tivat.
U Crnu Goru jučer je stiglo 30 tisuća doza cjepiva Sinopharma koje su donacija Kine Crnoj Gori. Cijepljenje je počelo prije desetak dana i ruskim cjepivom Sputnjik V koji su u Crnu Goru došli kao donacija iz Srbije.
Zdravstvene vlasti tvrde da cijepljenje ide prema planu te da se do sada za cijepljenje prijavilo 15 tisuća stanovnika.
Uskoro bi, kako je priopćeno trebalo početi cijepljenje prioritetne populacije starije od 80 godina.
Crna Gora kasni s cijepljenjem na što je utjecala i promjena vlasti, a prethodna i sadašnja vlast prebacuju krivicu jedni na druge. Nova vlast dogovorila je kupovinu 50.000 doza ruskog cjepiva, a u tijeku su pregovori za još 200.000.
Prethodna vlada je prijavila potrebe za cjepivom preko međunarodnog mehanizma Covax, ali je kasnila s davanjem potrebnih jamstava.

Crnogorska vojska u četvrtak je postavila šatore na nekoliko mjesta u Podgorici i Nikšiću kako bi upozoravala građane na poštivanje epidemioloških mjera, dok je situacija u Crnoj Gori izazvana covidom-19 zabrinjavajuća, a zdravstveni sustav preopterećen.
Crnogorski premijer Zdravko Krivokapić u obraćanju građanima povodom epidemiološke situacije izazvane koronavirusom, kazao je da je situacija zabrinjavajuća i da je zdravstveni sustav na granici izdržljivosti.
On je poručio da će vlada, u slučaju da u narednih deset dana ne dođe do opadanja broja oboljelih, donijeti odluku o potpunom zaključavanju Crne Gore.
„Trenutno stanje nije izazvano lošim epidemiološkim mjerama, već je problem nepoštivanje mjera. Zato smo odlučili krenuti u akciju time što ćemo svi zajedno doprinijeti da izađemo iz ovoga problema", kazao je Krivokapić.
On je rekao da se Crna Gora opredijelila za "put koji je drugačiji. Da ne zatvaramo sve u ovom trenutku, ali ako mjere ne budu dale rezultat u ovih 10 dana, nagovještava se najlošiji scenarij a to je potpuno zatvaranje Crne Gore".
Ta zemlja već je tjednima među vodećima u svijetu po broju novooboljelih, a nedavno je ušla i na crnu listu 10 vodećih zemalja po broju preminulih u odnosu na 100 tisuća stanovnika.
Ministrica zdravstva Jelena Borovinić Bojović priopćila je da su ona i epidemiolozi instituta za javno zdravlje preložili potpuno zaključavanje države, ali da je na vladinom tijelu za borbu protiv covid-19 epidemije odlučeno da se narednih deset dana naglasak stavi na kontrolu provođenja postojećih mjera.
„Formirana su tri tima - prvi sačinjavaju pripadnici policijske uprave koji će kontrolirati primjenu mjera na javnim površinama i na otvorenom, kao što su nošenje maske i održavanje distance. Drugi čine predstavnici Uprave za inspekcije poslove i policije, koji kontroliraju poštivanje mjera u zatvorenim prostorima, a treći je sačinjen od pripadnika vojske, koji će savjetovati građane u najugroženijim gradovima da poštuju epidemiološke mjere“, priopćeno je na konferenciji za novinare predstavnika crnogorske vlade.
Epidemiološkim mjerama koje je ranije uvela crnogorska vlada zabranjen je rad ugostiteljskim objektima u većini crnogorskih gradova, a policijski sat je na snazi od 21 do 05 ujutro.
Od početka ovog tjedna stanovnici Podgorice, u kojoj živi trećina ukupnog stanovništva, ne mogu napuštati tu općinu, niti je moguće doći u glavni grad Crne Gore bez adekvatne propusnice. Iste mjere uvedene su za Cetinje, Ulcinj, Nikšić, Herceg Novi i Plužine, a ranije i za Budvu i Tivat.
U Crnu Goru jučer je stiglo 30 tisuća doza cjepiva Sinopharma koje su donacija Kine Crnoj Gori. Cijepljenje je počelo prije desetak dana i ruskim cjepivom Sputnjik V koji su u Crnu Goru došli kao donacija iz Srbije.
Zdravstvene vlasti tvrde da cijepljenje ide prema planu te da se do sada za cijepljenje prijavilo 15 tisuća stanovnika.
Uskoro bi, kako je priopćeno trebalo početi cijepljenje prioritetne populacije starije od 80 godina.
Crna Gora kasni s cijepljenjem na što je utjecala i promjena vlasti, a prethodna i sadašnja vlast prebacuju krivicu jedni na druge. Nova vlast dogovorila je kupovinu 50.000 doza ruskog cjepiva, a u tijeku su pregovori za još 200.000.
Prethodna vlada je prijavila potrebe za cjepivom preko međunarodnog mehanizma Covax, ali je kasnila s davanjem potrebnih jamstava.
