Predsjednik hrvatske vlade Andrej Plenković izrazio je veliko zadovoljstvo postignutim dogovorom u Bruxellesu. U izjavi novinarima rano ujutro nakon maratonskog summita Plenković je rekao da je cilj Hrvatske bio imati duplo više nego što je bilo u zadnjem financijskom okviru, što je bilo 10,7 milijardi eura. Dakle, dvostruko više bi bilo 21,4 milijardi, piše Jutarnji list.

- Na kraju, ono što ide Hrvatskoj u takozvanoj nacionalnoj omotnici, kada sve zbrojimo, jest nešto više od 12,6 milijardi kroz sedmogodišnji proračun, plus 9,4 milijardi kroz instrumente iduće generacije. Tako na kraju dođemo na iznos od preko 22 milijarde eura - rekao je Plenković.

Smatra da će to biti čvrsta podloga za realizaciju reformi, ulaganja i brz gospodarski oporavak.

Plenković je rekao da će iz Fonda za oporavak i otpornost, koji je dio paketa za oporavak (instrumenti iduće generacije), u obliku bespovratnih sredstava Hrvatskoj na raspolaganju biti 5,9 milijardi eura, dok bi 2,35 milijardi bilo u obliku zajmova.

Preostalih 1,15 milijardi iz instrumenta Iduće generacije Hrvatskoj ide kroz razne programe iz Fonda za oporavak i otpornost (tipa Pomoć susjedima).

Dakle, iako je ukupna svota bespovratnih sredstava iz instrumenata “EU iduće generacije” smanjena s 500 milijardi na 390 milijardi, omotnica za Hrvatsku nije se značajno smanjila. Glavni dio toga se i dalje odnosi na oporavak i otpornost, za što je Hrvatskoj i namijenjen najveći dio.

I iz višegodišnjeg okvira za Hrvatsku se ne očekuju značajnija smanjenja pa je ukupna omotnica preko 12 milijardi eura koje ćemo povlačiti kroz fondove EU.

Prema verziji Michelovog prijedloga koji je i usvojen, Hrvatska će tu dobiti dodatnih 400 milijuna eura. Iako se ona imenom ne spominje, jasno je da se to odnosi na Hrvatsku:

- Za manje razvijene regije u državama članicama koje su koristile samo jedno razdoblje kohezijske politike, dodatna alokacija od 400 milijuna eura će se osigurati za njezine manje razvijene regije - stoji u prijedlogu.

Kako je Hrvatska jedina država koja je koristila samo jedan ciklus, jasno je da se to odnosi na nju.

Isto tako, Hrvatska će dobiti i dodatnih 100 milijuna eura za ruralni razvoj uz opću omotnicu.

Napomenimo na kraju i da je Hrvatska u prethodnom sedmogodišnjem proračunskom razdoblju ugovorila 90% sredstava koja su joj bila na raspolaganju.

Predsjednik hrvatske vlade Andrej Plenković izrazio je veliko zadovoljstvo postignutim dogovorom u Bruxellesu. U izjavi novinarima rano ujutro nakon maratonskog summita Plenković je rekao da je cilj Hrvatske bio imati duplo više nego što je bilo u zadnjem financijskom okviru, što je bilo 10,7 milijardi eura. Dakle, dvostruko više bi bilo 21,4 milijardi, piše Jutarnji list.

- Na kraju, ono što ide Hrvatskoj u takozvanoj nacionalnoj omotnici, kada sve zbrojimo, jest nešto više od 12,6 milijardi kroz sedmogodišnji proračun, plus 9,4 milijardi kroz instrumente iduće generacije. Tako na kraju dođemo na iznos od preko 22 milijarde eura - rekao je Plenković.

Smatra da će to biti čvrsta podloga za realizaciju reformi, ulaganja i brz gospodarski oporavak.

Plenković je rekao da će iz Fonda za oporavak i otpornost, koji je dio paketa za oporavak (instrumenti iduće generacije), u obliku bespovratnih sredstava Hrvatskoj na raspolaganju biti 5,9 milijardi eura, dok bi 2,35 milijardi bilo u obliku zajmova.

Preostalih 1,15 milijardi iz instrumenta Iduće generacije Hrvatskoj ide kroz razne programe iz Fonda za oporavak i otpornost (tipa Pomoć susjedima).

Dakle, iako je ukupna svota bespovratnih sredstava iz instrumenata “EU iduće generacije” smanjena s 500 milijardi na 390 milijardi, omotnica za Hrvatsku nije se značajno smanjila. Glavni dio toga se i dalje odnosi na oporavak i otpornost, za što je Hrvatskoj i namijenjen najveći dio.

I iz višegodišnjeg okvira za Hrvatsku se ne očekuju značajnija smanjenja pa je ukupna omotnica preko 12 milijardi eura koje ćemo povlačiti kroz fondove EU.

Prema verziji Michelovog prijedloga koji je i usvojen, Hrvatska će tu dobiti dodatnih 400 milijuna eura. Iako se ona imenom ne spominje, jasno je da se to odnosi na Hrvatsku:

- Za manje razvijene regije u državama članicama koje su koristile samo jedno razdoblje kohezijske politike, dodatna alokacija od 400 milijuna eura će se osigurati za njezine manje razvijene regije - stoji u prijedlogu.

Kako je Hrvatska jedina država koja je koristila samo jedan ciklus, jasno je da se to odnosi na nju.

Isto tako, Hrvatska će dobiti i dodatnih 100 milijuna eura za ruralni razvoj uz opću omotnicu.

Napomenimo na kraju i da je Hrvatska u prethodnom sedmogodišnjem proračunskom razdoblju ugovorila 90% sredstava koja su joj bila na raspolaganju.

Predsjednik hrvatske vlade Andrej Plenković izrazio je veliko zadovoljstvo postignutim dogovorom u Bruxellesu. U izjavi novinarima rano ujutro nakon maratonskog summita Plenković je rekao da je cilj Hrvatske bio imati duplo više nego što je bilo u zadnjem financijskom okviru, što je bilo 10,7 milijardi eura. Dakle, dvostruko više bi bilo 21,4 milijardi, piše Jutarnji list.

- Na kraju, ono što ide Hrvatskoj u takozvanoj nacionalnoj omotnici, kada sve zbrojimo, jest nešto više od 12,6 milijardi kroz sedmogodišnji proračun, plus 9,4 milijardi kroz instrumente iduće generacije. Tako na kraju dođemo na iznos od preko 22 milijarde eura - rekao je Plenković.

Smatra da će to biti čvrsta podloga za realizaciju reformi, ulaganja i brz gospodarski oporavak.
