U Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo ‘Andrija Štampar’ u ponedjeljak je krenulo testiranje na novi koronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) na novom uređaju za automatiziranu detekciju. Iz obriska nosa provodi se molekularna analiza koja u uzorku vrlo precizno može odrediti je li osoba pozitivna na virus.

Većina testiranja dosad se provodila u Klinici za infektivne bolesti, a dio se testira i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Trenutno se u Hrvatskoj obradi oko 300-tinjak uzoraka dnevno, što je za sada dovoljno - rekla nam je Jasmina Vraneš, voditeljica službe za kliničku mikrobiologiju Nastavnog zavoda “Andrija Štampar” - piše Jutarnji list.

Do četvrtka u 11 sati Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo na testiranje je uzeo 140 uzoraka i obradio 106, a od tog broja njih 11 je bilo pozitivno na koronavirus.

Bitno je znati da građani ne mogu samoinicijativno doći na test, nego jedino ako postoje indikacija i simptomi bolesti.

Na bolest će se posumnjati ako osoba osjeti simptome gripe ili prehlade, a 14 dana prije toga imala je bliski kontakt s potvrđenim ili vjerojatnim slučajem obolijevanja od koronavirusa, ako je putovala u područje zahvaćeno koronavirusom ili je radila ili boravila u zdravstvenoj ustanovi u kojoj se zbrinjavaju oboljeli od Covida-19.

Trenutno je u Zagrebu oformljeno šest punktova Opće-obiteljske medicine u koje mogu doći pacijenti koji sumnjaju da imaju koronavirus. “Liječnik obiteljske medicine nakon pregleda kontaktira epidemiologa, koji nakon trijaže daje termin za dolazak na testiranje”, objasnila nam je Vraneš.

 Testiranje se obavlja po strogo propisanim mjerama opreza u kontejneru ispred “Andrije Štampara”. Šest timova radi na uzimanju uzoraka, a za sada se uzorkovanja provode svakim danom i vikendom od 7 do 15 sati prema rasporedu koji rade epidemiolozi.

Jedan djelatnik zadužen je za red na parkiralištu i upućuje potencijalno zaražene koji dolaze gdje da se parkiraju.

Djelatnici koji provode uzorkovanja tijekom njih nose posebnu zaštitnu opremu - odijela, masku te naočale s vizirom i izmjenjuju se svaka dva sata zbog osjetljivosti postupka.

Bitna je adekvatna zaštita budući da virus ulazi preko sluznice i može ući u tijelo preko usta, očiju ili nosa. Nakon svakog pacijenta u kontejneru se radi dekontaminacija prostora. Uzorci se stavljaju u zatvoreni frižider i pod strogim nadzorom prenose u laboratorij. Testiranja se provode 24 sata dnevno, a rezultati su gotovi za tri sata te se odmah dojavljuju epidemiolozima.

U Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo trenutno obrade 100 uzoraka dnevno, ali su spremni i za povećanje broja.

“Sve je dobro organizirano i ide dobro, ali očekujemo da ćemo uskoro produljiti vrijeme uzorkovanja do 19 sati”, rekla nam je Vraneš.

Jedna od djelatnica “Andrije Štampara” koja u mobilnom kontejneru uzima briseve. Kao i svi, nosi posebnu zaštitnu opremu - odijelo, masku te naočale s vizirom. Izmjenjuju se svaka dva sata zbog osjetljivosti postupka. Testiranje se obavlja po strogo propisanim mjerama opreza u kontejneru ispred 'Andrije Štampara'. Šest timova radi na uzimanju uzoraka, a zasada se uzrokovanja provode od 7 do 19 sati.

Voditeljica Službe za kliničku mikrobiologiju Jasmina Vraneš kaže da u Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo trenutačno obrađuju 100 uzoraka dnevno, ali su spremni i za povećanje broja. Timovi koji uzimaju uzorke izmjenjuju se svaka dva sata. Tijekom postupka djelatnici imaju potpunu zaštitnu opremu - odijelo, masku i naočale s vizirom.

Većina testiranja dosad se provode u Klinici za infektivne bolesti, a dio se testira i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Odjel za molekularnu mikrobiologiju i serologiju gdje se testiraju uzorci dobiveni brisom od pacijenata kod kojih se sumnja na zarazu koronavirusom. Testiranja se provode 24 sata dnevno. Dosad je ovdje za testiranje uzeto 140 uzoraka. Obrađeno ih je 106, od čega je 11 pozitivno.

Trenutačno se u Hrvatskoj ukupno obradi oko 300 uzoraka dnevno, što je zasad dovoljno, kažu stručnjaci. Na slici su uzorci pacijenata koji se testiraju. Djelatnik Zavoda u zatvorenom hladnjaku nosi uzorke pacijenata, kod kojih se sumnja na zarazu koronavirusom, od mobilnog kontejnera u kojem se uzimaju brisevi do laboratorija gdje se ispituju.

Ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Zvonimir Šostar, s kolegama drži sve pod kontrolom 24 sata dnevno.

U Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo ‘Andrija Štampar’ u ponedjeljak je krenulo testiranje na novi koronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) na novom uređaju za automatiziranu detekciju. Iz obriska nosa provodi se molekularna analiza koja u uzorku vrlo precizno može odrediti je li osoba pozitivna na virus.

Većina testiranja dosad se provodila u Klinici za infektivne bolesti, a dio se testira i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Trenutno se u Hrvatskoj obradi oko 300-tinjak uzoraka dnevno, što je za sada dovoljno - rekla nam je Jasmina Vraneš, voditeljica službe za kliničku mikrobiologiju Nastavnog zavoda “Andrija Štampar” - piše Jutarnji list.

Do četvrtka u 11 sati Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo na testiranje je uzeo 140 uzoraka i obradio 106, a od tog broja njih 11 je bilo pozitivno na koronavirus.

Bitno je znati da građani ne mogu samoinicijativno doći na test, nego jedino ako postoje indikacija i simptomi bolesti.

Na bolest će se posumnjati ako osoba osjeti simptome gripe ili prehlade, a 14 dana prije toga imala je bliski kontakt s potvrđenim ili vjerojatnim slučajem obolijevanja od koronavirusa, ako je putovala u područje zahvaćeno koronavirusom ili je radila ili boravila u zdravstvenoj ustanovi u kojoj se zbrinjavaju oboljeli od Covida-19.

Trenutno je u Zagrebu oformljeno šest punktova Opće-obiteljske medicine u koje mogu doći pacijenti koji sumnjaju da imaju koronavirus. “Liječnik obiteljske medicine nakon pregleda kontaktira epidemiologa, koji nakon trijaže daje termin za dolazak na testiranje”, objasnila nam je Vraneš.

 Testiranje se obavlja po strogo propisanim mjerama opreza u kontejneru ispred “Andrije Štampara”. Šest timova radi na uzimanju uzoraka, a za sada se uzorkovanja provode svakim danom i vikendom od 7 do 15 sati prema rasporedu koji rade epidemiolozi.

Jedan djelatnik zadužen je za red na parkiralištu i upućuje potencijalno zaražene koji dolaze gdje da se parkiraju.

Djelatnici koji provode uzorkovanja tijekom njih nose posebnu zaštitnu opremu - odijela, masku te naočale s vizirom i izmjenjuju se svaka dva sata zbog osjetljivosti postupka.

Bitna je adekvatna zaštita budući da virus ulazi preko sluznice i može ući u tijelo preko usta, očiju ili nosa. Nakon svakog pacijenta u kontejneru se radi dekontaminacija prostora. Uzorci se stavljaju u zatvoreni frižider i pod strogim nadzorom prenose u laboratorij. Testiranja se provode 24 sata dnevno, a rezultati su gotovi za tri sata te se odmah dojavljuju epidemiolozima.

U Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo trenutno obrade 100 uzoraka dnevno, ali su spremni i za povećanje broja.

“Sve je dobro organizirano i ide dobro, ali očekujemo da ćemo uskoro produljiti vrijeme uzorkovanja do 19 sati”, rekla nam je Vraneš.

Voditeljica Službe za kliničku mikrobiologiju Jasmina Vraneš kaže da u Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo trenutačno obrađuju 100 uzoraka dnevno, ali su spremni i za povećanje broja. Timovi koji uzimaju uzorke izmjenjuju se svaka dva sata. Tijekom postupka djelatnici imaju potpunu zaštitnu opremu - odijelo, masku i naočale s vizirom.

Većina testiranja dosad se provode u Klinici za infektivne bolesti, a dio se testira i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Odjel za molekularnu mikrobiologiju i serologiju gdje se testiraju uzorci dobiveni brisom od pacijenata kod kojih se sumnja na zarazu koronavirusom. Testiranja se provode 24 sata dnevno. Dosad je ovdje za testiranje uzeto 140 uzoraka. Obrađeno ih je 106, od čega je 11 pozitivno.

Trenutačno se u Hrvatskoj ukupno obradi oko 300 uzoraka dnevno, što je zasad dovoljno, kažu stručnjaci. Na slici su uzorci pacijenata koji se testiraju. Djelatnik Zavoda u zatvorenom hladnjaku nosi uzorke pacijenata, kod kojih se sumnja na zarazu koronavirusom, od mobilnog kontejnera u kojem se uzimaju brisevi do laboratorija gdje se ispituju.

Ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Zvonimir Šostar, s kolegama drži sve pod kontrolom 24 sata dnevno.

U Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo ‘Andrija Štampar’ u ponedjeljak je krenulo testiranje na novi koronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) na novom uređaju za automatiziranu detekciju. Iz obriska nosa provodi se molekularna analiza koja u uzorku vrlo precizno može odrediti je li osoba pozitivna na virus.

Većina testiranja dosad se provodila u Klinici za infektivne bolesti, a dio se testira i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Trenutno se u Hrvatskoj obradi oko 300-tinjak uzoraka dnevno, što je za sada dovoljno - rekla nam je Jasmina Vraneš, voditeljica službe za kliničku mikrobiologiju Nastavnog zavoda “Andrija Štampar” - piše Jutarnji list.
