Sve je više građana kojima je problem platiti režije. Rastu cijene struje, plina, vode. O tome kako te račune možemo smanjiti, savjete nam nudi Centar za borbu protiv energetskog siromaštva, piše HRT.
- Što se tiče računa za električnu energiju, oni sada idu gore. Prema najnovijim informacijama to je 9,7 posto poskupljenje za privatna kućanstva. Firmama ide još više, ide pet puta više. Tri do pet puta. Tri do pet puta?! Da!!!, naglašava Anamari Majdandžić. starija stručna suradnica u DOOR-u.
- Plin je teško reći koliko točno, sve ovisi o vašem dobavljaču, rekla je Silvija Vočanec, mag. ing. petrol. mlađa stručna suradnica u DOOR-u.
Nemogućnost kućanstva da podmiri svoje energetske potrebe zove se - energetsko siromaštvo. U Hrvatskoj je takvih kućanstava gotovo 15 posto, europski je prosjek upola manji.
- Postoji ta ogromna stigma oko termina energetsko siromaštvo, ali to je zapravo nekakva svakodnevna situacija s kojom se svatko od nas susreće i sigurno smo svi bili u nekoj situaciji kad smo se pitali kako ćemo podmiriti određeni trošak, odnosno kako ćemo pokriti ovaj mjesec troškove električne energije, naglasila je Miljenka Kuhar, izvršna direktorica DOOR-a.
- U Republici Hrvatskoj se uopće ne vode statistike, posebno za energetsko siromaštvo, tako da mi sve brojeve koje koristimo i koje imamo su na temelju podataka Državnog zavoda za statistiku, ali oni se u principu odnose na općenito siromaštvo, i na neke kategorije poput broja osoba koje ne mogu svoj dom dovoljno toplim zimi, broja osoba koje imaju problema s plaćanjem računa za režije i energente, naglašava Silvija Vočanec, mag. ing. petrol mlađa stručna suradnica u DOOR-u.
Društvo za oblikovanje održivog razvoja - DOOR nizom projekata nastoji pomoći građanima u smanjenju troškova. Među njima je i Centar za energetsko siromaštvo, u koji građani mogu doći po konkretan savjet.
- Ideja je bila da se građani mogu javiti bilo mailom, bilo telefonom, mogu osobno doći dva puta tjedno u naš centar, mogu donijeti svoje račune, možemo proći kroz račune, vidjeti da li postoji na tim računima neki energent, ili kućanski aparat ili neki drugi izvor koji zapravo pretjerano troši, vidjeti što bi se moglo učiniti, može li se možda smanjiti potrošnja energije, postoji li neki možda drugi problem, treba li se možda uputiti u neku drugu savjetodavnu službu, trebaju li možda promijeniti operatera, je li im možda potrebna neka druga vrsta podrške, pomoći, govori Vočanec.
Polovica računa ide na energiju
- Zanimljiv podatak je da smo proveli jedno istraživanje, gdje su ljudi uvijek voljni promijeniti svoj televizor, uvijek kupiti veći, noviji, jer to ima jednu drugu ugodu gledanja i zabave, dok naprimjer frižidere, pogotovo velike hladnjače znaju imati po 20, 30 godina, a onda se često zna desiti da im je to jedan od najvećih potrošača. Polovica računa im zna otići za energiju, ako imaju škrinju koja je stara preko 20 godina, govore iz DOORH-a za HRT.
- Prošle godine smo imali neke direktne aktivnosti baš na području Zadarske županije gdje smo onda pomagali izravno korisnicima koji nisu uopće bili svjesni toga da imaju neka prava temeljem Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi, da se imaju prava obratiti Crvenom križu, da se imaju pravo obratiti Centru za socijalnu skrb, rekla je Kuhar.
Postoje i rubna kućanstva, ljudi na minimalnim plaćama, umirovljenici, koji nisu obuhvaćeni socijalnom skrbi, a kojima bi uštede na energentima značile i veći fond za bolju kvalitetu života.
- Svjesni smo da osobe koje bi možda željele doći na naše radionice nemaju pristup ni računalu ni internetu, tako da svakako planiramo i putem nekih plakata pozvati ljude da nam se pridruže, i računamo na širenje priče usmenom predajom, naglasila je Silvija Vočanec.
- Tko god osjeti potrebu i misli da ima neki problem s nadoknadom režija, ili ne zna kome bi se obratio, može svakako potražiti savjet od nas, pitati, mi ćemo biti više nego sretni ako mu uspijemo pomoći, rekla je Miljenka Kuhar.

