Spomen ploču postavljenu u bivšem crnogorskom logoru Morinj u spomen na hrvatsko zatočeništvo treba ukloniti jer nije postavljena sukladno propisima te postaviti novu po predviđenoj proceduri, ustvrdio je crnogorski premijer u tehničkom mandatu Dritan Abazović.

Nitko nije protiv postavljanja ploče, kazao je Abazović, no ona mora biti postavljena sukladno propisima. Kako prenosi podgorička Pobjeda, premijer u tehničkom mandatu rekao je da će i tekst na ploči trebati izmijeniti jer po njegovu mišljenju u dovoljnoj mjeri ne izražava odgovornost Crne Gore za uspostavu logora.

"Mi možemo zakonski postaviti ploču i onda će to biti zadovoljavajuće. Problem je i tekst na toj tabli, to će se morati korigirati, jer ispada da Crna Gora nikakve veze s tim nema", naveo je Abazović.

Nakon što je zbog sporne ploče smijenio ministre odbrane i vanjskih poslova, Raška Konjevića i Ranka Krivokapića, Abazović je formalno preuzeo ministarstvo vanjskih poslova, dok je resor obrane dodijelio ministru unutarnjih poslova Filipu Adžiću.

Ministri Konjević i Krivokapić otkrili su 10. listopada spornu spomen ploču u bivšem logoru Morinj, podignutu u spomen na hrvatske civile i branitelje tamo zatočene u razdoblju od listopada 1991. do kolovoza 1992., zajedno s hrvatskim ministrima vanjskih poslova i branitelja, Gordanom Grlićem Radmanom i Tomom Medvedom.

Crnogorske vlasti naknadno su ustvrdile da je ploča postavljena bez potrebnih dozvola, a Državna inspekcija naložila je njeno uklanjanje. Pripadnici crnogorske vojske nisu dopustili ulazak inspektora bez izričite suglasnosti Ministarstva odbrane.

Dvojica ministara tvrdila su pak da podizanje ploče nije zahtijevalo proceduru kod civilnih vlasti jer je podignuta na području koje je u vlasništvu ministarstva obrane.

Spomen ploču postavljenu u bivšem crnogorskom logoru Morinj u spomen na hrvatsko zatočeništvo treba ukloniti jer nije postavljena sukladno propisima te postaviti novu po predviđenoj proceduri, ustvrdio je crnogorski premijer u tehničkom mandatu Dritan Abazović.

Nitko nije protiv postavljanja ploče, kazao je Abazović, no ona mora biti postavljena sukladno propisima. Kako prenosi podgorička Pobjeda, premijer u tehničkom mandatu rekao je da će i tekst na ploči trebati izmijeniti jer po njegovu mišljenju u dovoljnoj mjeri ne izražava odgovornost Crne Gore za uspostavu logora.

"Mi možemo zakonski postaviti ploču i onda će to biti zadovoljavajuće. Problem je i tekst na toj tabli, to će se morati korigirati, jer ispada da Crna Gora nikakve veze s tim nema", naveo je Abazović.

Nakon što je zbog sporne ploče smijenio ministre odbrane i vanjskih poslova, Raška Konjevića i Ranka Krivokapića, Abazović je formalno preuzeo ministarstvo vanjskih poslova, dok je resor obrane dodijelio ministru unutarnjih poslova Filipu Adžiću.

Ministri Konjević i Krivokapić otkrili su 10. listopada spornu spomen ploču u bivšem logoru Morinj, podignutu u spomen na hrvatske civile i branitelje tamo zatočene u razdoblju od listopada 1991. do kolovoza 1992., zajedno s hrvatskim ministrima vanjskih poslova i branitelja, Gordanom Grlićem Radmanom i Tomom Medvedom.

Crnogorske vlasti naknadno su ustvrdile da je ploča postavljena bez potrebnih dozvola, a Državna inspekcija naložila je njeno uklanjanje. Pripadnici crnogorske vojske nisu dopustili ulazak inspektora bez izričite suglasnosti Ministarstva odbrane.

Dvojica ministara tvrdila su pak da podizanje ploče nije zahtijevalo proceduru kod civilnih vlasti jer je podignuta na području koje je u vlasništvu ministarstva obrane.

Spomen ploču postavljenu u bivšem crnogorskom logoru Morinj u spomen na hrvatsko zatočeništvo treba ukloniti jer nije postavljena sukladno propisima te postaviti novu po predviđenoj proceduri, ustvrdio je crnogorski premijer u tehničkom mandatu Dritan Abazović.

Nitko nije protiv postavljanja ploče, kazao je Abazović, no ona mora biti postavljena sukladno propisima. Kako prenosi podgorička Pobjeda, premijer u tehničkom mandatu rekao je da će i tekst na ploči trebati izmijeniti jer po njegovu mišljenju u dovoljnoj mjeri ne izražava odgovornost Crne Gore za uspostavu logora.

"Mi možemo zakonski postaviti ploču i onda će to biti zadovoljavajuće. Problem je i tekst na toj tabli, to će se morati korigirati, jer ispada da Crna Gora nikakve veze s tim nema", naveo je...
