Nove političke tenzije u susjedstvu: Visoki predstavnik u BiH Valentin Inzko poništio je prvi krug izbora za gradonačelnika Mostara. On je, prenosi Dnevni avaz, intervenirao jer je glasanje bilo javno, umjesto tajno, kako je to predviđeno Statutom Grada.
Misije OSCE-a u BiH, Delegacije EU-a i posebnog predstavnika EU-a u BiH, veleposlanstva Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, i Sjedinjenih Američkih Država te Ured visokog predstavnika uputile su jutros zajedničku izjavu u kojoj stoji:
- Novoizabrano Gradsko vijeće Grada Mostara je u petak, 5. veljače, usvojilo odluku o izboru gradonačelnika Mostara javnim glasanjem. Ova odluka je u suprotnosti sa članom 36. Statuta Grada Mostara, u kojem se navodi da se izbori u Gradskom vijeću moraju obaviti tajnim glasanjem. Pozivamo Gradsko vijeće da proces glasanja vrati na poziciju koja je u skladu sa Statutom Grada Mostara i da ponovi prvi krug glasanja za gradonačelnika Mostara.
Zemlja koja teži članstvu u EU mora se pridržavati principa vladavine zakona. Pozivamo sve gradske vijećnike da pokažu odgovornost i da hitno izaberu gradonačelnika na idućoj sjednici uz puno poštivanje principa vladavine zakona i Statuta Grada Mostara - stoji u zajedničkoj izjavi predstavnika međunarodne zajednice.
No, unatoč takvoj, nedvosmislenoj poruci, Ivan Zelenika (HDZ), predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Mostara uputio je obavijest o nastavku prve sjednice Gradskog vijeća za 10. veljače.
Zelenika je pozvao vijećnike da se u srijedu pojave u Gradskoj vijećnici, s početkom u 13 sati.
Oglasila se i Srpska pravoslavna crkva u Mostaru, priopćivši da je "iznenađena reakcijom Islamske zajednice u Mostaru, koja je izrazila nezadovoljstvo glasanjem Velibora Milivojevića za izbor gradonačelnika Grada Mostara".
Kako navode iz SPC-a, iznenađeni su kako se Islamska zajednica Mostar, s obzirom da je vjerska organizacija, implicitno poistovjećuje s jednom političkom opcijom.
- U tekstu koji je potpisao Džafer Alić, predsjednik mostarskog Medžlisa, navodi se niz optužbi na račun Srpske pravoslavne crkvene općine Mostar, iako se trudimo biti ujedinjujući faktor, kako pravoslavnih vjernika, tako i svih građana Mostara. Kao što vjerojatno znate, našim svećenicima kanonskim predanjem Pravoslavne crkve nije dozvoljeno stranačko angažiranje, pa čak ni članstvo u bilo kojoj stranci ili političkoj partiji. To je tako zbog toga što Crkva nikada sebe ne može poistovjetiti ili svesti na bilo što parcijalno. Sama etimologija riječi partija (a slično je i s riječju stranka) ukazuje na dio neke cjeline, dok Crkva, po svojoj prirodi, ujedinjuje i sabira. Nažalost, danas se politika, posebno u ovom dijelu Europe, često svodi na banalnu, sebičnu i koristoljubivu tehnologiju vladanja, dok je za Crkvu politika umjetnost služenja u smirenju, staranju za opće dobro i ljubavi koja ujedinjuje razjedinjenu braću - priopćeno je iz SPC Mostar.
- Mentorstvo i utjecaj na Milivojevića nije moguć, niti se događa. Milivojević slobodno odlučuje, po svojim političkim uvjerenjima, sviđalo se to nama ili ne. Zato nas zbunjuje i ožalošćuje ovakva reakcija Medžlisa Islamske zajednice Mostar - poručuje SPC.
- Uvažena braćo, smatramo da jedan politički događaj ne može uzdrmati odnos koji smo zajednički izgradili. Našu budućnost ne mogu odrediti partikularni politički interesi, jer se naše tradicije baziraju na izgradnji univerzalnog dobra. U ovu misiju dijaloga, poštovanja i razumijevanja pozvani smo, ne samo mi, nego i pripadnici hrvatskog naroda, kao i drugi. Ovim putem vas pozivamo da se vratimo našoj misiji, zajedničkim iftarima, božićnim, uskrsnim i bajramskim susretima, teološkim tribinama, posjetama mjestima stradanja, a da političke teme podjele vlasti ostavimo političkim strankama koje uvijek i bez nas iznađu dogovor. Po svemu sudeći, oni su ga već i našli - zaključeno je u priopćenju.

