Bivši ministar unutarnjih poslova i potpredsjednik SDP-a Ranko Ostojić gostujući u Newsroomu televizije N1 komentirao je curenje informacija u javnost u brojnim aferama te polemiku premijera i predsjednika.
Komentirajući rad poreznog USKOK-a te nesrazmjere imovine i osobnih primanja, Ranko Ostojić je rekao: "Da je porezni USKOK radio svoj posao kao u vrijeme Milanovićeve vlade, imali bismo manje ovakvih afera vjerojatno. Moja poruka je da mu nije trebalo ni spuštati nivo i mogućnost za rad."
Polemiku premijera i predsjednika nije htio ocjenjivati, a na Milanovićeva prozivanja da je on kao premijer sve znao jer ga je Ostojić kao ministar unutarnjih poslova o svemu obavještavao, Ostojić kaže:
"Neću ocjenjivati tko je u pravu. Svoje poruke sam jasno rekao. Zna se kad ministar, nakon završenih kriminalističkih istraživanja, može obavijestiti svog čelnika, tj. premijera. Tu nemam što za dodati, to je sukladno zakonu, a kad imate rečenice da se od nekog drugog moglo saznati, taj drugi neka na to odgovara.
Milanović je rekao da je bio promatrač i da se informacije dobivaju onako kako je on rekao. U polemike u medijima neću ulaziti. Oko 1% kaznenih djela je od interesa javnosti koje umanjuju osjećaj sigurnosti kod građana. Kad se završi kriminalističko istraživanje, sve se može dobiti u USKOK-u. Nadležan USKOK-u nisam bio. Kad sam imao informacije, to bih prenio predsjedniku Vlade, to je i on potvrdio u sinoćnjem dnevniku, a i njegov savjetnik za nacionalnu sigurnost govori istu stvar."
Pojasnio je i kako funkcionira odnos službi: "USKOK-ovi poslovi, gdje oni kontroliraju rad policijskih službenika, oni vode priču. Informacije o tome ne daju nikome osim uskog kruga s kojima rade. Kad je osigurano da neće doći do bijega na primjer, tad se informira glavni ravnatelj policije i ministar unutrnjih poslova, a on informira premijera. Je li netko nešto znao ili nije, ja znam ono što ja znam. U sinoćnjem drugom dnevniku Milanović je rekao da je bio samo promatrač u slučaju Bandića."
Curenje informacija u istragama već je dulje problem, a na pitanje kako je moguće da se nikad ne dozna odakle su procurile informacije, Ostojić kaže:
"Mi smo pokušavali doći do odgovora kako su pucale mjere, ali uvijek je bio isti odgovor - da se radi ili istražuje. Nikad konkretan odgovor nismo dobili. Plasman informacija ide od onoga tko s tim informacijama raspolaže. Ovaj sustav ne odgovara. Prije je policija kazneno prijavljivala, danas je drugačije. Državno odvjetništvo je moglo odbaciti policijsku prijavu, stvari su bile čiste. Policija pronalazi počinitelja, DORH-u dostavlja kaznenu prijavu, a oni se bave kaznenim progonom."
"Sad znamo da je postojao neki klub i da je Dragan Kovačević vodio za sebe i ljude koje je znao. Sve drugo je zbunjivanje javnosti. Onaj tko pušta informacije, očito ima svoje interese. Bilo bi bolje da se radi u tišini i da se odradi kako treba", nadovezao se komentirajući aferu Janaf.
"Mali broj ljudi zna za policijske izvide, kako se onda ne može otkriti kako se puštaju informacije? Smatram da se to može provjeriti, da postoji način. Koliko puta ste čuli Davora Božinovića da će otkriti nešto, a nije otkrio ništa", istaknuo je za N1.
Odbor za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost idući tjedan ima sjednicu gdje će vjerojatno biti riječi i o curenju informacija, a Ostojić je već oko toga prozvao aktualnog ministra Božinovića:
"Na 70 sjednica odbora za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost nije se pojavio, ne bih se čudio da ni sad ne dođe. Njegov odnos prema parlamentu je poznat. Dok sam ja kao ministar redovno izvještavao parlament o policijskim poslovima, što mi je zakonska obaveza, on to nije napravio nikad."
O Saborskom istražnom povjerenstvu kaže da bi načelno njegovo osnivanje bilo dobro kad bi imalo alate za rješavanje nekih problema. "Glavni ravnatelj policije obećao je da će pronaći krivce za curenje informacije. To će vjerojatno brzo biti zaboravljeno", dodao je Ostojić za N1.

