Dobrila je 34 godine radila kao medicinska sestra u Srbiji, uvijek se nadajući da će biti bolje za nju, ali i za njene kolege i mlađe generacije koje dolaze, piše Nova.rs. 

- Ništa nije išlo bolje, ali situacija je postala gotovo bezizlazna, jedini način da se spasimo je da odemo. Nakon 34 godine rada, svega mi je bilo dosta. Stalno sam mijenjala poslove jer sam 12 godina bila na čelu Sindikata medicinskih sestara i tehničara pa sam direktorima bila trn u oku. Radila sam na pedijatriji, u bolnici, općoj medicini, kućnom liječenju, RTG, dijagnostici. Mnogima će biti čudno ili smiješno da netko mojih godina odluči okrenuti novi list, ali drugog izlaza nisam vidjela, kaže Dobrila. 

Prije velike odluke danima je razmišljala od čega će živjeti kad ode u mirovinu.

- Znala sam da mirovina neće biti dovoljna da pokrije sve troškove, pogotovo jer je moj suprug u invalidskoj mirovini, a nakon 37 godina radnog staža prima 16.600 dinara mjesečno. Treba ići na operaciju karotide, rekli su nam da neće čekati termin u državnom zdravstvu, a privatno su tražili 5000 eura, pa gdje to platiti? Puno novca ide samo na njegov lijek. Tako sam odlučila da se riješim muke koja se zove "rad u zdravstvu u Srbiji". Za sedam godina koliko mi je ostalo do mirovine, zaradit ću više nego što će mirovina u Srbiji osigurati za 34 godine rada, naglašava.

U Njemačku je otišla usred pandemije koronavirusa, u travnju ove godine.

- Pukao mi je film kada sam nakon svih ovih godina završila na poslu u klinici Covid za rendgensku dijagnostiku, gdje me direktorica maltretirala. Osim što mi je ukinula dodatke, radila je i razne trikove kako bi me iznervirala, što je dovelo do otkaza. Rekla sam joj: "Dosta je, odlazim!" Agencija mi je našla poslodavca. Sredili su mi dokumente, dali mi sate njemačkog, posredovali u dobivanju vize i kupili mi kartu za Njemačku. U gradu u blizini Mannheima, na stanici me čekao upravitelj doma za starije osobe u kojem sada radim”, kaže Dobrila.

U prvih šest mjeseci svi su na probnom radu, a onda slijedi prva plaća.

- Bruto plaća za njegovatelja je 2000 eura, a neto oko 1700 i to sam radila u početku. Nakon šest mjeseci moja diploma je priznata u Njemačkoj. Sada, kao medicinska sestra, zarađujem 3.200 eura, a u Srbiji mi je plaća bila 55.000 dinara, nastavlja. 

- Kakve god mi uvjete ponudili, ne bih se vratila.  Ono što medicinske sestre rade u Njemačkoj je smiješno. Dijele tablete, mjere šećer i tlak, daju inzulin i previjaju neke rane, a u Srbiji su medicinske sestre rudari! Ovdje su uvjeti života drugačiji, ljudi žive normalno s prosječnom plaćom. Dobili smo kuću od poslodavca i tamo živimo nas četiri žene iz Srbije. Sve smo mi medicinske sestre. Inače, medicinske sestre iz Srbije bježe gdje god stignu. Ni pandemija nas ne zaustavlja jer su ljudi izgubili svaku nadu. Zdravstvo u Srbiji nije pred kolapsom, već je dugo u lošijoj fazi, tvrdi.

Dobrila je u Srbiji ostavila bolesnog muža i majku, sina i unuka, pa odlazak u Njemačku u njenim godinama nije bio lak.

- Bilo mi je teško. Prvi mjesec sam imala krizu, ali sam si rekla, ne vraćam se, znam zašto sam tu. Kad odem u mirovinu, vratit ću se, jer imam unuke. Moja kćer živi u Italiji, pa ću malo putovati s njom, malo sa sinom, a financijski će mi to omogućiti upravo ovo što sada radim. Moj sin i buduća snaha su zdravstveni radnici, pa im poručujem da vam Bog pomogne sa zdravljem u Srbiji, kaže.

- U bolnicama u Srbiji ne postoje međuljudski odnosi. Svi su ljuti, revoltirani, ljuti, to je užas. Ljudi su zastrašeni, svima se prijeti, izravno ili neizravno. Nadležni najavljuju povećanje zarada od siječnja za osam posto, ponižavajući tako ljude koji prekidaju posao, a pritom sve poskupljuju. Ne znam jesu li oni toga uopće svjesni i da li im je stalo?, pita se Dobrila Panić, medicinska sestra iz Njemačke.

Dobrila je 34 godine radila kao medicinska sestra u Srbiji, uvijek se nadajući da će biti bolje za nju, ali i za njene kolege i mlađe generacije koje dolaze, piše Nova.rs. 

