Službeni rezultati lokalnih izbora u Mostaru objavljeni u ponedjeljak nakon 65 posto obrađenih biračkih mjesta pokazali su da vodi HDZ BiH, slijedi ga bošnjačka Koalicija za Mostar koju predvodi Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA), a u sastav Gradskog vijeća  ulaze još tri stranke.

Mostarci su u nedjelju prvi put nakon 12 godina birali novu lokalnu vlast, a vijećnici se u Gradsko vijeće biraju iz šest gradskih područja te s jedinstvene gradske liste kao da je taj grad jedna izborna jedinica.

Nakon obrađenih 65 posti biračkih mjesta Središnje izborno povjerenstvo je u 09.00 sati objavilo da je na gradskoj listi za HDZ BiH glasovalo 11.973 birača odnosno njih 37,48 posto.

Koalicija za Mostar, koju uz SDA čini još nekoliko manjih bošnjačkih stranaka, dobila je 9.421 glasova, odnosno 29,49 posto.
Na trećem je mjestu  BH blok u kojemu su SDP i Naša stranka, te Hrvatska republikanska stranka, a izborni prag prvi put prelazi lista srpskih stranaka koja je nastupala pod nazivom 'Ostajte ovdje'.

S gradske liste bira se 13 vijećnika, a još 22 dolaze iz šest gradskih područja.

U tri većinske hrvatske izborne jedinice Jug, Zapad i Jugozapad još je uvjerljivija prednost HDZ-a BiH koji ima iznad 50 posto potpore birača.

U većinskim bošnjačkim područjima Stari Grad, Jugoistok i  Sjever očekivano je slavila bošnjačka koalicija koju predvodi SDA.
Na rezultate izbora mogu još utjecati glasovi koji će pristići poštom, a očekuje se da je takvih oko 4.000.

Novi mostarski gradonačelnik bira se posredno iz Gradskoga vijeća od 35 vijećnika. Najviše izgleda za to imaju dva liječnika, nositelj liste HDZ-a dr. Mario Kordić, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja, te kandidat SDA, dr. Zlatko Guzin koji je na čelu Regionalne bolnice u Mostaru u istočnom dijelu grada.

Ako u prva dva kruga glasovanja nijedan kandidat ne dobije potrebnu dvotrećinsku većinu birača, u trećem krugu glasuje se običnom većinom.

Prvi lokalni izbori nakon dvanaestogodišnje stanke održani su u Mostaru pošto je Ustavni sud BiH izmijenio izborne propise koji se odnose na taj grad, a sredinom godine postignut politički dogovor uz posredovanje međunarodnih dužnosnika o načinu izbora gradskih vijećnika.

HDZ BiH i Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA) više od devet godina bezuspješno su pregovarale o novim izbornim pravilima odnosno tome koliko će se vijećnika birati iz koje izborne jedinice. Usuglasili su se o tome tek sredinom 2020. i to nakon snažnog pritiska međunarodne zajednice i nakon presude Europskog suda za ljudska prava iz listopada 2019. po tužbi Mostarke Irme Baralije.

Europski je sud presudio kako činjenica da u Mostaru tako dugo nije bilo izbora predstavlja kršenje ljudskih i građanskih prava stanovnika tog grada

Službeni rezultati lokalnih izbora u Mostaru objavljeni u ponedjeljak nakon 65 posto obrađenih biračkih mjesta pokazali su da vodi HDZ BiH, slijedi ga bošnjačka Koalicija za Mostar koju predvodi Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA), a u sastav Gradskog vijeća  ulaze još tri stranke.

Mostarci su u nedjelju prvi put nakon 12 godina birali novu lokalnu vlast, a vijećnici se u Gradsko vijeće biraju iz šest gradskih područja te s jedinstvene gradske liste kao da je taj grad jedna izborna jedinica.

Nakon obrađenih 65 posti biračkih mjesta Središnje izborno povjerenstvo je u 09.00 sati objavilo da je na gradskoj listi za HDZ BiH glasovalo 11.973 birača odnosno njih 37,48 posto.

Koalicija za Mostar, koju uz SDA čini još nekoliko manjih bošnjačkih stranaka, dobila je 9.421 glasova, odnosno 29,49 posto.
Na trećem je mjestu  BH blok u kojemu su SDP i Naša stranka, te Hrvatska republikanska stranka, a izborni prag prvi put prelazi lista srpskih stranaka koja je nastupala pod nazivom 'Ostajte ovdje'.

S gradske liste bira se 13 vijećnika, a još 22 dolaze iz šest gradskih područja.

U tri većinske hrvatske izborne jedinice Jug, Zapad i Jugozapad još je uvjerljivija prednost HDZ-a BiH koji ima iznad 50 posto potpore birača.

U većinskim bošnjačkim područjima Stari Grad, Jugoistok i  Sjever očekivano je slavila bošnjačka koalicija koju predvodi SDA.
Na rezultate izbora mogu još utjecati glasovi koji će pristići poštom, a očekuje se da je takvih oko 4.000.

Novi mostarski gradonačelnik bira se posredno iz Gradskoga vijeća od 35 vijećnika. Najviše izgleda za to imaju dva liječnika, nositelj liste HDZ-a dr. Mario Kordić, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja, te kandidat SDA, dr. Zlatko Guzin koji je na čelu Regionalne bolnice u Mostaru u istočnom dijelu grada.

Ako u prva dva kruga glasovanja nijedan kandidat ne dobije potrebnu dvotrećinsku većinu birača, u trećem krugu glasuje se običnom većinom.

Prvi lokalni izbori nakon dvanaestogodišnje stanke održani su u Mostaru pošto je Ustavni sud BiH izmijenio izborne propise koji se odnose na taj grad, a sredinom godine postignut politički dogovor uz posredovanje međunarodnih dužnosnika o načinu izbora gradskih vijećnika.

HDZ BiH i Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA) više od devet godina bezuspješno su pregovarale o novim izbornim pravilima odnosno tome koliko će se vijećnika birati iz koje izborne jedinice. Usuglasili su se o tome tek sredinom 2020. i to nakon snažnog pritiska međunarodne zajednice i nakon presude Europskog suda za ljudska prava iz listopada 2019. po tužbi Mostarke Irme Baralije.

Europski je sud presudio kako činjenica da u Mostaru tako dugo nije bilo izbora predstavlja kršenje ljudskih i građanskih prava stanovnika tog grada

Službeni rezultati lokalnih izbora u Mostaru objavljeni u ponedjeljak nakon 65 posto obrađenih biračkih mjesta pokazali su da vodi HDZ BiH, slijedi ga bošnjačka Koalicija za Mostar koju predvodi Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA), a u sastav Gradskog vijeća  ulaze još tri stranke.