Bivši ministar unutarnjih poslova i potpredsjednik SDP-a Ranko Ostojić gostujući u Newsroomu televizije N1 komentirao je curenje informacija u javnost u brojnim aferama te polemiku premijera i predsjednika.
Komentirajući rad poreznog USKOK-a te nesrazmjere imovine i osobnih primanja, Ranko Ostojić je rekao: "Da je porezni USKOK radio svoj posao kao u vrijeme Milanovićeve vlade, imali bismo manje ovakvih afera vjerojatno. Moja poruka je da mu nije trebalo ni spuštati nivo i mogućnost za rad."
Polemiku premijera i predsjednika nije htio ocjenjivati, a na Milanovićeva prozivanja da je on kao premijer sve znao jer ga je Ostojić kao ministar unutarnjih poslova o svemu obavještavao, Ostojić kaže:
"Neću ocjenjivati tko je u pravu. Svoje poruke sam jasno rekao. Zna se kad ministar, nakon završenih kriminalističkih istraživanja, može obavijestiti svog čelnika, tj. premijera. Tu nemam što za dodati, to je sukladno zakonu, a kad imate rečenice da se od nekog drugog moglo saznati, taj drugi neka na to odgovara.
Milanović je rekao da je bio promatrač i da se informacije dobivaju onako kako je on rekao. U polemike u medijima neću ulaziti. Oko 1% kaznenih djela je od interesa javnosti koje umanjuju osjećaj sigurnosti kod građana. Kad se završi kriminalističko istraživanje, sve se može dobiti u USKOK-u. Nadležan USKOK-u nisam bio. Kad sam imao informacije, to bih prenio predsjedniku Vlade, to je i on potvrdio u sinoćnjem dnevniku, a i njegov savjetnik za nacionalnu sigurnost govori istu stvar."
Pojasnio je i kako funkcionira odnos službi: "USKOK-ovi poslovi, gdje oni kontroliraju rad policijskih službenika, oni vode priču. Informacije o tome ne daju nikome osim uskog kruga s kojima rade. Kad je osigurano da neće doći do bijega na primjer, tad se informira glavni ravnatelj policije i ministar unutrnjih poslova, a on informira premijera. Je li netko nešto znao ili nije, ja znam ono što ja znam. U sinoćnjem drugom dnevniku Milanović je rekao da je bio samo promatrač u slučaju Bandića."
Curenje informacija u istragama već je dulje problem, a na pitanje kako je moguće da se nikad ne dozna odakle su procurile informacije, Ostojić kaže:
"Mi smo pokušavali doći do odgovora kako su pucale mjere, ali uvijek je bio isti odgovor - da se radi ili istražuje. Nikad konkretan odgovor nismo dobili. Plasman informacija ide od onoga tko s tim informacijama raspolaže. Ovaj sustav ne odgovara. Prije je policija kazneno prijavljivala, danas je drugačije. Državno odvjetništvo je moglo odbaciti policijsku prijavu, stvari su bile čiste. Policija pronalazi počinitelja, DORH-u dostavlja kaznenu prijavu, a oni se bave kaznenim progonom."
"Sad znamo da je postojao neki klub i da je Dragan Kovačević vodio za sebe i ljude koje je znao. Sve drugo je zbunjivanje javnosti. Onaj tko pušta informacije, očito ima svoje interese. Bilo bi bolje da se radi u tišini i da se odradi kako treba", nadovezao se komentirajući aferu Janaf.
"Mali broj ljudi zna za policijske izvide, kako se onda ne može otkriti kako se puštaju informacije? Smatram da se to može provjeriti, da postoji način. Koliko puta ste čuli Davora Božinovića da će otkriti nešto, a nije otkrio ništa", istaknuo je za N1.
Odbor za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost idući tjedan ima sjednicu gdje će vjerojatno biti riječi i o curenju informacija, a Ostojić je već oko toga prozvao aktualnog ministra Božinovića:
"Na 70 sjednica odbora za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost nije se pojavio, ne bih se čudio da ni sad ne dođe. Njegov odnos prema parlamentu je poznat. Dok sam ja kao ministar redovno izvještavao parlament o policijskim poslovima, što mi je zakonska obaveza, on to nije napravio nikad."
O Saborskom istražnom povjerenstvu kaže da bi načelno njegovo osnivanje bilo dobro kad bi imalo alate za rješavanje nekih problema. "Glavni ravnatelj policije obećao je da će pronaći krivce za curenje informacije. To će vjerojatno brzo biti zaboravljeno", dodao je Ostojić za N1.
