Vladimir Šeks je za N1 televiziju izjavio da je odlazak i SDSS-ovog potpredsjednika Vlade na obljetnicu Oluje "dobar iskorak", koji bi, skupa s odlaskom potpredsjednika Vlade Tome Medveda na komemoraciju pobijenim srpskim civilima u Grubore, u budućnosti trebao donijeti normalizaciju hrvatsko-srpskih odnosa.
"Svjedok vremena i povijesti svih zbivanja", kako ga je najavila voditeljica, osvrnuo se prvo na to da se 25. obljetnica Oluje odvija u specifičnim epidemiološkim okolnostima. Potom je rekao što misli o dolasku u Knin i Borisa Miloševića iz SDSS-a:
"Taj dobar iskorak se ogleda u tome što je Oluja, koja je u saborskoj deklaraciji utvrđena kao jedna veličanstvena pobjeda, čista kao suza, što je potvrđeno i presudom Haaškog suda, pridonijela tome da dođe do mirne reintegracije hrvatskog Podunavlja. I zato dolazak predstavnika Vlade, predstavnika srpske manjine pokazuje da Srbi u Hrvatskoj prihvaćaju Oluju kao legitimnu vojnu operaciju, kojom se oslobađala od agresije cijela Krajina."
Šeks, doduše, smatra da bi čin mogao biti i snažniji.
"Bilo bi preciznije da potpredsjednik Vlade Milošević i SDSS izrijekom jasno navedu da dolazak na obljetnicu Oluje znači odricanje od upornog ponavljanja koja dolaze iz Srbije, od Vučića i nekih političara u Hrvatskoj, da je Oluja bila etničko čišćenje", dodao je.
Ipak, u ovom trenutku, on priznaje da to nije realno.
"Ovaj dolazak potpredsjednika hrvatske vlade prvi je korak da se u bliskoj budućnosti konačno razriješe hrvatsko-srpski odnosi i da i srpska manjina u Hrvatskoj prihvati da je Oluja bila legitiman cilj i sredstvo, a nikako da je bila rezultat etničkog čišćenja", dodao je.
Šeks je pozdravio najavljeni odlazak potpredsjednika Vlade Tome Medveda, inače triput ranjavanog zapovjenika "Tigrova", u Grubore:
"Dobra je poruka da će 25. kolovoza potpredsjednik biti na komemoriranju civilnih žrtava, šest pobijenih staraca. To je jedna dobra i izvrsna gesta hrvatske vlade, hrvatske države, da pokaže pijetet prema srpskim žrtvama. To je bio eksces, nije bio djelo Hrvatske vojske ili hrvatske politike."

Šeks se, inače, slaže s bivšim predsjednikom Ivom Josipovićem koji je nedavno rekao da bi još snažnija poruka bila da na obljetnicu Oluje ode Milorad Pupovac.
"Ja se slažem da bi bio jači efekt da on dođe u Knin. No, oni (SDSS) su procijenili da je dovoljno za sada, za sada, da je velika gesta i veliki korak već i dolazak gospodina Miloševića u Knin. Najjača poruka bi bila da i gospodin Pupovac i gospodin Milošević jasno demonstriraju da (Oluja) nije bila etničko čišćenje. Konačno, mi znamo kao činjenicu da su Martić i ostali ratni vođe (1995.) pripremali Srbe da idu u egzodus", kazao je Šeks.
On je potom pohvalio odluku predsjednika Zorana Milanovića da odlikuje postrojbe HVO-a koje su sudjelovale u vojnim akcijama u Hrvatskoj:
"Bez obzira što ja mislio o predsjedniku Milanoviću i njegovom poimanju politike i zadiranju u Ustav, ovo je njegova dobra odluka i ja je pozdravljam."
No, za Milanovićevu kritiku Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu kao "paradržavnog tijela", s funkcijama koje su, kako kaže, protuustavne, te za to što je predsjednik rekao da mu Stožer "ide na živce", Šeks nema lijepe riječi.
"Meni on ide jako na živce. I na jetra mi ide!", kazao je Šeks za N1 televiziju, a onda je pojasnio zašto tako misli:
"Predsjednik ima pravo i dužnost pokrenuti pred sudom postupak za ocjenu ustavnosti, pa tako i djelovanja i ustrojstva ovog Stožera. Ne može on sebi uzurpirati pravo da je iznad Ustavnog suda, iznad Sabora i iznad Vlade. On ne može prejudicirati da je to (NSCZ) paradržavno tijelo."

