Tin Bašić s portala cijenegoriva.info za N1 je komentirao kakve cijene goriva možemo sada očekivati.

“Postoji velika vjerojatnost da će doći do drastičnijeg rasta cijena naftnih derivata na benzinskih postajama. Možemo očekivati novu uredbu Vlade u skladu s tim”, kazao je Bašić.

Komentirao je i što se može očekivati od nove uredbe. “Pretpostavljam da će pravila igre kao i dosad biti jednaka – trošarine bi mogle ostati na razinama kao i sada, a jedina razlika bi mogla biti inicijalna cijena derivata, nabavna cijena derivata s mediteranskog tržišta.”

On dodaje da ovakvo stanje i stalno donošenje uredbi može trajati sve dok traje ova kriza. “Vjerujem da će Vlada morati nastaviti s uredbama do daljnjeg. To može trajati unedogled.”

Bašić je komentirao i najave da bi cijena dizela mogla jako skočiti. Objasnio je zašto je dizel tako važan i zašto bi sada mogao naglo poskupjeti.

“Dizela očigledno nema dovoljno na mediteranskom tržištu i na zalihama, a s obzirom na to da je eurodizel okosnica cijelog gospodarstva – sav prijevoz i logistika se temelje na dizelu – kamioni, bageri, kombiji, svi voze na eurodizelu; dakle, ako je temelj gospodarstva i logistike eurodizel, onda se troši više nego benzin pa je i potražnja velika. Ako je potražnja velika, a nema ga na zalihama, normalno je da cijene rastu”, objasnio je Bašić za N1.

Istaknuo je da je situacija s Ukrajinom dovela do velikog poremećaja na tržištu.

“Cijene su nam trenutno visoke, ali maloprodajna cijena naftnih derivata nije visoka kao ljetos. Postoji određeni pad u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci, a što će biti u budućnosti, mislim da nitko tko se ovim bavi nema hrabrosti to predvidjeti, ne znamo što će biti za tjedan dana”, rekao je Bašić.

I Ivan Brodić s portala Energypress u Novom danu N1 televizije je komentirao najave o povećanju cijena goriva.

“Vlada je na liniji intervencionizma zbog toga što je i većina zemalja Europske unije u velikom dijelu na istoj liniji i vidjet ćemo kakve će na forumima ministara biti donesene nove europske uredbe odnosno kakve će biti ideje, ali meni se čini da nema razloga očekivati da će Vlada napustiti tu svoju intervenciju na tržište goriva”, rekao je Brodić.

Komentirajući Vladina ograničenja cijena goriva, kao i zahtjeve javnih službi za povećanjem plaća, Brodić je rekao da će se vjerojatno ići na nova zaduženja i nove rebalanse proračuna.

“Možemo pričati koliko je to dobro za našu budućnost, ali država i Vladine administracije u ovakvim krizama i vremenima idu tim smjerom jer su svi koji traže nešto od proračuna zapravo glasači”, rekao je Brodić.

“Kad govorimo o cijeni goriva treba biti oprezan jer pitanje je koliko je ostalo prostora vezano uz smanjenje trošarina na gorivo, jer postoji ta europska uredba o minimalnim trošarinama, koje smo mi potpisnici, tako da se ispod toga vjerojatno neće ići. Pitanje je i koliko će Vlada zadirati u marže distributera. Vidjet ćemo u kojem će smjeru ići, ali svjedoci smo velikih potresa barem na tržištu kad govorimo o cijeni dizela”, rekao je Brodić.

Istaknuo je i da se ruska nafta može nadomjestiti jer se radi o 10 ili 11 posto europskog tržišta.

“Posve je sigurno da je to moguće napraviti, međutim, to će biti dosta skupo jer incidentni ugovori su po prirodi skupi, a većina opskrbljivača ima dugoročne ugovore. Kod nafte je puno jednostavnije nadomjestiti ruski izvoz nego kod drugih energenata, poput plina, međutim sve je to moguće, ali pitanje je vremena i pitanje je hoćemo li kroz ovu zimu i dio sljedeće godine to moći napraviti”, rekao je Brodić, za N1.

