Ministar obrane Bosne i Hercegovine Zukan Helez rekao je kako je "pronađeno rješenje" nakon što Vijeće ministara nije odobrilo novac za nabavku helikoptera i da će punu cijenu helikoptera platiti SAD, a da je novac već uplaćen.

Nabavka američkih helikoptera za modernizaciju Oružanih snaga Bosne i Hercegovine dugo je u proceduri. Zadatak jednostavan: za realizaciju projekta potrebno odobriti 3,6 milijuna maraka iz budžeta. No, proces je usporen, ali i osporavan u Vijeću ministara. Usuglašeni rok za odobravanje sredstava iz tekuće rezerve bio je kraj rujna. Odluka nije ispoštovana. Rok je istekao, helikoptera nema. Ipak, u Ministarstvu obrane došlo je do promjene plana.

"Trebali smo nabaviti UH II helikoptere, ali želimo novije BELL 412, koje koriste oružane snage država članica NATO saveza kao što su Slovenija, Hrvatska i Crna Gora. Nismo odustali od nabavke. Idemo u nabavku, ali modernijih helikoptera. Ako javnost ne može da prati šta znači UH II i BELL 412, onda vam je to otprilike kao Golf 4 i Golf 8", navodi Helez.

Resorni ministar tvrdi da je riječ o višenamjenskim helikopterima. Obrambenim, ali i mirnodopskim. A modernije znači i skuplje. No, ovaj put novac nije prepreka, kao ni politika. Vijeće ministara u ovom projektu ne odlučuje. SAD su već osigurale oko 80 milijuna maraka.

"Potpuno je nebitno hoće li Vijeće ministara ili neće, mi idemo u nabavku i to je već odobreno u Ministarstvu financija Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, oni će platiti. Mene raduje što to više ne zavisi od naših odnosa ovdje. To je već dogovoreno, to će biti nabavljeno", poručuje Helez.

Dogovoru koji, čini se, definitivno rješava problem nabavke helikoptera prethodio je otpor ministara iz RS-a u Vijeću ministara. Od skidanja točke s dnevnog reda pa do odobravanja potrebnih sredstava i povlačenja sredstava. 3,6 milijuna maraka i dalje stoji u rezervi.

"S obzirom na to da nije ispoštovana sva potrebna procedura, po nalogu zamjenika ministra cijela implementacija je zaustavljena zbog gore navedenog. Sredstva u navedenom iznosu nisu utrošena, a njihovu namjenu utvrdit će Vijeće ministara BiH posebnom odlukom", istakao je Muhamed Hasanović, zamjenik ministra financija i trezora BiH (SDP).

Oružane snage Bosne i Hercegovine trenutno na raspolaganju imaju 11 helikoptera. Svi su višenamjenski, ali stariji modeli.

"Očekujemo otpočinjanje projekta nabavke najnovijih višenamjenskih helikoptera koji su daleko bolji nego prethodni helikopteri", poručio je generalpukovnik Senad Mašović, načelnik Zajedničkog štaba OSBiH.

Nabavkom adekvatne borbene opreme Oružane snage Bosne i Hercegovine bit će modernizirane. Do sada su uglavnom raspolagale ruskom opremom koju su naslijedili od Jugoslavije. A proces modernizacije jedan je od uvjeta za integraciju Bosne i Hercegovine u NATO savez, piše Federalna.ba.

Ministar obrane Bosne i Hercegovine Zukan Helez rekao je kako je "pronađeno rješenje" nakon što Vijeće ministara nije odobrilo novac za nabavku helikoptera i da će punu cijenu helikoptera platiti SAD, a da je novac već uplaćen.

Nabavka američkih helikoptera za modernizaciju Oružanih snaga Bosne i Hercegovine dugo je u proceduri. Zadatak jednostavan: za realizaciju projekta potrebno odobriti 3,6 milijuna maraka iz budžeta. No, proces je usporen, ali i osporavan u Vijeću ministara. Usuglašeni rok za odobravanje sredstava iz tekuće rezerve bio je kraj rujna. Odluka nije ispoštovana. Rok je istekao, helikoptera nema. Ipak, u Ministarstvu obrane došlo je do promjene plana.

