U Srbiji je danas od COVID-a preminulo novorođenče staro samo deset dana! 

Dijete je prošli tjedan zbog komplikacija uzrokovanim COVID-om priključeno na respirator na odjelu neonatologije u Kliničkom centru u Kragujevcu. U teškom je stanju zbog multisistemskog otkazivanja organa, jučer hitno prebačeno iz Kragujevca u Sveučilišnu dječju kliniku u Beogradu. Tamo je stavljeno na uređaj koji u Srbiji ima samo ova medicinska ustanova. Nakon primijenjene terapije tijekom liječenja nije došlo do poboljšanja. Pogoršalo se multisitemsko otkazivanje što je dovelo do smrtnog ishoda, priopćili su iz beogradske Sveučilišne dječje klinike.   

Prva dva sata nakon rođenje beba je bila dobro, ali je već treći sat dobila temperaturu i ubrzo razvila simptome upale. Prošli tjedan Dragana Savić liječnica iz Pedijatrijske bolnice, kazala je za medije kako je beba nekoliko dana nakon rođenja dobila plućnu hipertenziju te je zbog životne ugroze spojeno na respirator. Novorođenče je testirano pozitivno na COVID-19 trećeg dana, a bolest mu je prenijela majka koja je bila COVID pozitivna.

Načelnik Bolnice za pedijatriju "Dr. Olga Popović Dedijer" prim. dr Vojislav Lekić podsjetio je kako je i u drugim dijelovima svijeta bilo slučajeva tek rođenih beba oboljelih od Covida-19, a ovo je prvi takav slučaj u regiji.

U Francuskoj je također već prije zabilježen slučaj novorođenčeta zaraženog koronavirusom tijekom trudnoće. Muško novorođenče imalo je oteklinu mozga i neurološke simptome povezane s COVID-om, a na sreću se oporavilo.

Kako je objavio časopisu Nature Communications istraživanja su pokazala da je prijenos virusa kroz posteljicu s majke na fetus moguć tijekom zadnjih tjedana trudnoće.

I četverogodišnjak na respiratoru

 U Kliničkom centru u Nišu liječi se i četverogodišnji dječak koji se zarazio koronavirusom.

Ravnatelj kliničkog centra Zoran Perišić  za Blic je kazao da je stanje djeteta nepromijenjeno i da su, zbog problema s disanjem, dječaka morali priključiti na respirator.

"Dijete je na respiratoru, ima problema s disanjem. Ima urođene bolesti koje su dovele do toga, ima bolesti pluća, to ga je uvelo u problem da ne može spontano disati. Djeca inače slabo toleriraju maske za invazivnu ventilaciju, pa je bolja opcija da se muskulatura relaksira stavljanjem na respirator", rekao je Perišić.

U Srbiji je danas od COVID-a preminulo novorođenče staro samo deset dana! 

Dijete je prošli tjedan zbog komplikacija uzrokovanim COVID-om priključeno na respirator na odjelu neonatologije u Kliničkom centru u Kragujevcu. U teškom je stanju zbog multisistemskog otkazivanja organa, jučer hitno prebačeno iz Kragujevca u Sveučilišnu dječju kliniku u Beogradu. Tamo je stavljeno na uređaj koji u Srbiji ima samo ova medicinska ustanova. Nakon primijenjene terapije tijekom liječenja nije došlo do poboljšanja. Pogoršalo se multisitemsko otkazivanje što je dovelo do smrtnog ishoda, priopćili su iz beogradske Sveučilišne dječje klinike.   

Prva dva sata nakon rođenje beba je bila dobro, ali je već treći sat dobila temperaturu i ubrzo razvila simptome upale. Prošli tjedan Dragana Savić liječnica iz Pedijatrijske bolnice, kazala je za medije kako je beba nekoliko dana nakon rođenja dobila plućnu hipertenziju te je zbog životne ugroze spojeno na respirator. Novorođenče je testirano pozitivno na COVID-19 trećeg dana, a bolest mu je prenijela majka koja je bila COVID pozitivna.

Načelnik Bolnice za pedijatriju "Dr. Olga Popović Dedijer" prim. dr Vojislav Lekić podsjetio je kako je i u drugim dijelovima svijeta bilo slučajeva tek rođenih beba oboljelih od Covida-19, a ovo je prvi takav slučaj u regiji.

U Francuskoj je također već prije zabilježen slučaj novorođenčeta zaraženog koronavirusom tijekom trudnoće. Muško novorođenče imalo je oteklinu mozga i neurološke simptome povezane s COVID-om, a na sreću se oporavilo.

Kako je objavio časopisu Nature Communications istraživanja su pokazala da je prijenos virusa kroz posteljicu s majke na fetus moguć tijekom zadnjih tjedana trudnoće.

I četverogodišnjak na respiratoru

 U Kliničkom centru u Nišu liječi se i četverogodišnji dječak koji se zarazio koronavirusom.

Ravnatelj kliničkog centra Zoran Perišić  za Blic je kazao da je stanje djeteta nepromijenjeno i da su, zbog problema s disanjem, dječaka morali priključiti na respirator.

"Dijete je na respiratoru, ima problema s disanjem. Ima urođene bolesti koje su dovele do toga, ima bolesti pluća, to ga je uvelo u problem da ne može spontano disati. Djeca inače slabo toleriraju maske za invazivnu ventilaciju, pa je bolja opcija da se muskulatura relaksira stavljanjem na respirator", rekao je Perišić.

Od COVID-a preminula beba stara samo deset dana. Zarazila se još dok je bila u majčinom trbuhu. Brzo nakon poroda razvili su se simptomi upale, a potom i plućna hipertenzija

U Srbiji je danas od COVID-a preminulo novorođenče staro samo deset dana! 

Dijete je prošli tjedan zbog komplikacija uzrokovanim COVID-om priključeno na respirator na odjelu neonatologije u Kliničkom centru u Kragujevcu. U teškom je stanju zbog multisistemskog otkazivanja organa, jučer hitno prebačeno iz Kragujevca u Sveučilišnu dječju kliniku u Beogradu. Tamo je stavljeno na uređaj koji u Srbiji ima samo ova medicinska ustanova. Nakon primijenjene terapije tijekom liječenja nije došlo do poboljšanja. Pogoršalo se multisitemsko otkazivanje što je dovelo do smrtnog ishoda, priopćili su iz beogradske Sveučilišne dječje klinike.   

Prva dva sata nakon rođenje beba je bila dobro, ali je već treći sat dobila temperaturu i ubrzo razvila simptome upale. Prošli...
