Iako za sada ne postoji nikakva sigurnosna opasnost na terenu, kada je riječ o narušavanju mira u Bosni i Hercegovini, posljednjih dana pojačana je prisutnost snaga EUFOR-a, posebno ulaskom u zemlju preostalog dijela kontingenta od 500 vojnika. Pored toga, iz zapovjedništva “Althea” (vojne misije EU-a u BiH), prihvaćena je ponuda Francuske da se iznad BiH od ponedjeljka (7.3.) počnu izvoditi trenažni letovi mlaznim avionima. Kako se navodi, letovi će se odvijati “preko zapadnog Balkana”, zrakoplovima tipa “Rafale”, s nosača aviona “Charles de Gaulle”, koji se trenutno nalazi u Sredozemlju.

“U ovakvim vremenima, kada je sigurnosna ravnoteža u Europi narušena, EU pokazuje svoju stalnu posvećenost i odlučnost da podrži sigurno i stabilno okruženje u BiH i na zapadnom Balkanu”, navode iz EUFOR Althea, piše Dragan Maksimović za Deutsche Welle.

Sigurnosna situacija je stabilna na cijelom zapadnom Balkanu, smatraju analitičari, ali ističu da se nijedna od ovih vježbi ili pomicanje kopnenih jedinica, ne odigrava slučajno. Zapad želi poslati jasnu poruku, ne samo BiH, već i prostoru cijele bivše Jugoslavije, da se stvari neće mijenjati.

Pojačanja koja šalje EUFOR su poruka da se BiH vidi kao potencijalni izvor krize i želi se djelovati preventivno. Demonstracijom sile želi se pokazati, da se iz EU-a gleda ka BiH i prati sve što se događa u političkom okružju”, kaže vojno-politički analitičar iz Beograda Aleksandar Radić.

“Bilo koja aktivnost, od pojačanja kopnenih snaga, pa preko vježbi koje se održavaju, sve je to demonstracija sile. To je poruka da situacija mora ostati stabilna”, ističe Radić.

Krajem veljače je u BiH stigla prva postrojba u okviru raspoređivanja dodatnih 500 pripadnika EUFOR-a. To aktiviranje rezervi je “mjera kojom se daje podrška već raspoređenom ljudstvu EUFOR-a, i partnerima u BiH”. Ovog vikenda počelo je raspoređivanje ostalih pripadnika vojne misije EU-a, pa će ih s ovih 500, ukupno u BiH biti 1100.

“To je sve u okviru njihove misije i u okviru suglasnosti nadležnih organa BiH, uključujući i Predsjedništvo. Samo je sada pitanje, je li ovo trenutak za tako nešto, posebno za trenažne letove, s obzirom na to da su ljudi već dovoljno potreseni ratnim događanjima u Ukrajini”, kaže profesor na Fakultetu za sigurnost u Banjaluci Duško Vejnović.

Biračko tijelo voli pokazivanje vojske

“Stvara se psihologija straha, što bi moglo biti, što bi se moglo dogoditi, bi li etnonacionalisti u BiH mogli nešto pokušati…. Apeliram na političke elite, da prevladaju sve razlike. A što se tiče konflikta, ne postoji šansa da ga bude na teritoriju BiH”, uvjeren je Vejnović.

Analitičari vjeruju da jedino medijska propaganda, koja je dostigla svoj povijesni maksimum u sukobu Rusije i Ukrajine, može izazvati daljnju destabilizaciju i na prostoru zapadnog Balkana. Dobar primjer za to je nedavni poziv Ministarstva obrane Srbije osobama iz rezervnog sastava, za izvođenje vježbi u ovom mjesecu. Dio medija, ovu je aktivnost okvalificirao kao demonstraciju sile, u prvom redu prema zemljama u okruženju.

“Problem je što bi ova informacija u normalnim okolnostima prošla ispod radara jer je dio rutine, koja je sada više nego važna. Vojska Srbije provodi redovne aktivnosti. Čak su i promatrači koji su zaduženi za sigurnost očekivali da će biti nekih vježbi, ali ne zbog rata u Ukrajini, već zato što se približavaju izbori u Srbiji. Gotovo pred svake izbore vlast je pokazivala vojsku, jer je jedan od aduta pokazivanje vojske glasačkom tijelu”, jasan je Radić.

S druge strane, iz Oružanih snaga BiH nema nikakvih informacija o stanju sigurnosti u zemlji, niti njihovim eventualnim aktivnostima u tom pravcu. Međutim, analitičari upozoravajju da u ovakvim situacijama mogućeg narušavanja stabilnosti u zemlji Oružane snage BiH nemaju nikakav kapacitet za djelovanje, iz praktičnih razloga. “Najbolje provedena reforma nakon Daytona” ostavila je tri nacionalna puka unutar Oružanih snaga, što je u ovakvim situacijama, ističu analitičari, čini više dijelom problema, nego rješenja, piše Deutsche Welle.

