- Budući sam bio u društvu gdje je jedna osoba bila pozitivna na Covid, odlučio sam se testirati, iako nisam imao nikakve simptome. U roku od šest dana testirao sam se tri puta kući s brzim antigenskim testom. Svaki put pojavila se samo jedna crtica. Bio sam negativan. Za par dana počeo sam osjećati bol u sinusima, ali sam se pouzdao u testove i zaključio kako je to prehlada koja nema veze s Covidom. Tek kad su svi moji ukućani počeli šmrcati i žaliti se na grlobolju i glavobolju, došao sam na red za PCR test. I on je naravno bio pozitivan, a u međuvremenu sam zarazio sina, suprugu i punicu jer sam bio uvjeren da nisam pokupio virus. Oni su za razliku od mene bili odmah pozitivni i na brzom testu, i imali su vidljive simptome i temperaturu iznad 38. Osim sina svi smo cijepljeni, punica je primila i 'booster' dozu – ispričao nam je tridesetogodišnji Goran R. iz Splita nezadovoljan što je čak na tri antigenska testa od tri različita proizvođača, unatoč zarazi, bio negativan.

- Kućni test mi je dao lažnu sigurnost, da sam odmah išao na PCR ne bi zarazio sve ukućane jer bih znao da sam pozitivan – kaže ovaj Splićanin.

Nije on jedini slučaj kojega je brzi antigenski test (BAT ili na engleskom lateral flow test- LFT) zavarao. Pisali smo dosad o nizu takvih primjera, a gotovo svi oni koji su se žalili na nepouzdanost BAT testa nisu imali izražene simptome Covida. Ipak, iako su bili bez simptoma širili su dalje zarazu.

Brzim antigenskim testovima pomoću dijagnostičkih protutijela detektira se karakteristični protein virusa SARS-CoV-2 u uzorku. Na istom su tom principu testovi koje sami radite kući i oni koje sad obavljaju obiteljski liječnici u ambulanti. Razlika između kućnog i antigenskog testa u ambulanti je jedino u tome što kući sami uzimate uzorak, a u ambulanti to radi medicinsko osoblje. No, taj detalj nije nevažan jer često greška u rezultatu testa može biti zbog loše uzetog uzorka, odnosno zbog toga jer niste dovoljno duboko gurnuli štapić u nos i unutra ga okretali te pričekali par sekundi da štapić povuče stanične elemente. Druga je greška ako se test radi prerano, dok još nemate jačih simptoma. BAT nije pouzdan za otkrivanje je li kontakt zaraženog pozitivan prije pojave simptoma. U uputama osobama koje su u izolaciji HZJZ preporuča da se njihovi ukućani brzim testom testiraju tek između petog i sedmog dana nakon bliskog kontakta.

Kad se na BAT testu pojave dvije crtice tu nema lažno pozitivnih rezultata, to je sigurno potvrđena korona.

Ako je test negativan, a vi se ne osjećate dobro, svakako ga ponavljajte više puta, ili odmah zatražite uputnicu za PCR. 

Kod PCR testa pak, u laboratoriju se polimeraznom lančanom reakcijom traži genetski materijal virusa SARS-CoV-2.PCR je osjetljivi i ova metoda je u stanju detektirati virus kada je virusno opterećenje manje, te nekoliko dana prije nego što BAT test to može. Smatra se 'zlatnim standardom' testiranja jer je vrlo precizan i male količine virusa dovoljne su za pozitivan rezultat.

Današnji prvi dani testiranja brzim testovima u ambulantama opće medicine protječe vrlo kaotično, a iz Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine poručili su da nisu svi spremni te da za testiranje nemaju uvjete. 

Liječnica Mirela Marković iz Doma zdravlja Zagreb-Zapad kazala je za HRT da u njihovoj zdravstvenoj stanici postoji šest ordinacija obiteljske medicine i tri pedijatrijske. Njezina ordinacija nalazi se na samome ulazu u zdravstvenu stanicu, u koju ulaze i zdravi pacijenti i bolesni i oni koji su suspektni na COVID.

S obzirom da se tu nalazi mnogo ordinacija, odlučeno je da će se brzo antigensko testiranje obavljati u zadnjim satima svake smjene. Dnevno će svaka ambulanta uzeti po 2-3 pacijenta.

- Brzi antigenski test, kao i PCR, nije potrebno raditi prvi dan kada dobijemo temperaturu. To se može učiniti peti dan ili i sedmi dan simptoma. Moja je preporuka pacijentima da se najprije jave svom liječniku. Želimo to naglasiti posebno u kontekstu uvjeta u kojima radimo, da se ne radi gužva i da se ne miješaju zdravi i bolesni – upozorila je zagrebačka liječnica. Njezina je ordinacija dobila paket od 25 brzih antigenskih testova. Danas joj se pak više pacijenta javilo za PCR nego za brzi antigenski test, i to su, kako je kazala liječnica, uglavnom mladi ljudi koji nisu cijepljeni.