"Trebali smo nabaviti UH II helikoptere, ali želimo novije BELL 412, koje koriste oružane snage država članica NATO saveza kao što su Slovenija, Hrvatska i Crna Gora. Nismo odustali od nabavke. Idemo u nabavku, ali modernijih helikoptera. Ako javnost ne može da prati šta znači UH II i BELL 412, onda vam je to otprilike kao Golf 4 i Golf 8", navodi Helez.

Resorni ministar tvrdi da je riječ o višenamjenskim helikopterima. Obrambenim, ali i mirnodopskim. A modernije znači i skuplje. No, ovaj put novac nije prepreka, kao ni politika. Vijeće ministara u ovom projektu ne odlučuje. SAD su već osigurale oko 80 milijuna maraka.

"Potpuno je nebitno hoće li Vijeće ministara ili neće, mi idemo u nabavku i to je već odobreno u Ministarstvu financija Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, oni će platiti. Mene raduje što to više ne zavisi od naših odnosa ovdje. To je već dogovoreno, to će biti nabavljeno", poručuje Helez.

Dogovoru koji, čini se, definitivno rješava problem nabavke helikoptera prethodio je otpor ministara iz RS-a u Vijeću ministara. Od skidanja točke s dnevnog reda pa do odobravanja potrebnih sredstava i povlačenja sredstava. 3,6 milijuna maraka i dalje stoji u rezervi.

"S obzirom na to da nije ispoštovana sva potrebna procedura, po nalogu zamjenika ministra cijela implementacija je zaustavljena zbog gore navedenog. Oružane snage Bosne i Hercegovine trenutno na raspolaganju imaju 11 helikoptera. Svi su višenamjenski, ali stariji modeli.

"Očekujemo otpočinjanje projekta nabavke najnovijih višenamjenskih helikoptera koji su daleko bolji nego prethodni helikopteri", poručio je generalpukovnik Senad Mašović, načelnik Zajedničkog štaba OSBiH.

Nabavkom adekvatne borbene opreme Oružane snage Bosne i Hercegovine bit će modernizirane. Do sada su uglavnom raspolagale ruskom opremom koju su naslijedili od Jugoslavije. A proces modernizacije jedan je od uvjeta za integraciju Bosne i Hercegovine u NATO savez, piše Federalna.ba.

Ministar obrane Bosne i Hercegovine Zukan Helez rekao je kako je "pronađeno rješenje" nakon što Vijeće ministara nije odobrilo novac za nabavku helikoptera i da će punu cijenu helikoptera platiti SAD, a da je novac već uplaćen.

Nabavka američkih helikoptera za modernizaciju Oružanih snaga Bosne i Hercegovine dugo je u proceduri. Zadatak jednostavan: za realizaciju projekta potrebno odobriti 3,6 milijuna maraka iz budžeta. No, proces je usporen, ali i osporavan u Vijeću ministara. Usuglašeni rok za odobravanje sredstava iz tekuće rezerve bio je kraj rujna. Odluka nije ispoštovana. Rok je istekao, helikoptera nema. Ipak, u Ministarstvu obrane došlo je do promjene plana.

"Trebali smo nabaviti UH II helikoptere, ali želimo novije BELL 412, koje koriste oružane snage država članica NATO saveza kao što su Slovenija, Hrvatska i Crna Gora. Nismo odustali od nabavke. Idemo u nabavku, ali modernijih helikoptera. Ako javnost ne može da prati šta znači UH II i BELL 412, onda vam je to otprilike kao Golf 4 i Golf 8", navodi Helez.

Resorni ministar tvrdi da je riječ o višenamjenskim helikopterima. Obrambenim, ali i mirnodopskim. A modernije znači i skuplje. No, ovaj put novac nije prepreka, kao ni politika. Vijeće ministara u ovom projektu ne odlučuje. SAD su već osigurale oko 80 milijuna maraka.

"Potpuno je nebitno hoće li Vijeće ministara ili neće, mi idemo u nabavku i to je već odobreno u Ministarstvu financija Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, oni će platiti. Mene raduje što to više ne zavisi od naših odnosa ovdje. To je već dogovoreno, to će biti nabavljeno", poručuje Helez.

Dogovoru koji, čini se, definitivno rješava problem nabavke helikoptera prethodio je otpor ministara iz RS-a u Vijeću ministara. Od skidanja točke s dnevnog reda pa do odobravanja potrebnih sredstava i povlačenja sredstava. 3,6 milijuna maraka i dalje stoji u rezervi.
