Iz Ureda predsjednika poručili su u nedjelju kako sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost ne sazivaju pročelnici ureda predsjednika i premijera.

"Sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost ne sazivaju Orsat MIljenić, predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Republike i Zvonimir Frka Petešić, predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade", istaknuli su u priopćenju.

"Uz sve poštovanje gospodi Miljeniću i  Frki Petešiću, bivšem veleposlaniku u Maroku, koji je to – po prvi puta - postao odlukom tadašnjeg premijera Milanovića i predsjednika Republike prof. dr. Ive Josipovića, opet ćemo ponoviti: sjednice VNS-a zajednički sazivaju predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković i predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović koji sjednicom i predsjeda, kako to propisuje čl. 4 st. 3 Zakona o sigurnosno-obavještajnom sustavu RH", stoji u priopćenju.

Podsjetili su i da je na prvu i za sada jedinu sjednicu Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost, koju su sazvali zajedno predsjednik Milanović i predsjednik Vlade Plenković, proljetos, predsjednik Vlade – uz suglasnost Predsjednika Republike – doveo skoro sve svoje ministre, pa i predstojnika svog Ureda Frku Petešića, iako nisu članovi VNS-a.

"Predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Miljenić nije bio na sjednici jer nije član VNS-a i jer predsjednik Milanović poštuje Zakon o sigurnosno-obavještajnom sustavu RH.  Nakon ovakvog protupropisnog postupanja Vlade, sada će se Predsjednik Republike još strože držati zakona, što mu je i ustavna obveza", poručili su iz Ureda predsjednika.  

Premijer Andrej Plenković u ranijoj je pak izjavi podsjetio kako je u petak najavio da će Uredu predsjednika RH dostaviti zaključak Vlade o primanju na znanje prijedloga mjera koje je predložila Koordinacija za domovinsku sigurnost te ponuditi nekoliko termina za održavanje sjednice VNS-a, kao i da je taj dokument dostavljen Uredu predsjednika u petak u 19.10 sati.

"U mom Uredu postoji predstojnik Ureda, to je gospodin (Zvonimir) Frka Petešić, on zna pisati i zna potpisati dopis, zna dokument dostaviti u Ured predsjednika. Taj je dokument, kao što je izvijestio glasnogovornik (Marko Milić), dostavljen Uredu predsjednika u petak u 19.10 sati gospodinu Orsatu Miljeniću, koji je isto vrlo načitan, pismen čovjek, zna to pročitati", rekao je Plenković.

Glasnogovornik Vlade Marko Milić je, pak, ustvrdio da iz Ureda predsjednika RH plasiraju zlonamjerne kvalifikacije i laži o dopisu u vezi sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost.

Na svom twitteru objavio je sliku potpisane dostavnice te označio u objavi glasnogovornika Vlade Nikolu Jelića.

"Zlonamjerne kvalifikacije i laži koje plasiraju u javnost iz Ureda predsjednika RH ne mogu prekriti istinu o dopisu predstojnika Frke-Petešića predstojniku Orsatu Miljeniću u vezi sjednice VNS-a, koji je zaprimljen u petak 6. studenoga, što je vidljivo iz potpisane dostavnice", stoji u objavi glasnogovornika Vlade na twitteru.

Ured Predsjednika Republike ranije je poslao priopćenje koje potpisuje glasnogovornik Jelić, u kojem, među inim, stoji da predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović nije dobio od predsjednika Vlade Plenkovića nikakav prijedlog za sazivanje sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost te da je "tvrditi drugačije, kao što to putem Twittera čine iz Vlade, već viđeni primjer yutelovskog obmanjivanja javnosti".

Iz Ureda predsjednika poručili su u nedjelju kako sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost ne sazivaju pročelnici ureda predsjednika i premijera.

"Sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost ne sazivaju Orsat MIljenić, predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Republike i Zvonimir Frka Petešić, predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade", istaknuli su u priopćenju.

"Uz sve poštovanje gospodi Miljeniću i  Frki Petešiću, bivšem veleposlaniku u Maroku, koji je to – po prvi puta - postao odlukom tadašnjeg premijera Milanovića i predsjednika Republike prof. dr. Ive Josipovića, opet ćemo ponoviti: sjednice VNS-a zajednički sazivaju predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković i predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović koji sjednicom i predsjeda, kako to propisuje čl. 4 st. 3 Zakona o sigurnosno-obavještajnom sustavu RH", stoji u priopćenju.

Podsjetili su i da je na prvu i za sada jedinu sjednicu Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost, koju su sazvali zajedno predsjednik Milanović i predsjednik Vlade Plenković, proljetos, predsjednik Vlade – uz suglasnost Predsjednika Republike – doveo skoro sve svoje ministre, pa i predstojnika svog Ureda Frku Petešića, iako nisu članovi VNS-a.

"Predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Miljenić nije bio na sjednici jer nije član VNS-a i jer predsjednik Milanović poštuje Zakon o sigurnosno-obavještajnom sustavu RH.  Nakon ovakvog protupropisnog postupanja Vlade, sada će se Predsjednik Republike još strože držati zakona, što mu je i ustavna obveza", poručili su iz Ureda predsjednika.  

Premijer Andrej Plenković u ranijoj je pak izjavi podsjetio kako je u petak najavio da će Uredu predsjednika RH dostaviti zaključak Vlade o primanju na znanje prijedloga mjera koje je predložila Koordinacija za domovinsku sigurnost te ponuditi nekoliko termina za održavanje sjednice VNS-a, kao i da je taj dokument dostavljen Uredu predsjednika u petak u 19.10 sati.

"U mom Uredu postoji predstojnik Ureda, to je gospodin (Zvonimir) Frka Petešić, on zna pisati i zna potpisati dopis, zna dokument dostaviti u Ured predsjednika. Glasnogovornik Vlade Marko Milić je, pak, ustvrdio da iz Ureda predsjednika RH plasiraju zlonamjerne kvalifikacije i laži o dopisu u vezi sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost.

Na svom twitteru objavio je sliku potpisane dostavnice te označio u objavi glasnogovornika Vlade Nikolu Jelića.

"Zlonamjerne kvalifikacije i laži koje plasiraju u javnost iz Ureda predsjednika RH ne mogu prekriti istinu o dopisu predstojnika Frke-Petešića predstojniku Orsatu Miljeniću u vezi sjednice VNS-a, koji je zaprimljen u petak 6. studenoga, što je vidljivo iz potpisane dostavnice", stoji u objavi glasnogovornika Vlade na twitteru.

Ured Predsjednika Republike ranije je poslao priopćenje koje potpisuje glasnogovornik Jelić, u kojem, među inim, stoji da predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović nije dobio od predsjednika Vlade Plenkovića nikakav prijedlog za sazivanje sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost te da je "tvrditi drugačije, kao što to putem Twittera čine iz Vlade, već viđeni primjer yutelovskog obmanjivanja javnosti".

Iz Ureda predsjednika poručili su u nedjelju kako sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost ne sazivaju pročelnici ureda predsjednika i premijera.

"Sjednice Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost ne sazivaju Orsat MIljenić, predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Republike i Zvonimir Frka Petešić, predstojnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade", istaknuli su u priopćenju.
