Ministar obrane Mario Banožić 4. studenog je donio odluku koja zabranjuje da Oružane snage pružaju potporu Uredu predsjednika za protokolarne i druge aktivnosti bez njegove osobne odluke. To znači da bez ministrovog odobrenja predsjednik Zoran Milanović više ne smije koristiti automobile Ministarstva obrane, vojni helikopter, brodove ratne mornarice, ali ni vojnike za protokolarne aktivnosti. U odluci se također navodi da će uporabu svih vojnih sredstava od sada plaćati Ured predsjednika. 

S obzirom na dosadašnje predsjednikove navike, koje ukazuju da se ne libi koristiti vozni park koji mu je (dosad bio) na raspolaganju, javnost strepi od njegove moguće odmazde koju je, u popodnevnom obraćanju, naovlaš i najavio. 

Predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović, a kako sugeriraju podaci od njegovih prošloljetnih putovanja, najviše voli putovati vojnim helikopterom. Tako je, od 19. lipnja do 23. kolovoza, njemu u čast helikopter Ministarstva obrane uzdignut čak 14 puta. Ukupno je u ta dva mjeseca, za predsjednikove potrebe, utrošeno 55 sati leta helikopterom, a pošto znamo da se po svakom satu leta potroši oko 800 litara kerozina, možemo izračunati da je na njegova putovanja sagoreno oko 44.000 litara goriva. To je, po tadašnjim cijenama derivata, državni proračun koštalo oko 220.000 kuna.

Između ostalog, iz Zagreba je 28. srpnja letio za Korčulu kako bi sudjelovao na svečanoj sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Vela Luka, a usput je posjetio i izložbu posvećenu Oliveru Dragojeviću. Na Korčuli je i prespavao pa odletio u Rijeku, gdje je prisustvovao programu Ljetne pravne škole te, što za njega nije neuobičajeno, održao predavanje polaznicima.

Zatim 31. srpnja odlazi helikopterom na Hvar, gdje je provodio ljetni odmor s obitelji u državnoj rezidenciji, vili Kovač. S Hvara je za Zagreb letio 4. kolovoza, kada je u jutarnjim satima uručio odlikovanje postrojbi Prvi hrvatski redarstvenik, a neposredno nako toga odletio u Knin, gdje je navečer priredio prijem za ratne zapovjednike iz Oluje. Iz Knina se prebacio u nedaleki Sinj, odakle je 5. kolovoza, na sam Dan pobjede, ponovo odletio na Hvar. Nakon još malo Hvara je helikopterom 8. kolovoza letio u Metković - Ploče gdje je sudjelovao na Maratonu lađa, samo da bi se promptno vratio na Hvar. Doduše samo na jednu noć, pošto je već sutradan letio za Sinj, gdje je bio gost na Sinjskoj alci. Onda se vratio na Hvar.

Što se tiče najspornijeg predsjednikovog izleta to ljeto, na prelijepu albansku obalu, špekulira se da je predsjednik 11. kolovoza vojnim helikopterom letio s Hvara do Dubrovnika, a da se onda u Dubrovniku ukrcao na 39-metarsku motornu jahtu Hrvatske ratne mornarice 'Učka' i otplovio do Albanije. Na povratku je Milanović očito uplovio u Dubrovnik, da bi se potom helikopterom vratio u, izgleda omiljenu, hvarsku rezidenciju.

No onda pred kraj ljeta, iz Zagreba 23. kolovoza leti helikopterom na Mljet i vraća se u Zagreb isti dan. Još uvijek nije jasno što je taj dan predsjednik radio na Mljetu jer u službenom rasporedu nije bilo nikakvih najava. Jedino što se zna, i to zahvaljujući tamošnjim mještanima, je da je Milanović sa helikoptera stupio na megajahtu.

Troškovi prijevoza, samo za albanski posjet, su iznosili nešto više od 100 tisuća kuna. Troškovi predsjednika, kako će se kasnije pokazati - privatnog, putovanja do Albanije su bili 75.000 kuna, dok su troškovi službenog putovanja u Crnu Goru ophodnim brodom 'Omiš-31' do Tivata iznosili 35.000 kuna. Ukupno je, dakle, za potrebe predsjednika na putovanja helikopterom i brodom u dva mjeseca samo na gorivo potrošeno oko 330.000 kuna.

Najsporniji detalj u cijeloj ovoj priči jest što su iz Ureda predsjednika medije 12. kolovoza obavijestili da predsjednik u Albaniji boravi u privatnom aranžmanu i to na osobni poziv predsjednika vlade Republike Albanije Edija Rame, da bi par dana kasnije, u očitovanju Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa koje su poslali i medijima, iz Ureda naveli da je putovanje bilo 'u sklopu obnašanja predsjedničkih dužnosti'.

