Početkom 90-ih, kad su radili u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, Zoran Milanović i Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, nisu bili nimalo u dobrim ni prijateljskim odnosima. Štoviše, međusobna netrpeljivost bila je i više nego vidljiva, što će posvjedočiti mnogi koji su tada radili na Zrinjevcu. Odnosi između njih dvoje još su se dodatno pogoršali u zadnjoj predsjedničkoj kampanji, kad se nije biralo riječi. Uvrede su frcale na sve strane, a Milanović je žestoko kritizirao Kolindine izjave. Nakon što je u intervjuu izjavila da bi pokojnom Milanu Bandiću nosila kolače i u zatvor, ako bi bio osuđen, Milanović se na nju žestoko obrušio.

"Marija Antoaneta se grdno zaigrala s kolačima. Opasno je to što radi Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, signal koji predsjednik šalje na taj način je - pomilovat ću te", govorio je tada Milanović. Njezinog savjetnika Tomislava Madžara posprdno je zvao "čuvarem državnog cekera". 

No, nakon što je Zoran Milanović izabran na Pantovčak, odnosi između dvoje nekadašnjih kolega iz Ministarstva vanjskih poslova čini se, nikad nisu bili bolji.

U subotu je tako kao politička senzacija odjeknula informacija da je predsjednik Zoran Milanović na put u Ameriku pozvao Kolindu Grabar-Kitarović. Predsjednik je otputovao u petodnevni posjet SAD-u gdje će sudjelovati u zasjedanju Opće skupštine UN-a. U nedjelju se sastaje s predstavnicima hrvatske zajednice u Centru sv. Nikole Tavelića i ima bilateralni susret s glavnim tajnikom UN-a Antóniom Guterresom.

Kako otkriva dnevnik.hr. Nove tv bivša predsjednica neće biti službeni dio delegacije, ali će odraditi dio neformalnih sastanaka.

Milanović je u SAD otputovao u subotu, a bivša predsjednica dan ranije. Kako nije dio službene, već neslužbene delegacije troškove puta, kazala je, snosi sama.

Do sada aktualni predsjednici nisu baš prakticirali surađivati s prethodnicima.

"Mislim da predsjedniku Milanoviću treba čestitati na takvom jednom iskoraku, malom, ali u dosadašnjoj praksi velikom. Mislim da to dokazuje jednu zrelost demokracije u Hrvatskoj, a pokazuje i državnički pristup predsjednika Milanovića te bivše predsjednice", komentirao je Miomir Žužul, bivši veleposlanik u SAD-u za dnevnik.hr Nove tv. 

Prije tjedan dana  Milanović i Grabar Kitarović družili su se u Buzetu. Već danas će Grabar Kitarović odraditi sastanke u Nacionalnoj zakladi za demokraciju, a slijedeći će tjedan presjedati panelom oko Afganistana u organizaciji ureda za veterane.

Početkom 90-ih, kad su radili u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, Zoran Milanović i Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, nisu bili nimalo u dobrim ni prijateljskim odnosima. Štoviše, međusobna netrpeljivost bila je i više nego vidljiva, što će posvjedočiti mnogi koji su tada radili na Zrinjevcu. Odnosi između njih dvoje još su se dodatno pogoršali u zadnjoj predsjedničkoj kampanji, kad se nije biralo riječi. Uvrede su frcale na sve strane, a Milanović je žestoko kritizirao Kolindine izjave. Nakon što je u intervjuu izjavila da bi pokojnom Milanu Bandiću nosila kolače i u zatvor, ako bi bio osuđen, Milanović se na nju žestoko obrušio.

"Marija Antoaneta se grdno zaigrala s kolačima. Opasno je to što radi Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, signal koji predsjednik šalje na taj način je - pomilovat ću te", govorio je tada Milanović. Njezinog savjetnika Tomislava Madžara posprdno je zvao "čuvarem državnog cekera". 

No, nakon što je Zoran Milanović izabran na Pantovčak, odnosi između dvoje nekadašnjih kolega iz Ministarstva vanjskih poslova čini se, nikad nisu bili bolji.

U subotu je tako kao politička senzacija odjeknula informacija da je predsjednik Zoran Milanović na put u Ameriku pozvao Kolindu Grabar-Kitarović. Predsjednik je otputovao u petodnevni posjet SAD-u gdje će sudjelovati u zasjedanju Opće skupštine UN-a. U nedjelju se sastaje s predstavnicima hrvatske zajednice u Centru sv. Nikole Tavelića i ima bilateralni susret s glavnim tajnikom UN-a Antóniom Guterresom.

Kako otkriva dnevnik.hr. Nove tv bivša predsjednica neće biti službeni dio delegacije, ali će odraditi dio neformalnih sastanaka.

Milanović je u SAD otputovao u subotu, a bivša predsjednica dan ranije. Kako nije dio službene, već neslužbene delegacije troškove puta, kazala je, snosi sama.

Do sada aktualni predsjednici nisu baš prakticirali surađivati s prethodnicima.

"Mislim da predsjedniku Milanoviću treba čestitati na takvom jednom iskoraku, malom, ali u dosadašnjoj praksi velikom. Mislim da to dokazuje jednu zrelost demokracije u Hrvatskoj, a pokazuje i državnički pristup predsjednika Milanovića te bivše predsjednice", komentirao je Miomir Žužul, bivši veleposlanik u SAD-u za dnevnik.hr Nove tv. 

Prije tjedan dana  Milanović i Grabar Kitarović družili su se u Buzetu. Već danas će Grabar Kitarović odraditi sastanke u Nacionalnoj zakladi za demokraciju, a slijedeći će tjedan presjedati panelom oko Afganistana u organizaciji ureda za veterane.
