"Uradio sam test na antitijela dva mjeseca nakon primljene druge doze AstraZenece.

Konkretno, prvu dozu cjepiva Astra Zeneca primio sam 13. svibnja 2021.godine. Drugu dozu 22. lipnja 2021. godine.

Nakon primljene druge doze, kao i kod prve, nisam imao nikakve nuspojave. Minimalna bol u ruci. Ostalo ništa".

Stručnjaci govore konstantno jedno te isto - rizik od komplikacija uzrokovanih koronavirusom višestruko premašuje rizike od neželjenih posljedica nakon primljena cjepiva, piše Buka.

A rizik u posljedicama nakon primljenoga adenovirusna cjepiva - konkretno AstraZenece izgleda ovako:

Problem tromboze javlja se kod jedne osobe na svakih 100-150.000 cijepljenih (diplomirana biokemičarka Marijana Mijatović za Buku) i rizik je mnogo manji od rizika izazvanog virusom koji dovodi do sistemskog zgrušnjavanja krvi, pri čemu dolazi do odumiranja organa.

Nakon primljene druge doze odlučio sam opet provjeriti antitijela. Koronavirus sam do sada uspješno izbjegavao, iako sam bio konstantno izložen, a sve vrijeme držao sam se osnovnih preporuka. Za zatvoreni prostor maska i higijena, a za otvoreni prostor s mnogo ljudi maska i osnovna higijena.

Nakon prve doze razina antitijela bila je 961,7. To je bilo 11. svibnja 2021. godine

Drugi test na antitijela uradio sam 31. kolovoza 2021. Dakle, dva mjeseca i devet dana nakon primljene druge doze AZ cjepiva.

Rezultat 31. kolovoza 2021. - 654,2.

Kako sam uspio saznati, ovo je još uvijek solidan rezultat i dobra razina zaštite koja je, kao i kod prve doze, iznad referentne vrijednosti, iako su antitijela "pala". Istovremeno to znači da mi ne treba velika doza da steknem imunitet, što je dobra stvar.

Kako funkcionira AstraZeneca?

"Genetički materijal virusa smješten je u adenovirusu koji se dobiva genetskim inženjeringom. Na ovaj način virus ulazi u ćeliju, dolazi do nukleusa i ubacuje u njega samo jedan gen, odnosno mali dio svoga genetskog materijala. Na osnovi ovog gena ćelija dalje proizvodi molekule iRNK (informacijske) koji se zajedno s našim humanim iRNK izbacuje iz jedra u citoplazmu, a virusni gen biva uništen od naših enzima.

Ovakva virusna iRNK se dalje prevodi (translacijom) u jedan protein koji se naziva S protein i koji ima ključnu ulogu u vezivanju virusa za ljudske ćelije. Grupa antigen vezujućih ćelija (APC) opsonizira (najčešće) antigen i prezentira ga dalje T pomoćnim ćelijama koje dalje mogu aktivirati B ćelije koje proizvode antitijela na ovaj antigen (protein) ili da djeluju kao citotoksične ćelije koje imaju sposobnost direktno uništiti inficiranu ćeliju. Na ovaj način organizam pravi antitijela specifična na S protein i kad dođe do infekcije virusom antitijela će prepoznati ovaj protein i uništit će ga". "Uradio sam test na antitijela dva mjeseca nakon primljene druge doze AstraZenece.

Konkretno, prvu dozu cjepiva Astra Zeneca primio sam 13. svibnja 2021.godine. Drugu dozu 22. lipnja 2021. godine.

Problem tromboze javlja se kod jedne osobe na svakih 100-150.000 cijepljenih (diplomirana biokemičarka Marijana Mijatović za Buku) i rizik je mnogo manji od rizika izazvanog virusom koji dovodi do sistemskog zgrušnjavanja krvi, pri čemu dolazi do odumiranja organa.

Nakon primljene druge doze odlučio sam opet provjeriti antitijela. Koronavirus sam do sada uspješno izbjegavao, iako sam bio konstantno izložen, a sve vrijeme držao sam se osnovnih preporuka. Za zatvoreni prostor maska i higijena, a za otvoreni prostor s mnogo ljudi maska i osnovna higijena.

Nakon prve doze razina antitijela bila je 961,7. To je bilo 11. svibnja 2021. godine

Drugi test na antitijela uradio sam 31. kolovoza 2021. Dakle, dva mjeseca i devet dana nakon primljene druge doze AZ cjepiva.

Rezultat 31. kolovoza 2021. - 654,2.

Kako sam uspio saznati, ovo je još uvijek solidan rezultat i dobra razina zaštite koja je, kao i kod prve doze, iznad referentne vrijednosti, iako su antitijela "pala". Istovremeno to znači da mi ne treba velika doza da steknem imunitet, što je dobra stvar.

Kako funkcionira AstraZeneca?

"Genetički materijal virusa smješten je u adenovirusu koji se dobiva genetskim inženjeringom. Na ovaj način virus ulazi u ćeliju, dolazi do nukleusa i ubacuje u njega samo jedan gen, odnosno mali dio svoga genetskog materijala. Na osnovi ovog gena ćelija dalje proizvodi molekule iRNK (informacijske) koji se zajedno s našim humanim iRNK izbacuje iz jedra u citoplazmu, a virusni gen biva uništen od naših enzima.

Ovakva virusna iRNK se dalje prevodi (translacijom) u jedan protein koji se naziva S protein i koji ima ključnu ulogu u vezivanju virusa za ljudske ćelije. Grupa antigen vezujućih ćelija (APC) opsonizira (najčešće) antigen i prezentira ga dalje T pomoćnim ćelijama koje dalje mogu aktivirati B ćelije koje proizvode antitijela na ovaj antigen (protein) ili da djeluju kao citotoksične ćelije koje imaju sposobnost direktno uništiti inficiranu ćeliju. Na ovaj način organizam pravi antitijela specifična na S protein i kad dođe do infekcije virusom antitijela će prepoznati ovaj protein i uništit će ga". "Uradio sam test na antitijela dva mjeseca nakon primljene druge doze AstraZenece.

Konkretno, prvu dozu cjepiva Astra Zeneca primio sam 13. svibnja 2021.godine. Drugu dozu 22. lipnja 2021. godine.