Sve je više građana kojima je problem platiti režije. Rastu cijene struje, plina, vode. O tome kako te račune možemo smanjiti, savjete nam nudi Centar za borbu protiv energetskog siromaštva, piše HRT.
- Što se tiče računa za električnu energiju, oni sada idu gore. Prema najnovijim informacijama to je 9,7 posto poskupljenje za privatna kućanstva. Firmama ide još više, ide pet puta više. Tri do pet puta. Tri do pet puta?! Da!!!, naglašava Anamari Majdandžić. starija stručna suradnica u DOOR-u.
- Plin je teško reći koliko točno, sve ovisi o vašem dobavljaču, rekla je Silvija Vočanec, mag. ing. petrol. mlađa stručna suradnica u DOOR-u.
Nemogućnost kućanstva da podmiri svoje energetske potrebe zove se - energetsko siromaštvo. U Hrvatskoj je takvih kućanstava gotovo 15 posto, europski je prosjek upola manji.
- Postoji ta ogromna stigma oko termina energetsko siromaštvo, ali to je zapravo nekakva svakodnevna situacija s kojom se svatko od nas susreće i sigurno smo svi bili u nekoj situaciji kad smo se pitali kako ćemo podmiriti određeni trošak, odnosno kako ćemo pokriti ovaj mjesec troškove električne energije, naglasila je Miljenka Kuhar, izvršna direktorica DOOR-a.
- U Republici Hrvatskoj se uopće ne vode statistike, posebno za energetsko siromaštvo, tako da mi sve brojeve koje koristimo i koje imamo su na temelju podataka Državnog zavoda za statistiku, ali oni se u principu odnose na općenito siromaštvo, i na neke kategorije poput broja osoba koje ne mogu svoj dom dovoljno toplim zimi, broja osoba koje imaju problema s plaćanjem računa za režije i energente, naglašava Silvija Vočanec, mag. ing. petrol mlađa stručna suradnica u DOOR-u.
Društvo za oblikovanje održivog razvoja - DOOR nizom projekata nastoji pomoći građanima u smanjenju troškova. Među njima je i Centar za energetsko siromaštvo, u koji građani mogu doći po konkretan savjet.
- Ideja je bila da se građani mogu javiti bilo mailom, bilo telefonom, mogu osobno doći dva puta tjedno u naš centar, mogu donijeti svoje račune, možemo proći kroz račune, vidjeti da li postoji na tim računima neki energent, ili kućanski aparat ili neki drugi izvor koji zapravo pretjerano troši, vidjeti što bi se moglo učiniti, može li se možda smanjiti potrošnja energije, postoji li neki možda drugi problem, treba li se možda uputiti u neku drugu savjetodavnu službu, trebaju li možda promijeniti operatera, je li im možda potrebna neka druga vrsta podrške, pomoći, govori Vočanec.
Polovica računa ide na energiju
- Zanimljiv podatak je da smo proveli jedno istraživanje, gdje su ljudi uvijek voljni promijeniti svoj televizor, uvijek kupiti veći, noviji, jer to ima jednu drugu ugodu gledanja i zabave, dok naprimjer frižidere, pogotovo velike hladnjače znaju imati po 20, 30 godina, a onda se često zna desiti da im je to jedan od najvećih potrošača. Polovica računa im zna otići za energiju, ako imaju škrinju koja je stara preko 20 godina, govore iz DOORH-a za HRT.
- Prošle godine smo imali neke direktne aktivnosti baš na području Zadarske županije gdje smo onda pomagali izravno korisnicima koji nisu uopće bili svjesni toga da imaju neka prava temeljem Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi, da se imaju prava obratiti Crvenom križu, da se imaju pravo obratiti Centru za socijalnu skrb, rekla je Kuhar.
Postoje i rubna kućanstva, ljudi na minimalnim plaćama, umirovljenici, koji nisu obuhvaćeni socijalnom skrbi, a kojima bi uštede na energentima značile i veći fond za bolju kvalitetu života.
- Svjesni smo da osobe koje bi možda željele doći na naše radionice nemaju pristup ni računalu ni internetu, tako da svakako planiramo i putem nekih plakata pozvati ljude da nam se pridruže, i računamo na širenje priče usmenom predajom, naglasila je Silvija Vočanec.
- Tko god osjeti potrebu i misli da ima neki problem s nadoknadom režija, ili ne zna kome bi se obratio, može svakako potražiti savjet od nas, pitati, mi ćemo biti više nego sretni ako mu uspijemo pomoći, rekla je Miljenka Kuhar.