Tin Bašić s portala cijenegoriva.info za N1 je komentirao kakve cijene goriva možemo sada očekivati.

“Postoji velika vjerojatnost da će doći do drastičnijeg rasta cijena naftnih derivata na benzinskih postajama. Možemo očekivati novu uredbu Vlade u skladu s tim”, kazao je Bašić.

Komentirao je i što se može očekivati od nove uredbe. “Pretpostavljam da će pravila igre kao i dosad biti jednaka – trošarine bi mogle ostati na razinama kao i sada, a jedina razlika bi mogla biti inicijalna cijena derivata, nabavna cijena derivata s mediteranskog tržišta.”

On dodaje da ovakvo stanje i stalno donošenje uredbi može trajati sve dok traje ova kriza. “Vjerujem da će Vlada morati nastaviti s uredbama do daljnjeg. To može trajati unedogled.”

Bašić je komentirao i najave da bi cijena dizela mogla jako skočiti. Objasnio je zašto je dizel tako važan i zašto bi sada mogao naglo poskupjeti.

“Dizela očigledno nema dovoljno na mediteranskom tržištu i na zalihama, a s obzirom na to da je eurodizel okosnica cijelog gospodarstva – sav prijevoz i logistika se temelje na dizelu – kamioni, bageri, kombiji, svi voze na eurodizelu; dakle, ako je temelj gospodarstva i logistike eurodizel, onda se troši više nego benzin pa je i potražnja velika. Ako je potražnja velika, a nema ga na zalihama, normalno je da cijene rastu”, objasnio je Bašić za N1.

Istaknuo je da je situacija s Ukrajinom dovela do velikog poremećaja na tržištu.

“Cijene su nam trenutno visoke, ali maloprodajna cijena naftnih derivata nije visoka kao ljetos. Postoji određeni pad u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci, a što će biti u budućnosti, mislim da nitko tko se ovim bavi nema hrabrosti to predvidjeti, ne znamo što će biti za tjedan dana”, rekao je Bašić.

I Ivan Brodić s portala Energypress u Novom danu N1 televizije je komentirao najave o povećanju cijena goriva.

“Vlada je na liniji intervencionizma zbog toga što je i većina zemalja Europske unije u velikom dijelu na istoj liniji i vidjet ćemo kakve će na forumima ministara biti donesene nove europske uredbe odnosno kakve će biti ideje, ali meni se čini da nema razloga očekivati da će Vlada napustiti tu svoju intervenciju na tržište goriva”, rekao je Brodić.

Komentirajući Vladina ograničenja cijena goriva, kao i zahtjeve javnih službi za povećanjem plaća, Brodić je rekao da će se vjerojatno ići na nova zaduženja i nove rebalanse proračuna.

“Možemo pričati koliko je to dobro za našu budućnost, ali država i Vladine administracije u ovakvim krizama i vremenima idu tim smjerom jer su svi koji traže nešto od proračuna zapravo glasači”, rekao je Brodić.

“Kad govorimo o cijeni goriva treba biti oprezan jer pitanje je koliko je ostalo prostora vezano uz smanjenje trošarina na gorivo, jer postoji ta europska uredba o minimalnim trošarinama, koje smo mi potpisnici, tako da se ispod toga vjerojatno neće ići. Pitanje je i koliko će Vlada zadirati u marže distributera. Vidjet ćemo u kojem će smjeru ići, ali svjedoci smo velikih potresa barem na tržištu kad govorimo o cijeni dizela”, rekao je Brodić.

Istaknuo je i da se ruska nafta može nadomjestiti jer se radi o 10 ili 11 posto europskog tržišta.

“Posve je sigurno da je to moguće napraviti, međutim, to će biti dosta skupo jer incidentni ugovori su po prirodi skupi, a većina opskrbljivača ima dugoročne ugovore. Kod nafte je puno jednostavnije nadomjestiti ruski izvoz nego kod drugih energenata, poput plina, međutim sve je to moguće, ali pitanje je vremena i pitanje je hoćemo li kroz ovu zimu i dio sljedeće godine to moći napraviti”, rekao je Brodić, za N1.
