Nakon što je Glas Istre izvijestio da su se 29. prosinca 2020. godine vodili pregovori o izuzeću Istarske županije od nekih epidemioloških mjera i restrikcija, što bi tamošnjim ugostiteljima dopustilo da 8. siječnja ponovno otvore svoje objekte, načelnik stožera Civilne zaštite Istarske županije Dino Kozlevac rekao je da je prerano za takav korak.
- Iskreno, zbog cijele ove situacije s potresom još uvijek ne razmišljamo o tome. Osim toga, nenadano su ukinute i propusnice, pa tek ostaje za vidjeti kako će se razvijati epidemiološka situacija u narednim danima. Ljudi su dosta cirkulirali i cirkulirat će ove dane, tako da se i ova za sada povoljnija epidemiološka situacija može naglo promijeniti, prenosi Glas Istre izjavu načelnika Stožera.
- Tek kad budemo mogli objektivno procijeniti situaciju u Istri i cijeloj Hrvatskoj, onda ćemo razgovarati s nadležnima o eventualnom popuštanju tih mjera za Istarsku županiju. Za sada je još uvijek prerano govoriti o tome, nažalost, zaključio je Kozlevac.
Predsjednik Ceha ugostitelja Istarske županije Stanislav Briškoski rekao je za Glas Istre da su se razgovori o izuzeću Istarske županije od nekih mjera vodili 29. prosinca 2020. godine, ali da su prekinuti kada je Sisačko-moslavačku županiju pogodio potres.
- Prvotni datum koji je bio definiran odnosio se na 21. prosinac, ali mjere su se nedefinirano nastavile i nakon toga, bez nekog određenog datuma do kad bi mogle biti na snazi. Svima nam je u interesu da se epidemiološka situacija popravi. Sad ćemo se zbog novonastale situacije svi fokusirati da što prije pomognemo na bilo koji način Petrinji, Sisku i okolnim mjestima, ali uskoro ćemo sjesti za stol s nadležnima i pregovarati o mogućnostima i datumu otvaranja, kazao je Briškoski.
- Ugostitelji više od 70, 80 dana nisu radili kako treba u 2020. godini, a siječanj i veljaču niti ne treba uzeti u obzir, to su uvijek dosta slabi mjeseci. I sa slabijom turističkom sezonom ipak nam je dobro išlo i sve je bilo u redu dok Istra nije sredinom kolovoza došla na crvenu listu. Tad se osjetio ekstreman pad gostiju, dodao je.
Briškoski je rekao da dolazak cjepiva protiv covida-19 otvara pitanja poput onog o obaveznoj protuvirusnoj zaštiti u određenim tvrtkama i institucijama.
- Cjepivo je činjenica o kojoj se razgovara i među ugostiteljima, jer bi svi željeli iduću turističku sezonu odraditi što normalnije i što duže - rekao je te dodao da se prije tjedan dana održan sastanak s ministricom turizma Nikolinom Brnjac gdje je jasno naglašeno da će se iduće godine turistička tržišta definitivno promatrati kroz prizmu zdravog ozračja.
- U Cehu ugostitelja još nismo razgovarali o cijepljenju, no to će nam biti prva točka na dnevnom redu na prvom sljedećem sastanku. S nekim od svojih djelatnika sam već razmijenio mišljenja o cijepljenju, i činjenica je da mnogi žele još malo pričekati - rekao je za Glas Istre.
Briškoski je rekao da je na početku epidemije zaista najbitnije bilo zaštititi sve djelatnike i sačuvati radna mjesta. Najavljene su, kaže, pomoći zatvorenim poduzetnicima i obrtnicima, a među njima se spominje i odgoda plaćanja obaveza koje imaju prema državi.
- Odgoda plaćanja određenih obaveza ne znači nam apsolutno ništa, kao ni bilo kome drugome. Odgoda na odgodu je samo odgađanje jedne lavine duga koji će se nakupiti zbog kamata, i u tom trenutku kada budemo morali početi plaćati te dugove, čekat će nas i ti zaostaci, i redovni troškovi, a tada nastaje katastrofa iz koje mnogi neće moći isplivati. Nama bi bilo jako bitno kad bi se sva plaćanja sad naprosto zaustavila, pa da to nakon nekog vremena krene od točke gdje smo stali, da se samo nastavi s redovnim plaćanjem, ili da nam se otpiše taj dug za period koji nismo radili. Odgoda nije rješenje. To lijepo zvuči, ali nije rješenje, pojasnio je Briškoski.
U Istri je, napominje Briškoski, oko 1.700 registriranih ugostiteljskih objekata uz koje je ekonomski vezano oko 15 tisuća ljudi.

