Visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice u BiH Valentin Inzko potvrdio je u petak da bi uskoro trebao otići s te dužnosti i da je kandidat za njegova nasljednika Nijemac Christian Schmidt.

"Ja bih osobno nakon dvanaest godina na ovom položaju pozdravio promjenu na mjestu visokog predstavnika“, rekao je Inzko za austrijsku novinsku agenciju.

Austrijski diplomat je potvrdio da je Njemačka za njegova nasljednika predložila političara Kršćansko-socijalne unije i bivšeg ministra poljoprivrede Christiana Schmidta.

APA citira medije u BiH koji su javili da je njemačka veleposlanica u Sarajevu o Schmidtu već o tome razgovarala s članovima kolektivnog predsjedništva Željkom Komšićem i Šefikom Džaferovićem.

Inzko smatra da za budućnost BiH nije presudna promjena visokog predstavnika nego "promjena paradigme“.

"Ono što je potrebno je nova i stabilna politika prema BiH na liniji Biden-Bruxelles-Berlin“, rekao je.

APA navodi da će promjena na vrhu Ureda visokog predstavnika (OHR) naići na teškoće zbog otpora iz Republike Srpske i njezinog čelnika Milorada Dodika koji traži ukidanje te institucije. Zatvaranju OHR-a sklona je i Rusija, članica Vijeća za provedbu mira (PIC). 

Inzko je ranije, u povodu 25. obljetnice Daytonskog sporazuma zatražio ponovno snažnije uključenje međunarodne zajednice u BiH.

"Nakon ne baš slavne faze lokalnih rješenja potrebna nam je jedna faza tijekom koje bi se ponovno djelovalo planirano, snažno i uz zadane rokove", rekao je tada Inzko.

Nagađanja o tome da bi Inzko nakon više od deset godina koliko je na dužnosti visokog predstavnika mogao napustiti BiH pojavila su se u sklopu incijativa da međunarodna zajednica pojača svoj angažman u BiH i snažnije intervenira kako bi se u provele nužne reforme a nakon toga odgovornost prepustila lokalnim političarima.

Takva nagađanja na tragu su promjena u SAD koje se očekuju nakon što Joe Biden preuzme dužnost novog američkog predsjednika ali i činjenice da je razdoblje suzdržavanja od intervencionizma samo prouzročilo nove probleme i zastoje u BiH iz koji je sada teško izaći.

Christian Schmidt potpredsjednik je Kršćanske socijalne unije ia od 2014. do 2018. obnašao je dužnost ministra za poljoprivredu u njemačkoj saveznoj vladi. Trenutačno je zastupnik u Bundestagu posebice angažiran na vanjskopolitičkim pitanjima.

Ranije ove godine Schmidtu je u Berlinu hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković uručio odličje "Red Ante Starčevića" koje mu je dodijeljeno za njegovo zalaganje za međunarodno priznanje Hrvatske ali za ustrajni rad na jačanju odnosa Hrvatske i Njemačke.

Visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice u BiH Valentin Inzko potvrdio je u petak da bi uskoro trebao otići s te dužnosti i da je kandidat za njegova nasljednika Nijemac Christian Schmidt.

"Ja bih osobno nakon dvanaest godina na ovom položaju pozdravio promjenu na mjestu visokog predstavnika“, rekao je Inzko za austrijsku novinsku agenciju.

Austrijski diplomat je potvrdio da je Njemačka za njegova nasljednika predložila političara Kršćansko-socijalne unije i bivšeg ministra poljoprivrede Christiana Schmidta.

APA citira medije u BiH koji su javili da je njemačka veleposlanica u Sarajevu o Schmidtu već o tome razgovarala s članovima kolektivnog predsjedništva Željkom Komšićem i Šefikom Džaferovićem.

Inzko smatra da za budućnost BiH nije presudna promjena visokog predstavnika nego "promjena paradigme“.

"Ono što je potrebno je nova i stabilna politika prema BiH na liniji Biden-Bruxelles-Berlin“, rekao je.

APA navodi da će promjena na vrhu Ureda visokog predstavnika (OHR) naići na teškoće zbog otpora iz Republike Srpske i njezinog čelnika Milorada Dodika koji traži ukidanje te institucije. Zatvaranju OHR-a sklona je i Rusija, članica Vijeća za provedbu mira (PIC). 

Inzko je ranije, u povodu 25. obljetnice Daytonskog sporazuma zatražio ponovno snažnije uključenje međunarodne zajednice u BiH.

"Nakon ne baš slavne faze lokalnih rješenja potrebna nam je jedna faza tijekom koje bi se ponovno djelovalo planirano, snažno i uz zadane rokove", rekao je tada Inzko.

Nagađanja o tome da bi Inzko nakon više od deset godina koliko je na dužnosti visokog predstavnika mogao napustiti BiH pojavila su se u sklopu incijativa da međunarodna zajednica pojača svoj angažman u BiH i snažnije intervenira kako bi se u provele nužne reforme a nakon toga odgovornost prepustila lokalnim političarima.

Takva nagađanja na tragu su promjena u SAD koje se očekuju nakon što Joe Biden preuzme dužnost novog američkog predsjednika ali i činjenice da je razdoblje suzdržavanja od intervencionizma samo prouzročilo nove probleme i zastoje u BiH iz koji je sada teško izaći.

Christian Schmidt potpredsjednik je Kršćanske socijalne unije ia od 2014. do 2018. obnašao je dužnost ministra za poljoprivredu u njemačkoj saveznoj vladi. Trenutačno je zastupnik u Bundestagu posebice angažiran na vanjskopolitičkim pitanjima.

Ranije ove godine Schmidtu je u Berlinu hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković uručio odličje "Red Ante Starčevića" koje mu je dodijeljeno za njegovo zalaganje za međunarodno priznanje Hrvatske ali za ustrajni rad na jačanju odnosa Hrvatske i Njemačke.

Visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice u BiH Valentin Inzko potvrdio je u petak da bi uskoro trebao otići s te dužnosti i da je kandidat za njegova nasljednika Nijemac Christian Schmidt.

"Ja bih osobno nakon dvanaest godina na ovom položaju pozdravio promjenu na mjestu visokog predstavnika“, rekao je Inzko za austrijsku novinsku agenciju.

Austrijski diplomat je potvrdio da je Njemačka za njegova nasljednika predložila političara Kršćansko-socijalne unije i bivšeg ministra poljoprivrede Christiana Schmidta.

APA citira medije u BiH koji su javili da je njemačka veleposlanica u Sarajevu o Schmidtu već o tome razgovarala s članovima kolektivnog predsjedništva Željkom Komšićem i Šefikom Džaferovićem.

Inzko smatra da za budućnost BiH nije presudna promjena visokog...
