Na zagrebačkoj Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" prosjek godina hospitaliziranih osoba oboljelih od COVID-a je samo 41 godina.

Kazao je to sinoć zamjenik ravnateljice zarazne Klinike Zoran Barušićem u razgovoru za RTL.

"Situacija u Klinici je tjednima na razini cijele epidemiološke situacije, konstantno smo pri vrhu kapaciteta i popunjenosti. Radimo najbolje što možemo kako bismo zbrinuli sve koji trebaju bolničku skrb. Kad to nije moguće u okvirima naše Klinike surađujemo sa svim drugim zagrebačkim klinikama. Raspolažemo dovoljnim brojem kadra i opreme", poručio je liječnik. Kao i u prethodnim valovima glavni problem ako gledamo što je razlog za hospitalizaciju, jest pogoršanje respiratorne funkcije, teška upale pluća što zahtijeva hospitalizaciju.

„Jedan dio tih bolesnika se regrutira i završava u jedinicama intenzivnog liječenja. Kod nas u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja su svi pacijenti necijepljeni i prosječna dob je 41 godina", naveo je Zoran Barušić.

Objasnio je i razliku simptoma kod necijepljenih i cijepljenih.

"Oni koji su cijepljeni, kod njih je klinička slika blažeg oblika i u manjoj mjeri zahtijevaju bolničko liječenje, a i samim time nekih od težih oblika intenzivnog liječenja", objasnio je. Na pitanje prijeti li zdravstvenom sustavu kolaps, Barušić je kazao kako je sad na snazi reorganizacija tog sustava.

"Svaka bolnica radi u granicama mogućnosti. Siguran sam da će se taj trend morati nastaviti i trebamo paziti da i oni koji nisu covid pozitivni dobiju najbolju moguću skrb", poručio je liječnik. Komentirao je i današnji rekordan broj umrlih u ovome valu.

"Broj preminulih je veliki, ako je suditi prema brojkama svakodnevno oboljelih pitanje je što možemo očekivati u idućim danima. Bojim se da možemo reći da bismo prije bili pesimistični nego optimistični" zaključio je. Osvrnuo se i na  prosvjed protiv mjera i COVID potvrda koji se održao u subotu.

"Prosvjeda je bilo i prosvjeda će biti. Mi zdravstveni djelatnici moramo gledati što je naš poziv i zadaća a to je skrb za svakog bolesnika i spašavanje života, sukladno tome moramo slijediti smjernice, preporuke i sva medicinska dostignuća koja su nam trenutno raspoloživo, u ovom trenutku konkretno cijepljenje što se tiče covida", konstatirao je.

Na zagrebačkoj Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" prosjek godina hospitaliziranih osoba oboljelih od COVID-a je samo 41 godina.

Kazao je to sinoć zamjenik ravnateljice zarazne Klinike Zoran Barušićem u razgovoru za RTL.

"Situacija u Klinici je tjednima na razini cijele epidemiološke situacije, konstantno smo pri vrhu kapaciteta i popunjenosti. Radimo najbolje što možemo kako bismo zbrinuli sve koji trebaju bolničku skrb. Kad to nije moguće u okvirima naše Klinike surađujemo sa svim drugim zagrebačkim klinikama. Raspolažemo dovoljnim brojem kadra i opreme", poručio je liječnik. Kao i u prethodnim valovima glavni problem ako gledamo što je razlog za hospitalizaciju, jest pogoršanje respiratorne funkcije, teška upale pluća što zahtijeva hospitalizaciju.

„Jedan dio tih bolesnika se regrutira i završava u jedinicama intenzivnog liječenja. Kod nas u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja su svi pacijenti necijepljeni i prosječna dob je 41 godina", naveo je Zoran Barušić.

Objasnio je i razliku simptoma kod necijepljenih i cijepljenih.

"Oni koji su cijepljeni, kod njih je klinička slika blažeg oblika i u manjoj mjeri zahtijevaju bolničko liječenje, a i samim time nekih od težih oblika intenzivnog liječenja", objasnio je. Na pitanje prijeti li zdravstvenom sustavu kolaps, Barušić je kazao kako je sad na snazi reorganizacija tog sustava.

"Svaka bolnica radi u granicama mogućnosti. Siguran sam da će se taj trend morati nastaviti i trebamo paziti da i oni koji nisu covid pozitivni dobiju najbolju moguću skrb", poručio je liječnik. Komentirao je i današnji rekordan broj umrlih u ovome valu.

"Broj preminulih je veliki, ako je suditi prema brojkama svakodnevno oboljelih pitanje je što možemo očekivati u idućim danima. Bojim se da možemo reći da bismo prije bili pesimistični nego optimistični" zaključio je. Osvrnuo se i na  prosvjed protiv mjera i COVID potvrda koji se održao u subotu.

"Prosvjeda je bilo i prosvjeda će biti. Mi zdravstveni djelatnici moramo gledati što je naš poziv i zadaća a to je skrb za svakog bolesnika i spašavanje života, sukladno tome moramo slijediti smjernice, preporuke i sva medicinska dostignuća koja su nam trenutno raspoloživo, u ovom trenutku konkretno cijepljenje što se tiče covida", konstatirao je.