Vladimir Šeks je za N1 televiziju izjavio da je odlazak i SDSS-ovog potpredsjednika Vlade na obljetnicu Oluje "dobar iskorak", koji bi, skupa s odlaskom potpredsjednika Vlade Tome Medveda na komemoraciju pobijenim srpskim civilima u Grubore, u budućnosti trebao donijeti normalizaciju hrvatsko-srpskih odnosa.
"Svjedok vremena i povijesti svih zbivanja", kako ga je najavila voditeljica, osvrnuo se prvo na to da se 25. obljetnica Oluje odvija u specifičnim epidemiološkim okolnostima. Potom je rekao što misli o dolasku u Knin i Borisa Miloševića iz SDSS-a:
"Taj dobar iskorak se ogleda u tome što je Oluja, koja je u saborskoj deklaraciji utvrđena kao jedna veličanstvena pobjeda, čista kao suza, što je potvrđeno i presudom Haaškog suda, pridonijela tome da dođe do mirne reintegracije hrvatskog Podunavlja. I zato dolazak predstavnika Vlade, predstavnika srpske manjine pokazuje da Srbi u Hrvatskoj prihvaćaju Oluju kao legitimnu vojnu operaciju, kojom se oslobađala od agresije cijela Krajina."
Šeks, doduše, smatra da bi čin mogao biti i snažniji.
"Bilo bi preciznije da potpredsjednik Vlade Milošević i SDSS izrijekom jasno navedu da dolazak na obljetnicu Oluje znači odricanje od upornog ponavljanja koja dolaze iz Srbije, od Vučića i nekih političara u Hrvatskoj, da je Oluja bila etničko čišćenje", dodao je.
Ipak, u ovom trenutku, on priznaje da to nije realno.
"Ovaj dolazak potpredsjednika hrvatske vlade prvi je korak da se u bliskoj budućnosti konačno razriješe hrvatsko-srpski odnosi i da i srpska manjina u Hrvatskoj prihvati da je Oluja bila legitiman cilj i sredstvo, a nikako da je bila rezultat etničkog čišćenja", dodao je.
Šeks je pozdravio najavljeni odlazak potpredsjednika Vlade Tome Medveda, inače triput ranjavanog zapovjenika "Tigrova", u Grubore:
"Dobra je poruka da će 25. kolovoza potpredsjednik biti na komemoriranju civilnih žrtava, šest pobijenih staraca. To je jedna dobra i izvrsna gesta hrvatske vlade, hrvatske države, da pokaže pijetet prema srpskim žrtvama. To je bio eksces, nije bio djelo Hrvatske vojske ili hrvatske politike."

Šeks se, inače, slaže s bivšim predsjednikom Ivom Josipovićem koji je nedavno rekao da bi još snažnija poruka bila da na obljetnicu Oluje ode Milorad Pupovac.
"Ja se slažem da bi bio jači efekt da on dođe u Knin. No, oni (SDSS) su procijenili da je dovoljno za sada, za sada, da je velika gesta i veliki korak već i dolazak gospodina Miloševića u Knin. Najjača poruka bi bila da i gospodin Pupovac i gospodin Milošević jasno demonstriraju da (Oluja) nije bila etničko čišćenje. Konačno, mi znamo kao činjenicu da su Martić i ostali ratni vođe (1995.) pripremali Srbe da idu u egzodus", kazao je Šeks.
On je potom pohvalio odluku predsjednika Zorana Milanovića da odlikuje postrojbe HVO-a koje su sudjelovale u vojnim akcijama u Hrvatskoj:
"Bez obzira što ja mislio o predsjedniku Milanoviću i njegovom poimanju politike i zadiranju u Ustav, ovo je njegova dobra odluka i ja je pozdravljam."
No, za Milanovićevu kritiku Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu kao "paradržavnog tijela", s funkcijama koje su, kako kaže, protuustavne, te za to što je predsjednik rekao da mu Stožer "ide na živce", Šeks nema lijepe riječi.
"Meni on ide jako na živce. I na jetra mi ide!", kazao je Šeks za N1 televiziju, a onda je pojasnio zašto tako misli:
"Predsjednik ima pravo i dužnost pokrenuti pred sudom postupak za ocjenu ustavnosti, pa tako i djelovanja i ustrojstva ovog Stožera. Ne može on sebi uzurpirati pravo da je iznad Ustavnog suda, iznad Sabora i iznad Vlade. On ne može prejudicirati da je to (NSCZ) paradržavno tijelo."
