Mađarska je u ponedjeljak u Bruxellesu nastojala postići što nižu cijenu za transport nafte preko Jadranskog naftovoda (Janaf), a hrvatska strana smatra da tu treba osigurati jednake uvjete za sve sudionike na tržištu.
Mađarski ministar vanjskih poslova i trgovine Peter Szijjarto je u ponedjeljak u Bruxellesu na sastanku ministara energetike pod točkom razno potaknuo raspravu o Janafu u kojoj je rekao da bi bilo dobro da Janaf proširi svoje kapacitete i da Europska komisija propiše kolike bi trebale biti tarife za transport nafte, rekao je nakon sastanka hrvatski ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović.
Filipović je rekao da Janaf već sada može zadovoljiti sve potrebe Mađarske i Slovačke što se kapaciteta tiče. Trenutačni kapacitet Janafa je 11,4 milijuna tona nafte, a rafinerija u Mađarskoj ima kapacitet 8,1 milijuna tona.
“Mi smo spremni biti partner, osigurati dovoljne količine nafte i za Mađarsku i Slovačku, s time da treba poštovati ono što Europska komisija naglašava, a to su jednaki uvjeti za sve na tržištu kako bi se osigurala poštena konkurencija”, rekao je Filipović.
Mađarska je u okviru šestog paketa sankcija protiv Rusije u kojem je dogovorena zabrana uvoza ruske nafte u EU morskim putem uspjela dobiti izuzeće. To znači da bi Mađarskoj bilo dopušteno i dalje uvoziti rusku naftu preko Janafa u slučaju da se prekine isporuka preko naftovoda Družba.
Međutim, u tom paketu sankcija naglašava se potreba za ravnopravnim uvjetima za sve sudionike na tržištu. U ovom konkretnom slučaju to znači da bi Mađarska trebala plaćati transport ruske nafte po višim tarifama kako ne bi stekla neopravdanu prednost na tržištu budući da rusku naftu nabavlja po znatnoj povoljnijim cijenama od onih koje plaćaju ostale države članice od drugih dobavljača. S višim tarifama za transport nafte tako bi se anulirala prednost koju Mađarska ima zbog povoljnije cijene ruske nafte.
Filipović je rekao da se svi koji žele uvoziti naftu preko Janafa trebaju javiti upravi toga poduzeća i s njom se dogovoriti oko cijene.
Mađarska i dalje najveći dio nafte dobiva izravno iz Rusije preko naftovoda Družba.
Ove godine je preko Janafa uvezla manje od milijuna tona nafte. Mađutim, očito je da postoji strah od mogućeg prekida isporuke preko naftovoda Družba koji ide preko Ukrajine i stoga se Mađarska želi osigurati za slučaj nepredviđenih okolnosti.

Mađarska je u ponedjeljak u Bruxellesu nastojala postići što nižu cijenu za transport nafte preko Jadranskog naftovoda (Janaf), a hrvatska strana smatra da tu treba osigurati jednake uvjete za sve sudionike na tržištu.
Mađarski ministar vanjskih poslova i trgovine Peter Szijjarto je u ponedjeljak u Bruxellesu na sastanku ministara energetike pod točkom razno potaknuo raspravu o Janafu u kojoj je rekao da bi bilo dobro da Janaf proširi svoje kapacitete i da Europska komisija propiše kolike bi trebale biti tarife za transport nafte, rekao je nakon sastanka hrvatski ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović.
Filipović je rekao da Janaf već sada može zadovoljiti sve potrebe Mađarske i Slovačke što se kapaciteta tiče. Trenutačni kapacitet Janafa je 11,4 milijuna tona nafte, a rafinerija u Mađarskoj ima kapacitet 8,1 milijuna tona.
“Mi smo spremni biti partner, osigurati dovoljne količine nafte i za Mađarsku i Slovačku, s time da treba poštovati ono što Europska komisija naglašava, a to su jednaki uvjeti za sve na tržištu kako bi se osigurala poštena konkurencija”, rekao je Filipović.
Mađarska je u okviru šestog paketa sankcija protiv Rusije u kojem je dogovorena zabrana uvoza ruske nafte u EU morskim putem uspjela dobiti izuzeće. To znači da bi Mađarskoj bilo dopušteno i dalje uvoziti rusku naftu preko Janafa u slučaju da se prekine isporuka preko naftovoda Družba.
Međutim, u tom paketu sankcija naglašava se potreba za ravnopravnim uvjetima za sve sudionike na tržištu. U ovom konkretnom slučaju to znači da bi Mađarska trebala plaćati transport ruske nafte po višim tarifama kako ne bi stekla neopravdanu prednost na tržištu budući da rusku naftu nabavlja po znatnoj povoljnijim cijenama od onih koje plaćaju ostale države članice od drugih dobavljača. S višim tarifama za transport nafte tako bi se anulirala prednost koju Mađarska ima zbog povoljnije cijene ruske nafte.
Filipović je rekao da se svi koji žele uvoziti naftu preko Janafa trebaju javiti upravi toga poduzeća i s njom se dogovoriti oko cijene.
Mađarska i dalje najveći dio nafte dobiva izravno iz Rusije preko naftovoda Družba.
Ove godine je preko Janafa uvezla manje od milijuna tona nafte. Mađutim, očito je da postoji strah od mogućeg prekida isporuke preko naftovoda Družba koji ide preko Ukrajine i stoga se Mađarska želi osigurati za slučaj nepredviđenih okolnosti.