Iako za sada ne postoji nikakva sigurnosna opasnost na terenu, kada je riječ o narušavanju mira u Bosni i Hercegovini, posljednjih dana pojačana je prisutnost snaga EUFOR-a, posebno ulaskom u zemlju preostalog dijela kontingenta od 500 vojnika. Pored toga, iz zapovjedništva “Althea” (vojne misije EU-a u BiH), prihvaćena je ponuda Francuske da se iznad BiH od ponedjeljka (7.3.) počnu izvoditi trenažni letovi mlaznim avionima. Kako se navodi, letovi će se odvijati “preko zapadnog Balkana”, zrakoplovima tipa “Rafale”, s nosača aviona “Charles de Gaulle”, koji se trenutno nalazi u Sredozemlju.

“U ovakvim vremenima, kada je sigurnosna ravnoteža u Europi narušena, EU pokazuje svoju stalnu posvećenost i odlučnost da podrži sigurno i stabilno okruženje u BiH i na zapadnom Balkanu”, navode iz EUFOR Althea, piše Dragan Maksimović za Deutsche Welle.

Sigurnosna situacija je stabilna na cijelom zapadnom Balkanu, smatraju analitičari, ali ističu da se nijedna od ovih vježbi ili pomicanje kopnenih jedinica, ne odigrava slučajno. Zapad želi poslati jasnu poruku, ne samo BiH, već i prostoru cijele bivše Jugoslavije, da se stvari neće mijenjati.

Pitanje tajminga

Pojačanja koja šalje EUFOR su poruka da se BiH vidi kao potencijalni izvor krize i želi se djelovati preventivno. Demonstracijom sile želi se pokazati, da se iz EU-a gleda ka BiH i prati sve što se događa u političkom okružju”, kaže vojno-politički analitičar iz Beograda Aleksandar Radić.

“Bilo koja aktivnost, od pojačanja kopnenih snaga, pa preko vježbi koje se održavaju, sve je to demonstracija sile. To je poruka da situacija mora ostati stabilna”, ističe Radić.

Krajem veljače je u BiH stigla prva postrojba u okviru raspoređivanja dodatnih 500 pripadnika EUFOR-a. To aktiviranje rezervi je “mjera kojom se daje podrška već raspoređenom ljudstvu EUFOR-a, i partnerima u BiH”. Ovog vikenda počelo je raspoređivanje ostalih pripadnika vojne misije EU-a, pa će ih s ovih 500, ukupno u BiH biti 1100.

“To je sve u okviru njihove misije i u okviru suglasnosti nadležnih organa BiH, uključujući i Predsjedništvo. Samo je sada pitanje, je li ovo trenutak za tako nešto, posebno za trenažne letove, s obzirom na to da su ljudi već dovoljno potreseni ratnim događanjima u Ukrajini”, kaže profesor na Fakultetu za sigurnost u Banjaluci Duško Vejnović.

Biračko tijelo voli pokazivanje vojske

“Stvara se psihologija straha, što bi moglo biti, što bi se moglo dogoditi, bi li etnonacionalisti u BiH mogli nešto pokušati…. Apeliram na političke elite, da prevladaju sve razlike. A što se tiče konflikta, ne postoji šansa da ga bude na teritoriju BiH”, uvjeren je Vejnović.

Analitičari vjeruju da jedino medijska propaganda, koja je dostigla svoj povijesni maksimum u sukobu Rusije i Ukrajine, može izazvati daljnju destabilizaciju i na prostoru zapadnog Balkana. Dobar primjer za to je nedavni poziv Ministarstva obrane Srbije osobama iz rezervnog sastava, za izvođenje vježbi u ovom mjesecu. Dio medija, ovu je aktivnost okvalificirao kao demonstraciju sile, u prvom redu prema zemljama u okruženju.

“Problem je što bi ova informacija u normalnim okolnostima prošla ispod radara jer je dio rutine, koja je sada više nego važna. Vojska Srbije provodi redovne aktivnosti. Čak su i promatrači koji su zaduženi za sigurnost očekivali da će biti nekih vježbi, ali ne zbog rata u Ukrajini, već zato što se približavaju izbori u Srbiji. Gotovo pred svake izbore vlast je pokazivala vojsku, jer je jedan od aduta pokazivanje vojske glasačkom tijelu”, jasan je Radić.

S druge strane, iz Oružanih snaga BiH nema nikakvih informacija o stanju sigurnosti u zemlji, niti njihovim eventualnim aktivnostima u tom pravcu. Međutim, analitičari upozoravajju da u ovakvim situacijama mogućeg narušavanja stabilnosti u zemlji Oružane snage BiH nemaju nikakav kapacitet za djelovanje, iz praktičnih razloga. “Najbolje provedena reforma nakon Daytona” ostavila je tri nacionalna puka unutar Oružanih snaga, što je u ovakvim situacijama, ističu analitičari, čini više dijelom problema, nego rješenja, piše Deutsche Welle.
