Ministar gospodarstva Tomislav Ćorić odbacio je u utorak oporbene tvrdnje da su razvojni projekti u Nacionalnom planu oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) nedorečeni, te da se radi o popisu lijepih želja.

Nacionalni plan je rađen kako bi Hrvatska postala otpornija i snažnija, kako bi se potaknuo gospodarski rast, rekao je ministar na Odboru za gospodarstvo koji je raspravljao o Planu koji sadrži prijedloge projekata u šest područja ukupne vrijednosti 49,1 milijardi kuna.

I dok su HDZ-ovi za NPOO imali samo pohvale, oporba je vrlo kritična prema Planu, posebno SDP.  

Nisam našao reformsku agendu, ni u jednom dijelu ne piše koji su nam ciljevi, što kao država želimo postići ovim ulaganjem koje iznosi oko 30 posto državnoga proračuna, kazao je Zvane Brumnić.  Plan se oslanja na Nacionalnu razvojnu strategiju, pa se i njemu dogodilo isto, imamo listu lijepih želja, rekao je Željko Pavić.

Ministar se referirao i na njihovo spominjanje biorafinerije u Sisku.

„Ne znam za dokument  kojim je dogovoreno s Mađarima da se gradi biorafinersko postrojenje u Sisku“, odgovorio je Brumniću i naglasio da se tim iskorakom Ine kreiraju pretpostavke za 20-30 godina.

Tada ćemo naftne derivate i dalje imati u prometu, no ideja je da biogoriva zauzimaju sve veći prostor, kazao je ministar i naglasio da iz perspektive zelene Hrvatske to postrojenje itekako ima perspektivu.

Završetkom, to bi postrojenje trebalo zadovoljiti potrebe Hrvatske za biogorivom, pa i šire, istaknuo je Ćorić.  

Zvonimir Troskot (Most) pak opetuje da ulaganje u javni sektor neće dovesti do gospodarskog oporavka. „Kuna ulaganja u privatni sektor, znači dodatne četiri kune povrata u gospodarstvo, kuna ulaganja u javni sektor je povrat maksimalno do kune ukoliko se novci efikasno troše“, kazao je zastupnik.

Vladu proziva da ne sluša nikoga tko govori da NPOO nije dobar, da njime već financiramo nove, potencijalne afere.  

Ministarstvo gospodarstva je u proteklih nekoliko mjeseci inzistiralo da svaka kuna iz Plana bude upućena privatnom sektoru, pa i na uštrb smanjenog razvoja infrastrukture, uzvratio mu je ministar.

I savjetnik predsjednika Vlade Zvonimir Savić odbacuje teze o  antipoduzetničkom pristupu. Najmanje 30 posto svih sredstava ide privatnom sektoru, kazao je i naveo da su neke druge države daleko od toga postotka, Slovenija, primjerice osam posto.

Sigurno nismo ni slijepi, ni isključivi, poručio je Savić.

Ćorić ističe i kako će o Planu, Sabor raspravljati na inicijativu Vlade, iako za to nije postojala zakonska obveza.

Kaže i kako će, u slučaju da se Plan ne ostvari, odgovorni biti oni koji su ga kreirali, dakle, Vlada.

Ministar gospodarstva Tomislav Ćorić odbacio je u utorak oporbene tvrdnje da su razvojni projekti u Nacionalnom planu oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) nedorečeni, te da se radi o popisu lijepih želja.

Nacionalni plan je rađen kako bi Hrvatska postala otpornija i snažnija, kako bi se potaknuo gospodarski rast, rekao je ministar na Odboru za gospodarstvo koji je raspravljao o Planu koji sadrži prijedloge projekata u šest područja ukupne vrijednosti 49,1 milijardi kuna.

I dok su HDZ-ovi za NPOO imali samo pohvale, oporba je vrlo kritična prema Planu, posebno SDP.  

Nisam našao reformsku agendu, ni u jednom dijelu ne piše koji su nam ciljevi, što kao država želimo postići ovim ulaganjem koje iznosi oko 30 posto državnoga proračuna, kazao je Zvane Brumnić.  Plan se oslanja na Nacionalnu razvojnu strategiju, pa se i njemu dogodilo isto, imamo listu lijepih želja, rekao je Željko Pavić.

Ministar se referirao i na njihovo spominjanje biorafinerije u Sisku.

„Ne znam za dokument  kojim je dogovoreno s Mađarima da se gradi biorafinersko postrojenje u Sisku“, odgovorio je Brumniću i naglasio da se tim iskorakom Ine kreiraju pretpostavke za 20-30 godina.

Tada ćemo naftne derivate i dalje imati u prometu, no ideja je da biogoriva zauzimaju sve veći prostor, kazao je ministar i naglasio da iz perspektive zelene Hrvatske to postrojenje itekako ima perspektivu.

Završetkom, to bi postrojenje trebalo zadovoljiti potrebe Hrvatske za biogorivom, pa i šire, istaknuo je Ćorić.  

Zvonimir Troskot (Most) pak opetuje da ulaganje u javni sektor neće dovesti do gospodarskog oporavka. „Kuna ulaganja u privatni sektor, znači dodatne četiri kune povrata u gospodarstvo, kuna ulaganja u javni sektor je povrat maksimalno do kune ukoliko se novci efikasno troše“, kazao je zastupnik.

Vladu proziva da ne sluša nikoga tko govori da NPOO nije dobar, da njime već financiramo nove, potencijalne afere.  

Ministarstvo gospodarstva je u proteklih nekoliko mjeseci inzistiralo da svaka kuna iz Plana bude upućena privatnom sektoru, pa i na uštrb smanjenog razvoja infrastrukture, uzvratio mu je ministar.

I savjetnik predsjednika Vlade Zvonimir Savić odbacuje teze o  antipoduzetničkom pristupu. Najmanje 30 posto svih sredstava ide privatnom sektoru, kazao je i naveo da su neke druge države daleko od toga postotka, Slovenija, primjerice osam posto.

Sigurno nismo ni slijepi, ni isključivi, poručio je Savić.

Ćorić ističe i kako će o Planu, Sabor raspravljati na inicijativu Vlade, iako za to nije postojala zakonska obveza.

Kaže i kako će, u slučaju da se Plan ne ostvari, odgovorni biti oni koji su ga kreirali, dakle, Vlada.

Ministar gospodarstva Tomislav Ćorić odbacio je u utorak oporbene tvrdnje da su razvojni projekti u Nacionalnom planu oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) nedorečeni, te da se radi o popisu lijepih želja.

Nacionalni plan je rađen kako bi Hrvatska postala otpornija i snažnija, kako bi se potaknuo gospodarski rast, rekao je ministar na Odboru za gospodarstvo koji je raspravljao o Planu koji sadrži prijedloge projekata u šest područja ukupne vrijednosti 49,1 milijardi kuna.

I dok su HDZ-ovi za NPOO imali samo pohvale, oporba je vrlo kritična prema Planu, posebno SDP.  

Nisam našao reformsku agendu, ni u jednom dijelu ne piše koji su nam ciljevi, što kao država želimo postići ovim ulaganjem koje iznosi oko 30 posto državnoga proračuna, kazao je Zvane Brumnić.  Plan se oslanja na Nacionaln...
