U pravnoj bitci oko skrbi za sina s ocem njihova zajedničkog djeteta pjevačica Severina Kojić izgubila je spor s Milanom Popovićem, javlja Jutarnji list.

Sutkinja Tea Golub donijela je jutros privremenu mjeru i odlučila u presudi da dijete živi s ocem, srbijanskim tajkunom Milanom Popovićem, te da otac samostalno brine o zdravlju i obrazovanju djeteta.

Pritom sutkinja u odluci nije navela na kojoj će adresi dječak živjeti. Inače, Milan Popović je za sedmogodišnjeg dječaka već dvaput izvadio putnu ispravu Republike Srbije, a Severina Kojić tvrdi da je on to napravio bez njezine suglasnosti i već je angažirala odvjetnika u Srbiji da ispita tko je i pod kojim okolnostima njezinu sinu, koji je državljanin Hrvatske izdao putnu ispravu Republike Srbije.

Njezin zastupnik, odvjetnik Mate Matić, podnio je prekjučer kaznenu prijavu protiv Milana Popovića zbog povrede djetetovih prava. Naime, nakon incidenta u Osnovnoj školi Matija Gubec koju dječak pohađa kada je bio zatvoren u školi jer majka nije došla po njega, a otac nije dozvolio da ga iz škole preuzme druga osoba dječak je bio traumatiziran i preporuka liječnika bila je da ne ide u školu.

Međutim, unatoč tome Milan Popović vodio ga je u školu i mimo pristanka majke, pa je ona protiv njega podnijela kaznenu prijavu.

Ova privremena mjera praktički znači da bi Severina Kojić danas trebala sina predati ocu koji ga po odluci suda može odvesti u Srbiju ili na neku drugu adresu i dalje brinuti o njemu, piše Jutarnji list.

Njezini zastupnici ovu će odluku pokušati osporiti s obzirom na činjenicu da su protiv Milana Popovića podnijeli kaznenu prijavu zbog povrede djetetovih prava.

U pravnoj bitci oko skrbi za sina s ocem njihova zajedničkog djeteta pjevačica Severina Kojić izgubila je spor s Milanom Popovićem, javlja Jutarnji list.

Sutkinja Tea Golub donijela je jutros privremenu mjeru i odlučila u presudi da dijete živi s ocem, srbijanskim tajkunom Milanom Popovićem, te da otac samostalno brine o zdravlju i obrazovanju djeteta.

Pritom sutkinja u odluci nije navela na kojoj će adresi dječak živjeti. Inače, Milan Popović je za sedmogodišnjeg dječaka već dvaput izvadio putnu ispravu Republike Srbije, a Severina Kojić tvrdi da je on to napravio bez njezine suglasnosti i već je angažirala odvjetnika u Srbiji da ispita tko je i pod kojim okolnostima njezinu sinu, koji je državljanin Hrvatske izdao putnu ispravu Republike Srbije.

Njezin zastupnik, odvjetnik Mate Matić, podnio je prekjučer kaznenu prijavu protiv Milana Popovića zbog povrede djetetovih prava. Naime, nakon incidenta u Osnovnoj školi Matija Gubec koju dječak pohađa kada je bio zatvoren u školi jer majka nije došla po njega, a otac nije dozvolio da ga iz škole preuzme druga osoba dječak je bio traumatiziran i preporuka liječnika bila je da ne ide u školu.

Međutim, unatoč tome Milan Popović vodio ga je u školu i mimo pristanka majke, pa je ona protiv njega podnijela kaznenu prijavu.

Ova privremena mjera praktički znači da bi Severina Kojić danas trebala sina predati ocu koji ga po odluci suda može odvesti u Srbiju ili na neku drugu adresu i dalje brinuti o njemu, piše Jutarnji list.

Njezini zastupnici ovu će odluku pokušati osporiti s obzirom na činjenicu da su protiv Milana Popovića podnijeli kaznenu prijavu zbog povrede djetetovih prava.