Nakon što je Glas Istre izvijestio da su se 29. prosinca 2020. godine vodili pregovori o izuzeću Istarske županije od nekih epidemioloških mjera i restrikcija, što bi tamošnjim ugostiteljima dopustilo da 8. siječnja ponovno otvore svoje objekte, načelnik stožera Civilne zaštite Istarske županije Dino Kozlevac rekao je da je prerano za takav korak.
- Iskreno, zbog cijele ove situacije s potresom još uvijek ne razmišljamo o tome. Osim toga, nenadano su ukinute i propusnice, pa tek ostaje za vidjeti kako će se razvijati epidemiološka situacija u narednim danima. Ljudi su dosta cirkulirali i cirkulirat će ove dane, tako da se i ova za sada povoljnija epidemiološka situacija može naglo promijeniti, prenosi Glas Istre izjavu načelnika Stožera.
- Tek kad budemo mogli objektivno procijeniti situaciju u Istri i cijeloj Hrvatskoj, onda ćemo razgovarati s nadležnima o eventualnom popuštanju tih mjera za Istarsku županiju. Za sada je još uvijek prerano govoriti o tome, nažalost, zaključio je Kozlevac.
Predsjednik Ceha ugostitelja Istarske županije Stanislav Briškoski rekao je za Glas Istre da su se razgovori o izuzeću Istarske županije od nekih mjera vodili 29. prosinca 2020. godine, ali da su prekinuti kada je Sisačko-moslavačku županiju pogodio potres.
- Prvotni datum koji je bio definiran odnosio se na 21. prosinac, ali mjere su se nedefinirano nastavile i nakon toga, bez nekog određenog datuma do kad bi mogle biti na snazi. Svima nam je u interesu da se epidemiološka situacija popravi. Sad ćemo se zbog novonastale situacije svi fokusirati da što prije pomognemo na bilo koji način Petrinji, Sisku i okolnim mjestima, ali uskoro ćemo sjesti za stol s nadležnima i pregovarati o mogućnostima i datumu otvaranja, kazao je Briškoski.
- Ugostitelji više od 70, 80 dana nisu radili kako treba u 2020. godini, a siječanj i veljaču niti ne treba uzeti u obzir, to su uvijek dosta slabi mjeseci. I sa slabijom turističkom sezonom ipak nam je dobro išlo i sve je bilo u redu dok Istra nije sredinom kolovoza došla na crvenu listu. Tad se osjetio ekstreman pad gostiju, dodao je.
Briškoski je rekao da dolazak cjepiva protiv covida-19 otvara pitanja poput onog o obaveznoj protuvirusnoj zaštiti u određenim tvrtkama i institucijama.
- Cjepivo je činjenica o kojoj se razgovara i među ugostiteljima, jer bi svi željeli iduću turističku sezonu odraditi što normalnije i što duže - rekao je te dodao da se prije tjedan dana održan sastanak s ministricom turizma Nikolinom Brnjac gdje je jasno naglašeno da će se iduće godine turistička tržišta definitivno promatrati kroz prizmu zdravog ozračja.
- U Cehu ugostitelja još nismo razgovarali o cijepljenju, no to će nam biti prva točka na dnevnom redu na prvom sljedećem sastanku. S nekim od svojih djelatnika sam već razmijenio mišljenja o cijepljenju, i činjenica je da mnogi žele još malo pričekati - rekao je za Glas Istre.
Briškoski je rekao da je na početku epidemije zaista najbitnije bilo zaštititi sve djelatnike i sačuvati radna mjesta. Najavljene su, kaže, pomoći zatvorenim poduzetnicima i obrtnicima, a među njima se spominje i odgoda plaćanja obaveza koje imaju prema državi.
- Odgoda plaćanja određenih obaveza ne znači nam apsolutno ništa, kao ni bilo kome drugome. Odgoda na odgodu je samo odgađanje jedne lavine duga koji će se nakupiti zbog kamata, i u tom trenutku kada budemo morali početi plaćati te dugove, čekat će nas i ti zaostaci, i redovni troškovi, a tada nastaje katastrofa iz koje mnogi neće moći isplivati. Nama bi bilo jako bitno kad bi se sva plaćanja sad naprosto zaustavila, pa da to nakon nekog vremena krene od točke gdje smo stali, da se samo nastavi s redovnim plaćanjem, ili da nam se otpiše taj dug za period koji nismo radili. Odgoda nije rješenje. To lijepo zvuči, ali nije rješenje, pojasnio je Briškoski.
U Istri je, napominje Briškoski, oko 1.700 registriranih ugostiteljskih objekata uz koje je ekonomski vezano oko 15 tisuća ljudi.