- Ništa nije išlo bolje, ali situacija je postala gotovo bezizlazna, jedini način da se spasimo je da odemo. Nakon 34 godine rada, svega mi je bilo dosta. Stalno sam mijenjala poslove jer sam 12 godina bila na čelu Sindikata medicinskih sestara i tehničara pa sam direktorima bila trn u oku. Radila sam na pedijatriji, u bolnici, općoj medicini, kućnom liječenju, RTG, dijagnostici. Mnogima će biti čudno ili smiješno da netko mojih godina odluči okrenuti novi list, ali drugog izlaza nisam vidjela, kaže Dobrila. 

Prije velike odluke danima je razmišljala od čega će živjeti kad ode u mirovinu.

- Znala sam da mirovina neće biti dovoljna da pokrije sve troškove, pogotovo jer je moj suprug u invalidskoj mirovini, a nakon 37 godina radnog staža prima 16.600 dinara mjesečno. Treba ići na operaciju karotide, rekli su nam da neće čekati termin u državnom zdravstvu, a privatno su tražili 5000 eura, pa gdje to platiti? Puno novca ide samo na njegov lijek. Tako sam odlučila da se riješim muke koja se zove "rad u zdravstvu u Srbiji". Za sedam godina koliko mi je ostalo do mirovine, zaradit ću više nego što će mirovina u Srbiji osigurati za 34 godine rada, naglašava.

U Njemačku je otišla usred pandemije koronavirusa, u travnju ove godine.

- Pukao mi je film kada sam nakon svih ovih godina završila na poslu u klinici Covid za rendgensku dijagnostiku, gdje me direktorica maltretirala. Osim što mi je ukinula dodatke, radila je i razne trikove kako bi me iznervirala, što je dovelo do otkaza. Rekla sam joj: "Dosta je, odlazim!" Agencija mi je našla poslodavca. Sredili su mi dokumente, dali mi sate njemačkog, posredovali u dobivanju vize i kupili mi kartu za Njemačku. U gradu u blizini Mannheima, na stanici me čekao upravitelj doma za starije osobe u kojem sada radim”, kaže Dobrila.

U prvih šest mjeseci svi su na probnom radu, a onda slijedi prva plaća.

- Bruto plaća za njegovatelja je 2000 eura, a neto oko 1700 i to sam radila u početku. Nakon šest mjeseci moja diploma je priznata u Njemačkoj. Sada, kao medicinska sestra, zarađujem 3.200 eura, a u Srbiji mi je plaća bila 55.000 dinara, nastavlja. 

- Kakve god mi uvjete ponudili, ne bih se vratila.  Ono što medicinske sestre rade u Njemačkoj je smiješno. Dijele tablete, mjere šećer i tlak, daju inzulin i previjaju neke rane, a u Srbiji su medicinske sestre rudari! Ovdje su uvjeti života drugačiji, ljudi žive normalno s prosječnom plaćom. Dobili smo kuću od poslodavca i tamo živimo nas četiri žene iz Srbije. Sve smo mi medicinske sestre. Inače, medicinske sestre iz Srbije bježe gdje god stignu. Ni pandemija nas ne zaustavlja jer su ljudi izgubili svaku nadu. Zdravstvo u Srbiji nije pred kolapsom, već je dugo u lošijoj fazi, tvrdi.

Dobrila je u Srbiji ostavila bolesnog muža i majku, sina i unuka, pa odlazak u Njemačku u njenim godinama nije bio lak.

- Bilo mi je teško. Prvi mjesec sam imala krizu, ali sam si rekla, ne vraćam se, znam zašto sam tu. Kad odem u mirovinu, vratit ću se, jer imam unuke. Moja kćer živi u Italiji, pa ću malo putovati s njom, malo sa sinom, a financijski će mi to omogućiti upravo ovo što sada radim. Moj sin i buduća snaha su zdravstveni radnici, pa im poručujem da vam Bog pomogne sa zdravljem u Srbiji, kaže.

- U bolnicama u Srbiji ne postoje međuljudski odnosi. Svi su ljuti, revoltirani, ljuti, to je užas. Ljudi su zastrašeni, svima se prijeti, izravno ili neizravno. Nadležni najavljuju povećanje zarada od siječnja za osam posto, ponižavajući tako ljude koji prekidaju posao, a pritom sve poskupljuju. Ne znam jesu li oni toga uopće svjesni i da li im je stalo?, pita se Dobrila Panić, medicinska sestra iz Njemačke.

Dobrila je 34 godine radila kao medicinska sestra u Srbiji, uvijek se nadajući da će biti bolje za nju, ali i za njene kolege i mlađe generacije koje dolaze, piše Nova.rs. 

- Ništa nije išlo bolje, ali situacija je postala gotovo bezizlazna, jedini način da se spasimo je da odemo. Nakon 34 godine rada, svega mi je bilo dosta. Stalno sam mijenjala poslove jer sam 12 godina bila na čelu Sindikata medicinskih sestara i tehničara pa sam direktorima bila trn u oku. Radila sam na pedijatriji, u bolnici, općoj medicini, kućnom liječenju, RTG, dijagnostici.
