U samo dva dana otkako je prvi ovogodišnji poziv otvoren, zaprimljena su čak 752 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita mladima. Službeni je to podatak APN-a na temelju dostavljenih zahtjeva od banaka, a sugerira nastavak velikog interesa za ovu mjeru Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja kojom pomaže mladim obiteljima na povoljniji način riješiti stambeno pitanje. Usporedbe radi, prošle godine u rujnu u prvih tjedan dana pristiglo je 1119 prijava.

"Znali smo da je usprkos poteškoćama interes i dalje velik. Dio građana je na vrijeme prikupio dokumentaciju, neki od njih potpisali ugovore i dali kapare te smo zbog njih otvorili prijave. Veseli nas što se opet pokazalo da je ovaj program prepoznat i tražen čak i u izvanrednim okolnostima u kojima se nalazimo. Zahvaljujem svima što smo pronašli načina i od strane Ministarstva, APN-a, banaka, a i samih zainteresiranih, da nastavimo s realizacijom subvencija uz pomoć kojih je već 9400 mladih obitelji dobilo svoj dom i u kojima je rođeno 1275 djece", rekao je ministar Predrag Štromar.

Ovo je četvrti po redu poziv za subvencionirane stambene kredite, prvi od dva ove godine, dok će drugi biti objavljen koncem ljeta. Ovaj krug bit će zbog poteškoća uzrokovanih epidemijom koronavirusa otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja.

Uvjeti prijave na natječaj nisu se promijenili što znači da će se na poziv moći prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000,00 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisit će o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te će se kretati od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Kako bi se mjera još dodatno poboljšala, prošle su godine donesene izmjene Zakona o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita kojima se subvencija produljuje za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit. U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece pri prijavi, subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

Uslijed situacije uzrokovane koronavirusom, APN je svim kreditnim institucijama dala mogućnost da zahtjeve dostave i elektroničkim putem, a kod dostave dokumentacije redovnim putem proces se odvija sukladno uputama Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite.

U samo dva dana otkako je prvi ovogodišnji poziv otvoren, zaprimljena su čak 752 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita mladima. Službeni je to podatak APN-a na temelju dostavljenih zahtjeva od banaka, a sugerira nastavak velikog interesa za ovu mjeru Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja kojom pomaže mladim obiteljima na povoljniji način riješiti stambeno pitanje. Usporedbe radi, prošle godine u rujnu u prvih tjedan dana pristiglo je 1119 prijava.

"Znali smo da je usprkos poteškoćama interes i dalje velik. Dio građana je na vrijeme prikupio dokumentaciju, neki od njih potpisali ugovore i dali kapare te smo zbog njih otvorili prijave. Veseli nas što se opet pokazalo da je ovaj program prepoznat i tražen čak i u izvanrednim okolnostima u kojima se nalazimo. Zahvaljujem svima što smo pronašli načina i od strane Ministarstva, APN-a, banaka, a i samih zainteresiranih, da nastavimo s realizacijom subvencija uz pomoć kojih je već 9400 mladih obitelji dobilo svoj dom i u kojima je rođeno 1275 djece", rekao je ministar Predrag Štromar.

Ovo je četvrti po redu poziv za subvencionirane stambene kredite, prvi od dva ove godine, dok će drugi biti objavljen koncem ljeta. Ovaj krug bit će zbog poteškoća uzrokovanih epidemijom koronavirusa otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja.

Uvjeti prijave na natječaj nisu se promijenili što znači da će se na poziv moći prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000,00 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisit će o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te će se kretati od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Kako bi se mjera još dodatno poboljšala, prošle su godine donesene izmjene Zakona o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita kojima se subvencija produljuje za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit. U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece pri prijavi, subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

Uslijed situacije uzrokovane koronavirusom, APN je svim kreditnim institucijama dala mogućnost da zahtjeve dostave i elektroničkim putem, a kod dostave dokumentacije redovnim putem proces se odvija sukladno uputama Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite.

Veliki interes za mjeru koja pomaže mladim obiteljima: u samo dva dana zaprimljena čak 752 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita

U samo dva dana otkako je prvi ovogodišnji poziv otvoren, zaprimljena su čak 752 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita mladima. Službeni je to podatak APN-a na temelju dostavljenih zahtjeva od banaka, a sugerira nastavak velikog interesa za ovu mjeru Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja kojom pomaže mladim obiteljima na povoljniji način riješiti stambeno pitanje. Usporedbe radi, prošle godine u rujnu u prvih tjedan dana pristiglo je 1119 prijava.

"Znali smo da je usprkos poteškoćama interes i dalje velik. Dio građana je na vrijeme prikupio dokumentaciju, neki od njih potpisali ugovore i dali kapare te smo zbog njih otvorili prijave. Veseli nas što se opet pokazalo da je ovaj program prepoznat i tražen čak i u izvanrednim okolnostima u kojima se...