- Budući sam bio u društvu gdje je jedna osoba bila pozitivna na Covid, odlučio sam se testirati, iako nisam imao nikakve simptome. U roku od šest dana testirao sam se tri puta kući s brzim antigenskim testom. Svaki put pojavila se samo jedna crtica. Bio sam negativan. Za par dana počeo sam osjećati bol u sinusima, ali sam se pouzdao u testove i zaključio kako je to prehlada koja nema veze s Covidom. Tek kad su svi moji ukućani počeli šmrcati i žaliti se na grlobolju i glavobolju, došao sam na red za PCR test. I on je naravno bio pozitivan, a u međuvremenu sam zarazio sina, suprugu i punicu jer sam bio uvjeren da nisam pokupio virus. Oni su za razliku od mene bili odmah pozitivni i na brzom testu, i imali su vidljive simptome i temperaturu iznad 38. Osim sina svi smo cijepljeni, punica je primila i 'booster' dozu – ispričao nam je tridesetogodišnji Goran R. iz Splita nezadovoljan što je čak na tri antigenska testa od tri različita proizvođača, unatoč zarazi, bio negativan.

- Kućni test mi je dao lažnu sigurnost, da sam odmah išao na PCR ne bi zarazio sve ukućane jer bih znao da sam pozitivan – kaže ovaj Splićanin.

Nije on jedini slučaj kojega je brzi antigenski test (BAT ili na engleskom lateral flow test- LFT) zavarao. Pisali smo dosad o nizu takvih primjera, a gotovo svi oni koji su se žalili na nepouzdanost BAT testa nisu imali izražene simptome Covida. Ipak, iako su bili bez simptoma širili su dalje zarazu.

Brzim antigenskim testovima pomoću dijagnostičkih protutijela detektira se karakteristični protein virusa SARS-CoV-2 u uzorku. Na istom su tom principu testovi koje sami radite kući i oni koje sad obavljaju obiteljski liječnici u ambulanti. Razlika između kućnog i antigenskog testa u ambulanti je jedino u tome što kući sami uzimate uzorak, a u ambulanti to radi medicinsko osoblje. No, taj detalj nije nevažan jer često greška u rezultatu testa može biti zbog loše uzetog uzorka, odnosno zbog toga jer niste dovoljno duboko gurnuli štapić u nos i unutra ga okretali te pričekali par sekundi da štapić povuče stanične elemente. Druga je greška ako se test radi prerano, dok još nemate jačih simptoma. BAT nije pouzdan za otkrivanje je li kontakt zaraženog pozitivan prije pojave simptoma. U uputama osobama koje su u izolaciji HZJZ preporuča da se njihovi ukućani brzim testom testiraju tek između petog i sedmog dana nakon bliskog kontakta.

Kad se na BAT testu pojave dvije crtice tu nema lažno pozitivnih rezultata, to je sigurno potvrđena korona.

Ako je test negativan, a vi se ne osjećate dobro, svakako ga ponavljajte više puta, ili odmah zatražite uputnicu za PCR. 

Kod PCR testa pak, u laboratoriju se polimeraznom lančanom reakcijom traži genetski materijal virusa SARS-CoV-2.PCR je osjetljivi i ova metoda je u stanju detektirati virus kada je virusno opterećenje manje, te nekoliko dana prije nego što BAT test to može. Smatra se 'zlatnim standardom' testiranja jer je vrlo precizan i male količine virusa dovoljne su za pozitivan rezultat.

Današnji prvi dani testiranja brzim testovima u ambulantama opće medicine protječe vrlo kaotično, a iz Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine poručili su da nisu svi spremni te da za testiranje nemaju uvjete. 

Liječnica Mirela Marković iz Doma zdravlja Zagreb-Zapad kazala je za HRT da u njihovoj zdravstvenoj stanici postoji šest ordinacija obiteljske medicine i tri pedijatrijske. Njezina ordinacija nalazi se na samome ulazu u zdravstvenu stanicu, u koju ulaze i zdravi pacijenti i bolesni i oni koji su suspektni na COVID.

S obzirom da se tu nalazi mnogo ordinacija, odlučeno je da će se brzo antigensko testiranje obavljati u zadnjim satima svake smjene. Dnevno će svaka ambulanta uzeti po 2-3 pacijenta.

- Brzi antigenski test, kao i PCR, nije potrebno raditi prvi dan kada dobijemo temperaturu. To se može učiniti peti dan ili i sedmi dan simptoma. Moja je preporuka pacijentima da se najprije jave svom liječniku. Želimo to naglasiti posebno u kontekstu uvjeta u kojima radimo, da se ne radi gužva i da se ne miješaju zdravi i bolesni – upozorila je zagrebačka liječnica. Njezina je ordinacija dobila paket od 25 brzih antigenskih testova. Danas joj se pak više pacijenta javilo za PCR nego za brzi antigenski test, i to su, kako je kazala liječnica, uglavnom mladi ljudi koji nisu cijepljeni.