Nove političke tenzije u susjedstvu: Visoki predstavnik u BiH Valentin Inzko poništio je prvi krug izbora za gradonačelnika Mostara. On je, prenosi Dnevni avaz, intervenirao jer je glasanje bilo javno, umjesto tajno, kako je to predviđeno Statutom Grada.
Misije OSCE-a u BiH, Delegacije EU-a i posebnog predstavnika EU-a u BiH, veleposlanstva Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, i Sjedinjenih Američkih Država te Ured visokog predstavnika uputile su jutros zajedničku izjavu u kojoj stoji:
- Novoizabrano Gradsko vijeće Grada Mostara je u petak, 5. veljače, usvojilo odluku o izboru gradonačelnika Mostara javnim glasanjem. Ova odluka je u suprotnosti sa članom 36. Statuta Grada Mostara, u kojem se navodi da se izbori u Gradskom vijeću moraju obaviti tajnim glasanjem. Pozivamo Gradsko vijeće da proces glasanja vrati na poziciju koja je u skladu sa Statutom Grada Mostara i da ponovi prvi krug glasanja za gradonačelnika Mostara.
Zemlja koja teži članstvu u EU mora se pridržavati principa vladavine zakona. Pozivamo sve gradske vijećnike da pokažu odgovornost i da hitno izaberu gradonačelnika na idućoj sjednici uz puno poštivanje principa vladavine zakona i Statuta Grada Mostara - stoji u zajedničkoj izjavi predstavnika međunarodne zajednice.
No, unatoč takvoj, nedvosmislenoj poruci, Ivan Zelenika (HDZ), predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Mostara uputio je obavijest o nastavku prve sjednice Gradskog vijeća za 10. veljače.
Zelenika je pozvao vijećnike da se u srijedu pojave u Gradskoj vijećnici, s početkom u 13 sati.
Oglasila se i Srpska pravoslavna crkva u Mostaru, priopćivši da je "iznenađena reakcijom Islamske zajednice u Mostaru, koja je izrazila nezadovoljstvo glasanjem Velibora Milivojevića za izbor gradonačelnika Grada Mostara".
Kako navode iz SPC-a, iznenađeni su kako se Islamska zajednica Mostar, s obzirom da je vjerska organizacija, implicitno poistovjećuje s jednom političkom opcijom.
- U tekstu koji je potpisao Džafer Alić, predsjednik mostarskog Medžlisa, navodi se niz optužbi na račun Srpske pravoslavne crkvene općine Mostar, iako se trudimo biti ujedinjujući faktor, kako pravoslavnih vjernika, tako i svih građana Mostara. Kao što vjerojatno znate, našim svećenicima kanonskim predanjem Pravoslavne crkve nije dozvoljeno stranačko angažiranje, pa čak ni članstvo u bilo kojoj stranci ili političkoj partiji. To je tako zbog toga što Crkva nikada sebe ne može poistovjetiti ili svesti na bilo što parcijalno. Sama etimologija riječi partija (a slično je i s riječju stranka) ukazuje na dio neke cjeline, dok Crkva, po svojoj prirodi, ujedinjuje i sabira. Nažalost, danas se politika, posebno u ovom dijelu Europe, često svodi na banalnu, sebičnu i koristoljubivu tehnologiju vladanja, dok je za Crkvu politika umjetnost služenja u smirenju, staranju za opće dobro i ljubavi koja ujedinjuje razjedinjenu braću - priopćeno je iz SPC Mostar.
- Mentorstvo i utjecaj na Milivojevića nije moguć, niti se događa. Milivojević slobodno odlučuje, po svojim političkim uvjerenjima, sviđalo se to nama ili ne. Zato nas zbunjuje i ožalošćuje ovakva reakcija Medžlisa Islamske zajednice Mostar - poručuje SPC.
- Uvažena braćo, smatramo da jedan politički događaj ne može uzdrmati odnos koji smo zajednički izgradili. Našu budućnost ne mogu odrediti partikularni politički interesi, jer se naše tradicije baziraju na izgradnji univerzalnog dobra. U ovu misiju dijaloga, poštovanja i razumijevanja pozvani smo, ne samo mi, nego i pripadnici hrvatskog naroda, kao i drugi. Ovim putem vas pozivamo da se vratimo našoj misiji, zajedničkim iftarima, božićnim, uskrsnim i bajramskim susretima, teološkim tribinama, posjetama mjestima stradanja, a da političke teme podjele vlasti ostavimo političkim strankama koje uvijek i bez nas iznađu dogovor. Po svemu sudeći, oni su ga već i našli - zaključeno je u priopćenju.