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić 4. studenog je donio odluku koja zabranjuje da Oružane snage pružaju potporu Uredu predsjednika za protokolarne i druge aktivnosti bez njegove osobne odluke. To znači da bez ministrovog odobrenja predsjednik Zoran Milanović više ne smije koristiti automobile Ministarstva obrane, vojni helikopter, brodove ratne mornarice, ali ni vojnike za protokolarne aktivnosti. U odluci se također navodi da će uporabu svih vojnih sredstava od sada plaćati Ured predsjednika. 

S obzirom na dosadašnje predsjednikove navike, koje ukazuju da se ne libi koristiti vozni park koji mu je (dosad bio) na raspolaganju, javnost strepi od njegove moguće odmazde koju je, u popodnevnom obraćanju, naovlaš i najavio. 

Predsjednik Republike Zoran Milanović, a kako sugeriraju podaci od njegovih prošloljetnih putovanja, najviše voli putovati vojnim helikopterom. Tako je, od 19. lipnja do 23. kolovoza, njemu u čast helikopter Ministarstva obrane uzdignut čak 14 puta. Ukupno je u ta dva mjeseca, za predsjednikove potrebe, utrošeno 55 sati leta helikopterom, a pošto znamo da se po svakom satu leta potroši oko 800 litara kerozina, možemo izračunati da je na njegova putovanja sagoreno oko 44.000 litara goriva. To je, po tadašnjim cijenama derivata, državni proračun koštalo oko 220.000 kuna.

Između ostalog, iz Zagreba je 28. srpnja letio za Korčulu kako bi sudjelovao na svečanoj sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Vela Luka, a usput je posjetio i izložbu posvećenu Oliveru Dragojeviću. Na Korčuli je i prespavao pa odletio u Rijeku, gdje je prisustvovao programu Ljetne pravne škole te, što za njega nije neuobičajeno, održao predavanje polaznicima.

Zatim 31. srpnja odlazi helikopterom na Hvar, gdje je provodio ljetni odmor s obitelji u državnoj rezidenciji, vili Kovač. S Hvara je za Zagreb letio 4. kolovoza, kada je u jutarnjim satima uručio odlikovanje postrojbi Prvi hrvatski redarstvenik, a neposredno nako toga odletio u Knin, gdje je navečer priredio prijem za ratne zapovjednike iz Oluje. Iz Knina se prebacio u nedaleki Sinj, odakle je 5. kolovoza, na sam Dan pobjede, ponovo odletio na Hvar. Nakon još malo Hvara je helikopterom 8. kolovoza letio u Metković - Ploče gdje je sudjelovao na Maratonu lađa, samo da bi se promptno vratio na Hvar. Doduše samo na jednu noć, pošto je već sutradan letio za Sinj, gdje je bio gost na Sinjskoj alci. Onda se vratio na Hvar.

Što se tiče najspornijeg predsjednikovog izleta to ljeto, na prelijepu albansku obalu, špekulira se da je predsjednik 11. kolovoza vojnim helikopterom letio s Hvara do Dubrovnika, a da se onda u Dubrovniku ukrcao na 39-metarsku motornu jahtu Hrvatske ratne mornarice 'Učka' i otplovio do Albanije. Na povratku je Milanović očito uplovio u Dubrovnik, da bi se potom helikopterom vratio u, izgleda omiljenu, hvarsku rezidenciju.

No onda pred kraj ljeta, iz Zagreba 23. kolovoza leti helikopterom na Mljet i vraća se u Zagreb isti dan. Još uvijek nije jasno što je taj dan predsjednik radio na Mljetu jer u službenom rasporedu nije bilo nikakvih najava. Jedino što se zna, i to zahvaljujući tamošnjim mještanima, je da je Milanović sa helikoptera stupio na megajahtu.

Troškovi prijevoza, samo za albanski posjet, su iznosili nešto više od 100 tisuća kuna. Troškovi predsjednika, kako će se kasnije pokazati - privatnog, putovanja do Albanije su bili 75.000 kuna, dok su troškovi službenog putovanja u Crnu Goru ophodnim brodom 'Omiš-31' do Tivata iznosili 35.000 kuna. Ukupno je, dakle, za potrebe predsjednika na putovanja helikopterom i brodom u dva mjeseca samo na gorivo potrošeno oko 330.000 kuna.

Najsporniji detalj u cijeloj ovoj priči jest što su iz Ureda predsjednika medije 12. kolovoza obavijestili da predsjednik u Albaniji boravi u privatnom aranžmanu i to na osobni poziv predsjednika vlade Republike Albanije Edija Rame, da bi par dana kasnije, u očitovanju Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa koje su poslali i medijima, iz Ureda naveli da je putovanje bilo 'u sklopu obnašanja predsjedničkih dužnosti'.
